SANTRAUKA Magistriniame darbe išnagrinėta logistikos bei trečiųjų šalių logistikos esmė, būtinumas bei tinkamumas šiuolaikiniams rinkos reikalavimams. Darbo tikslas: atlikus mokslinės literatūros analizę, logistikos aspektu, bei išanalizavus trečiųjų šalių logistikos paslaugų teikimo rinką Lietuvoje, atskleisti 3PL logistikos paslaugų naudojimosi perspektyvas. Darbo uždaviniai: atlikti skirtingų autorių, mokslinės literatūros, analizę logistikos paslaugų teikimo klausimu, išsiaiškinti trečiųjų šalių logistikos organizavimo principus, išanalizuoti didžiausias trečiųjų šalių logistikos įmones Lietuvoje, paaiškinti atlikto tyrimo eigą ir metodus, kuriais buvo renkami tyrimui reikalingi duomenys ir išaiškinti trečiųjų šalių logistikos paslaugų vystymosi perspektyvas. Magistrinį darbą sudaro įvadas, teorinė dalis, praktinė, tiriamoji dalis bei išvados ir pasiūlymai. terorinėje dalyje atliekama analizė apie logistikos paslaugas, bei 3PL paslaugas. Praktinėje dalyje palyginamos didžiausios 3PL paslaugų įmonės Lietuvoje. Tiriamojoje dalyje analizuojamas 3PL paslaugų naudojimas Lietuvoje. Išvadose patvirtinama iškelta hipotezė, kad 3PL paslaugos Lietuvoje nėra populiarios. / SUMMARY This Master‘s Thesis deals with logistics services and Third Party logistics partners, these services organization and performance. The aim of this Master Thesis is to analyse logistics services, Third Party logistics management and performance in Lithuania, to do the research in order to find out whether the Third Party logistics is sufficiently using or using at all in Lithuania. The tasks of this paper are as follows: to analyse the scientific literature on logistics services, also to identify Third Party logistics planning rules, to analyze the biggest Third Party logistics companies in Lithuania, to explain the research process and methods, to do the research, identifying whether the Third Party logistics sufficiently are using. and with reference to the literature analysed and the results received to present conclusions and recommendations. This Master‘s Thesis consists of introduction, theoretical part, practical part, research part, conclusions and suggestions. The theoretical parts deals with the analysis of logistics and 3PL logistics services. The practical part includes the analyzing the biggest 3PL providers in Lithuania. The research part is important to analyze the using of Third Party logistics in Lithuania. Conclusions confirm the hypothesis, i.e., The Third Party logistics is not popular in Lithuania.

Šiame bakalauro baigiamajame darbe nagrinėjami sandėliavimo procesai, siekiant išspręsti pagrindinę problemą – kaip sumažinti šių procesų metu iškylančias klaidas. Šio darbo tikslas yra surasti sandėliavimo procesų neefektyvumo priežastis ir pateikti pasiūlymus kaip patobulinti sandėliavimo procesus. Darbas remiasi viena didžiausių Lietuvoje siuvimo įmone - AB „Kauno Baltija“. Darbą sudaro trys pagrindinės dalys. Pirmoje šio darbo dalyje, situacijos analizėje, buvo išanalizuotos siuvimo pramonės rinkos tendencijos ir sėkmę lemiantys veiksniai, bei identifikuotos įmonės silpnosios ir stipriosios pusės. Taip pat apžvelgti teoriniai procesų valdymo aspektai, kurie parodė, jog procesų valdymas stipriai įtakoja bendrą organizacijos veiklą ir gali būti reikšminga priemonė, kad įgyti konkurencinį pranašumą kokybės, kaštų bei reagavimo atžvilgiu. Antrojoje darbo dalyje aprašytas atliktas kokybinis AB „Kauno Baltija“ sandėliavimo procesų empirinis tyrimas. Tyrimui atlikti buvo pasirinktas kokybinis tyrimo metodas, kadangi šis metodas labiausiai tinkamas siekiant detaliai išanalizuoti procesą jo natūralioje aplinkoje. Empirinio tyrimo duomenims surinkti buvo naudojamos kelios priemonės – stebėjimas, įmonės dokumentų analizė, neformalūs interviu su darbuotojais, mokslinės ir nemokslinės literatūros šaltinių analizė. