In this manner, the irreversible motor marks on their bodies may prevent them from articulating speech, but do not stop Sabrina and Juan from gaining a voice through the Other s speech. Aim: To study two clinical cases of adolescents with cerebral palsy. Methods: This study presents fragments of Speech-Language Therapy sessions in which the diary and Supplementary and/or Alternative Communication board were used for support. These fragments were analyzed based on the language symptoms organization model, according to (GOUVÊA, FREIRE and DUNKER 2009). This model was set on the multilayered and articulated structure of the strata of writing, speech, language, of the individual, the Other, of the metaphor and the metonym (GOUVÊA, 2007). Results and conclusion: In the presented clinical case studies, it was possible to establish differential diagnoses pertaining to the Speech-Language Pathology clinic, from the outlining of semiology, of the etiogical hypothesis and the consequent (re)direction of Speech-Language therapy based on sanction on the act, the subject and the law / Esta dissertação destaca a clínica fonoaudiológica como espaço para a escuta do corpo (falante) de sujeitos com paralisia cerebral. Nesse sentido, as marcas motoras irreversíveis no corpo, os impedem de articular a fala, mas não interdita Sabrina e Juan de falar ao ganharem voz pela fala do Outro. Objetivo: Estudar dois casos clínicos de adolescentes com paralisia cerebral. Método: Foram apresentados fragmentos de sessões fonoaudiológicas em que se utilizou o suporte do diário e da prancha de Comunicação Suplementar e/ou Alternativa, analisados com base no modelo de organização dos sintomas de linguagem, segundo (GOUVÊA, FREIRE e DUNKER, 2009). Este modelo foi assentado sobre a estrutura multiestratificada e articulada dos estratos da escrita, da língua, da fala, do sujeito, do Outro, da metáfora e da metonímia (GOUVÊA, 2007). Justification: the recognition of that the different practical and theories of attendance in group in the area of Speech and language clinics,, with adoption of concepts of other areas without joint, reflection or (re)structing with the phonoaudiological pratical clinic, don´t allow the reach of a structure that legitimizes the relation between practical of attendance in group and the phonoaudiological clinic. Hypothesis: the functioning of the group is articulated to a practical clinic supported for the notion of structure and guided by a model of functioning of the language symptoms; the recognition that the group is made for the functioning; the affirmation that the goal procedure of the sanction reached for the Speech and language therary and the speech sanction operated by the citizens of the group potentiate the effects that operate the intersubjective displacements. Theoretical and methodological aspects: adoption of the model of functioning of the symptoms of language for the analysis of the pieces of speech and language therary sessions of the attendance in group of two groups of children with symptoms in the language, cared for fuor month, performed in a UBS of the capital of São Paulo. Conclusions: the functioning of the Speech and language therary attendance in group is marked by the Speech and language therary intervention of the handling of the sanction and increased by the sanctions operated for the citizens of the group among them, that produce effects on the symptoms of speaks of the group / Objetivo: buscar uma teorização do processo clínico decorrente da análise dos efeitos terapêuticos dos dizeres do grupo sobre os sintomas de fala do próprio grupo, norteada por uma clínica fonoaudiológica pautada na noção de estrutura que tem como objeto o funcionamento dos sintomas de linguagem. Justificativa: o reconhecimento de que as diferentes práticas e pressupostos teóricos do atendimento em grupo na área de Fonoaudiologia, com uma certa adoção de conceitos de outras áreas sem articulação, reflexão ou (re)estruturação com a prática clínica fonoaudiológica, não permitem o alçamento de uma estrutura que legitime a relação entre as práticas de atendimento em grupo e a clínica fonoaudiológica. Hipótese: o funcionamento do grupo está articulado à uma prática clínica sustentada pela noção de estrutura e norteado por um modelo de funcionamento dos sintomas de linguagem; o reconhecimento de que o grupo se faz pelo funcionamento; a afirmação de que o meta procedimento da sanção alçado pelo fonoaudiólogo e a sanção linguageira operada pelos sujeitos do grupo potencializam os efeitos que operam os deslocamentos intersubjetivos. Aspectos teórico-metodológicos: adoção do modelo de funcionamento dos sintomas de linguagem para a análise de fragmentos de sessões fonoaudiológicas do atendimento em grupo de dois conjuntos de crianças com sintomas na linguagem, atendidas pelo período de quatro meses, realizado em uma UBS do estado de São Paulo. Conclusões: o funcionamento do atendimento fonoaudiológico em grupo é marcado pela intervenção fonoaudiológica do manejo da sanção nas falas dos sujeitos e potencializado pelas sanções operadas pelos sujeitos do grupo entre si, que produzem efeitos sobre os sintomas de fala do próprio grupo

