Examensarbetet utfördes på uppdrag av Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery AB i Finspång, som är världsledande inom gas-och ångturbintillverkning. Uppgiften bestod av att hitta en lämplig teknik för att identifiera företagets mätsonder samt att beställa hem ett system för testning och implementering. Arbetet bestod av att inledningsvis utföra en marknadsundersökning för att hitta en lämplig metod för identifiering av sonder. En sond är ett metallrör som sätts in i turbinen för att mäta en eller flera storheter, till exempel, tryck, temperatur eller emission. Sonderna måste ofta tåla höga temperaturer och är därför utformade efter var de ska sitta och vilken temperatur det är just där. Tryck och temperatur mäts med sensorer som sätts in i metallrören. Ut från sonderna går en större kabel med ett flertal mättrådar i. Det är den större kabeln som ska identifieras i examensarbetet. Efter utvärdering av de olika metoderna, RFID, TEDS och 1-Wire bestämdes att 1-Wire-tekniken skulle användas. Ett 1-Wire masterkort (DS2484EVkit) beställdes hem samt utrustning för att bygga ihop små kretskort med ett minneschip. Utrustningen byggdes därefter ihop, minneschippen (DS2431) löddes ihop på ett laborationskort och byggdes in i små lådor. Lådorna kopplas sedan ihop i ett nätverk med hjälp av skärmade datakablar och Lemokontakter som används för en smidig ihopkoppling. Det är endast tre stycken trådar i kabeln, två stycken jordreferens er och en 1-Wire som kommunicerar med minnena på nätverket. När utrustningen var ihopbyggd användes 1-Wire programmet som ingick till hårdvaran. Via masterenheten initierades kommunikationen med de fyra olika enheterna med minneschip på 1-Wire tråden. Genom att studera oscilloskopsbilder sågs att kommunikationen fungerade. Mjukvaran kunde då få fram de ID-nummer som var inprogrammerade på DS431-chippen och sondidentifikationen var därmed fullbordad.

Em relação ao desenvolvimento desta pesquisa, optou-se por assumir como aporte os pressupostos teórico-filosóficos da abordagem sócio-histórica, com base nas contribuições teóricas de Vigotski, Bakhtin e Merleau-Ponty. A partir da natureza qualitativa, utilizou-se a metodologia Estudo de Caso pela via Fenomenológico-existencial. Os procedimentos para a produção de dados se deram por meio de entrevistas e conversas informais junto ao sujeito central do estudo, seus familiares e pessoas do seu convívio escolar e social; registros autobiográficos e dados coletados por meio de redes sociais e interações online. Considerando as narrativas e os registros, optou-se por apresentar os dados produzidos seguindo a ordem cronológica, uma vez que esses mostravam o processo de constituição identitária-subjetiva do adolescente. A análise dos dados foi realizada a partir do diálogo com os teóricos de base desta tese. Considerando o objetivo central, pôde-se adentrar na trajetória de vida do sujeito e compreender como o olhar de/para o sujeito afeta a constituição subjetiva do ser biopsicossocial e cultural, influenciando na sua autoimagem, autoestima e autoconceito. Além disso, o estudo revelou a necessidade de a escola e de os profissionais que nela trabalham darem visibilidade ao sujeito independentemente das suas condições orgânicas, vislumbrando-o como um ser sócio-histórico-cultural.

<p>In this bachelor thesis, diagnostic methods for one of Siemens stem inlet control valves have been developed. The work has taken place during ten weeks at Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery AB in Finspång. The company produce steam- and gas turbines and also provides service and maintenance.</p><p> </p><p>The purpose with this project has been to develop diagnostic methods that oversee the health of the control valves. By using the developed methods you will know when it’s time for maintenance. With these diagnostic methods it’s possible to some degree leave the predetermined maintenance that Siemens uses today on their control valves.</p><p> </p><p>The project has been limited to involve just one of Siemens control valves. The report describes the control valve’s function and the components included in the valve structure. It describes the problems that can occur with the valve and what could be done monitoring it to detect potential failures before they develop into functional failures.</p><p> </p><p>A short description of different measuring equipment and how they work is also included.</p><p> </p><p>Interviews have been conducted at Siemens, at Linköpings University and also with companies that delivers measuring devises. A visit to follow a vibration measurement of a control valve at Idbäcksverket in Nyköping has also taken place. Another tool that has been used in this work is an FMECA that describes errors that may occur with the control valve and what caused them. Books and the internet have also provided necessary facts.</p><p> </p><p>This report presents some recommendations on what to do to monitor health of the control valve and equipment to prevent functional failures. The intention with the report has been to show that the equipment presented here can be used in the future to avoid unnecessary preventive maintenance and eliminate the use of corrective maintenance.</p>
