Výroba krycího plechu zámku / Production of cover plate

Rubáš, Petr January 2019 (has links)
The thesis is focused on the proposal design of the technology of the production of the cover plate of the lock, which together with other parts forms part of the fifth door of the passenger car. The cover is made of 2 mm metal sheet and includes a number of bends, embosses, cuts and trimmed holes. Based on production requirements and a series size of 1,200,000 pieces over 3 years, the production using a progressive composite tool was chosen. The part will be made in eleven steps composing of cutting, stamping, bending and edging. Micro-alloyed structural steel S355MC was chosen as the most suitable material. The part will be produced on the press KSTU 5000-30-7G RKM from the company ANDRITZ Metals and the price of the product is 14,33 CZK.

Kočka, Jiří January 2014 (has links)
The diploma thesis deal with the proposal of connector manufacturing from bronze sheet CuSn6, thickness 1.5mm in production volume of 1.600.000 parts per year. From considered manufacturing variants there was chosen shearing and forming technology of thread in the progressive stamping die. For part production was selected pressing machine Bruderer 1250 with nominal pressing force 1250 kN from company E. Bruderer Maschinenfabrik AG. In the economical evaluation there were determined expenses 21.6 Kč per one piece including demanded profit. The turning point was calculated at production of 165.522 parts.

Martínez García, Fernando 10 February 2014 (has links)
Martínez García, F. Implementation of nut piercing from below in a stamping die : A case study at Volvo Car Body Components / Implementering av mutterstansning underifrån i ett pressverktyg : En fallstudie på Volvo Car Body Components

Håkansson, Maja January 2021 (has links)
In today's car industries, low investment costs and high production rates are sought. By using nut piercing in the stamping dies in the manufacture of body components, otherwise necessary subsequent tempos can be reduced. The goal of the work was to implement nut piercing from below in a reference die to be able to use this type of operation in future projects. The main problem when implementing nut piercing from below is to be able to handle and evacuate the scrap piece that remains after the punching. By studying the equipment in the reference die, a deeper understanding of the process could be obtained, at the same time as information and necessary material were collected by expertise and the case company's suppliers for nut piercing. The recommendation to the case company provides a solution proposal for scrap evacuation as well as the components involved to be able to carry out the operation.

Induktive Erwärmung von Formplatinen für die Warmumformung

Vibrans, Tobias 21 December 2016 (has links) (PDF)
The present thesis investigates the usage of longitudinal induction heating in the austenitization process of direct press hardening. In order to describe the induction heating procedure, experiment-based regression models as well as a FEM model are developed. The influence of an induction heating process on the properties of press hardened parts with aluminum-silicon coating is depicted. Therefore, resistance spot welding tests, paint adhesion tests and corrosion tests are performed. Finally, a heating concept for series production including a longitudinal induction heating is developed, which allows a decrease in heating time of about 50 % and a reduction of furnace length of about 37 %.
