Role státu a neziskových organizací v řešení nezaměstnanosti osob se zdravotním postižením / The role of the state and nonprofit organisations in the solution to the disabled people unemployment

Kvitová, Michaela January 2009 (has links)
The diploma thesis named "The Role Of The State And Nonprofit Organizations In The Solution To The Disabled People Unemployment" is devoted to the ways of solving this negative phenomenon. Those instruments of the employment policy, which are mostly used against the disabled people unemployment are presented here. The use of these state instruments of treatment is sufficient but there are still many issues remaining in the field of unemployment. Especially, the Assisted Employment Service aimed to the employment of disabled people meets very often with the lack of financial support for its operations. This absence of necessary funds is the result of an insufficient legislation in this field. One of the possible effective solutions is the social policy concept which being a new instrument of the public policy plays a challenging role for the whole contemporara society.

Rozvoj a vzdělávání pracovníků sociálních podniků / Employee education and development in social enterprises

Skálová, Veronika January 2019 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with the topic of development and education of Czech social enterprise employees and examines how these services are provided. The research set was made of enterprises listed in the Social Entrepreneurship Directory, which declare their social mission. In the form of a questionnaire survey, it was investigated how the educational process in the enterprise proceeds from the planning, design to implementation and subsequent evaluation of educational activities. The research results show that social enterprises educate their employees, but in most enterprises it is a relatively unsystematic process, with reserves mainly on the theoretical and methodological side, which is mainly hampered by lack of funds and lack of time space. However, in the jungle of social entrepreneurship, there are clear exceptions that, despite all the obstacles, provide their staff with quality education services and care for their development. Integrační sociální podnik jako nástroj aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti / Work Integration Social Enterprise as a Tool of an Active Employment Policy.

Dudáková, Zuzana January 2014 (has links)
Social economy is a quickly developing segment of the national economy worldwide. An increasing number of both profit and non-profit organisations in the Czech Republic adhere to the principles of social economy. The legislation for social enterprises has not been drafted yet, which, first, is a drag on the development of social enterprising in the private sector, and, second, hampers its acknowledgement on the part of government institutions which, lacking the legal framework, are not capable of working with this phenomenon. Hence, a legal framework should be the first step towards support to social enterprising, in particular a framework on social integration enterprises employing people with a remarkably restricted access to the labour market. The goal of this thesis is to assess the validity of formerly proposed indicators to identify the characteristic features of social enterprises for the Czech Republic and to present proposals for potential adjustments to them. The thesis also identifies areas in which support to social enterprises is necessary so that they would be able to comply with the individual indicators. Keywords Indicator, people disadvantaged on the labour market, social economy, social enterprise, work integration social enterprise, social entrepreneur.