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / Warehouse processes are analyzed in this bachelor thesis in order to solve the main problem – how to reduce the quantity of faults that arise during the warehouse process. The purpose of this study is to research the reasons of warehousing process inefficiency and to find the solutions for improving warehouse management. The study is based on manufacturing company JSC “Kauno Baltija” which is one of the largest garment exporters in Lithuania. This study is divided into three main parts. Firstly, the sewing market tendencies and key-success factors were analyzed as well as the weaknesses and strengths of the company identified. First part of this study also summarizes the main theoretical arguments, which show that process management has big influence on overall organizational performance and may be the powerful tool for gaining the competitive advantage through low costs, flexibility and quality. The second part of this bachelor thesis consists of empirical research of AB “Kauno Baltija” warehouse process. Qualitative method of empirical research was chosen, because this is the best way to analyze process in its natural environment. Bakalauro baigiamajame darbe pateikiama statybų logistika teoriniu aspektu ir įvertinama UAB „Dažymo technologijų centras“ statybų logistika. Teorinėje dalyje aptariama logistikos samprata, aprašoma logistikos sistema, išskiriamos statybų logistikos medžiagų tiekimo, statybvietės – sandėliavimo posistemės. Bakalauro baigiamuoju darbu siekiama įvertinti UAB „Dažymo technologijų centras“ statybų logistiką ir nustatyti priemones, kurios leistų optimizuoti įmonės statybų procesą logistikos pagrindu. Įvertinus UAB „Dažymo technologijų centras“ statybų logistiką pastebėti žymūs, daugiausiai įmonėje naudojamų, medžiagų tiekimo ir statybvietės sandėliavimo posistemių valdymo trūkumai. Pasireiškiantys dėl nepakankamo dėmesio skyrimo ir kompetencijos stokos šioms įmonės veikloms. / There is submitted construction‘s logistics by theoretical aspect and estimating construction‘s logistics of UAB “Dažymo technologijų centras“ in Bachelor's final work. Logistics conception is disputed in theoretic part, also subsystems of construction logistics materials' delivery and construction – place and storage are discerned in this part of final work. Final Bachelor's work tries to evaluate construction‘s logistics of UAB „Dažymo technologijų centras“ and to identify measures that could improve construction company's activity. In spite of obtained profitt there were observed significant disadvantages of company‘s materials suply and construction-place subsystem when logistics of construction company UAB „Dažymo technologijų centras“ was evaluated. Disadvantages occur due to the lack of attention and competition to these activities of company.

The main goal of this work – determine the influence of storage to the quality and microbiology of meat, when storage is conducted according to regalement rules, or the storage is conducted breaking the rules by storing meat together with vegetables in the freezer with 4°C and 6 °C° temperature during 30 days period. The tasks of this work: 1. To research the pH changes when the storage regime is changing. 2. To determine the common microbiology pollution (BMS and pH), when the storage conditions are optimal, and when the storage conditions are deliberately broken. 3. To determine bacteria of salmonella and jersinia, storing meat is determined conditions, and then changing the conditions deliberately. The research shown, that storing meat at reglamented conditions for 14 days period at 4 °C, the example held out very well, with pH 5.54, and the example stored at 6 °C held out worse (pH 5.55), than the example stored at 4°C. That could influence the fact, that lower temperature influenced the holding out of meat. Conclusions: 1. Meat is more likely to be damaged, when it is stored together with another food products, and the microbiological state of meat was especially damaged, when it was stored with vegetables. When meat has been stored together with vegetables at 4°C temperature, the amount of microorganisms after 14 days increased from 9,6 mil 1cm3. to 890 mil. 1cm3, and after 30 days the amount of microorganisms increased from 9,6 mil. 1cm3. to 8,9 milij. 1cm3... Savo baigiamajame statybos inžinerijos bakalauro darbe pavadinimu „Trąšų sandėlis Smilgiuose“ projektuoju trąšų sandėlį Panevėžio r. sav., Smilgiuose, Sodžiaus g. 7. Projektuojamą trąšų sandėliavimo pastatą sudaro dvi atskiros patalpų grupės, tai sandėliavimo patalpa ir administracinės – pagalbinės patalpos. Toks patalpų suskirstymas yra numatomas dėl sandėlio gamybinės ir administracinės veiklos pobūdžio. / In my Bachelor paper on construction engineering “Fertilizer Warehouse in Smilgiai“ I designed a fertilizer warehouse located in Sodžiaus st. 7, Smilgiai, Panevėžys district. The designed warehouse for fetilizer storage consists of two separate premises, storage block and administrative-support block. Such division is intended for the industrial and administrative activities of the warehouse.