Justification: the recognition of the hiatus between the clinical and theoretical instance of the speech and language clinic that, is from one side confronted on the clinical moment by the subject demand toward the speech and language therapist and, on the other side, for the absence of language in the speech and language descriptions concerning the symptom, whenever they are clinical or theoretical, in a suppression movement of the subject, the speech and language therapist and the language, that, consequently, do not allow the reaching of a structure that legitimates the relationship between language symptoms and speech and language clinic. Hypothesis: the explanation of the language symptoms functioning when submitted to the laws of each multistratified structure of writing, language and speech, that are crossed simultaneously by the subject, the Other, the metaphor and the metonymy strata, in which emerge the traces of the arrangements and rearrangements of the course by the symptoms net in the subject language. These arrangements and rearrangements pluristratified would be determinating for the description and explanation of the different language symptoms, as well as for the possibility of establishing a diagnosis that would address the subjective and therapeutic position of the speech and language therapist/Other. Theoretical-methodological aspects: to deepen the symptom notion in the clinics of: speech and language therapy, medical and psychoanalysis based on the language structure; visiting the sanction conceptions in the juridical, semiotics, speech and language therapy and Psychoanalysis areas; circumscription of concepts and implications of the stratification in the psychic, linguistic and anthropological mechanisms, to enhance the approaches and estrangements of the terms, usages and definitions that would be involved in the symptom, the sanction and the stratification. Conclusions: the elaboration of a proposal of a multistratified structural functioning of the language symptoms, that is organized from concepts coming from the psychoanalysis, the language acquisition and of the description and explanation of the language symptoms present in speech and language therapy researches and in data originating from of the Bank of Speech and Writing, with foundation in the structures of the writing, the language and the speech / Objetivo: buscar uma explicação dos diferentes tipos/grades de funcionamento dos sintomas de linguagem alçando dimensões do sujeito/falante, do Outro/fonoaudiólogo nas instâncias clínica e teórica da clínica fonoaudiológica, a partir do conceito de multiestratificação estrutural da linguagem. Justificativa: o reconhecimento do hiato entre a instância clínica e teórica da clínica fonoaudiológica que, de um lado é confrontada no momento clínico pela demanda do sujeito ao fonoaudiólogo e, por outro, pela ausência da linguagem nas descrições fonoaudiológicas acerca do sintoma, quer sejam elas clínicas ou teóricas, em um movimento de supressão do sujeito, do fonoaudiólogo e da linguagem que, consequentemente, não permite o alçamento de uma estrutura que legitime a relação entre os sintomas de linguagem e a clínica fonoaudiológica. Hipótese: a explicação do funcionamento dos sintomas de linguagem como submetido às leis de cada estrutura multiestratificada da escrita, da língua e da fala, atravessadas simultaneamente pelos estratos do sujeito, do Outro e da metáfora e da metonímia, nos quais emergem os traços dos arranjos e rearranjos do percurso pelas redes dos sintomas na linguagem do sujeito. Estes arranjos e rearranjos pluriestratificados seriam determinantes para a descrição e explicação dos diferentes sintomas de linguagem, bem como para a possibilidade de estabelecer um diagnóstico que direcionaria a posição subjetiva e terapêutica do fonoaudiólogo/Outro. Aspectos teórico-metodológicos: aprofundamento da noção de sintoma nas clínicas: fonoaudiológica, médica e psicanalítica com base na estrutura de linguagem; visita às concepções de sanção nas áreas jurídica, semiótica, fonoaudiológica e psicanalítica; circunscrição de conceitos e implicações da estratificação nos mecanismos psíquicos, lingüísticos e antropológicos, para destacar as aproximações e distanciamentos dos termos, empregos e definições que estariam envolvidos no sintoma, na sanção e na estratificação. Conclusões: a elaboração de uma proposta de funcionamento estrutural multiestratificado dos sintomas de linguagem que se organiza a partir de conceitos advindos da psicanálise, da aquisição de linguagem e da descrição e explicação dos sintomas de linguagem presentes em pesquisas fonoaudiológicas e em dados oriundos do Banco de Fala e Escrita, com fundamento nas estruturas da escrita, da língua e da fala
