Title: Effect of exercise therapy to Morbus Bechtěrev patients Objectives: Aim of this Thesis is to collect and analyse the available information from Czech and foreign sources concerning the Morbus Bechtěrev disease. Aim of empiric part is to evaluate the effect of four-week spa therapy In the Lazne Bohdanec spa to the Morbus Bechtěrev patients. Methods: Method of work consists of the study of available sources, assembling of theory part, collection and analysing of data and their statistical evaluation. For this research was used the standardised questionnaire method with added questions needed for the evaluation of hypotheses. Results: By the analysing of 32 pairs of anonymous questionnaires was concluded that the effect of exercise therapy to patients is positive, but not permanent. Title Evaluating the Effect of Spa Treatment for Ideopatic Scoliosis Objectives The main objective of this work is to evaluate effect of spa treatment for children with ideopatic scoliosis at age of 12-15 years. My objective was to find out the efficiency of spa treatment. I also would like to find out a long-term effect while comparing girls and boys. A long-effect means, that the spa effect will last at least until the next spa visit. The next objective was to find out how many children are affected by ideopatic scoliosis, or how many children suffer from bad body posture. I was also seeking, if there is sufficient number of spa centers for treating these kinds of diseases in Czech Republic. Methods This work has a scientific character. It is a retrospective study focused on evaluation of the effect of spa treatment for children with ideopatic scoliosis. For evaluating the rate of improvement, informations from semi-standartized tests was used. These tests are used in the spa centre in Lázně Bělohrad, Czech Republic. I extracted a selected category of patients, compared these data, and visualised them in a graphs. Esta investigación corresponde a una propuesta de evaluación cualitativa con personas privadas de libertad, que cumplen condena y que están sometidas a un tratamiento sistemático de reeducación mediante diversas acciones. Los complejos sistemas penitenciarios o de alta seguridad, desarrollan variadas operaciones para resocializar a grupos de personas condenadas, utilizando metodologías emergentes de evaluación de procesos. Estas mediciones, consideran restringidamente las observaciones cualitativas desde los presos, lo que representa un dominio de observaciones no menos relevantes para evaluar resultados de procesos, especialmente cuando éstos son psicosociales. Por ello, el estudio se sitúa en Valparaíso, en el Complejo Penitenciario, con la finalidad de desarrollar un proceso de evaluación cualitativa para un programa de intervención psicosocial, desde la mirada de los reclusos como evaluadores.

This work deals with the valuation of the Tonak company. My endeavor was that this thesis cover all facts that are absolutely necessary for real appraisal form. The introduction to the work is theoretical, and is supposed to acquaint its readers with the methods of valuation. Based on this fact, the work should thus be understood by those who have only basic knowledge of accounting. Another chapter of the "object of valuation" focuses on a particular company. This chapter should familiarize people who have never heard about this company before with basic information about the structure and accounting rules of the Tonak company. In the financial analysis we look closely at the individual financial statements for the years 2005 - 2009 and analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the financial aspects of company. The most important data will be compared with major competitors. The strategic analysis is divided into two parts. Analysis of external potential and analysis of internal potential. The external analysis focuses on the relevant market in terms of product and customer, and based on historical data and expert estimates attempts to predict the development of the market's revenue as a whole. On the other hand, the section on analysis of internal potential strives to predict Tonak's revenue compared against other companies in the sector. Based on these analyses, I am providing the estimated revenues of TONAK for the first and second stage. The next chapter is called "Generators values." These generators allow me to map out the complete financial plan for the next five years. The final section is devoted to the own valuation of Tonak. As the main method I chose DCF APV, which is the least common, though I believe its expression value is one of the best. As a supplementary method is used the market comparison method, which is compulsory in the Czech Republic despite its limited amount of data which, however, leads to limited expressibility.

The thesis is divided into two main parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part distinguishes between classic spa and wellness industry, the importance and history of the spa. Furthermore, the theoretical part deals with marketing investigation as part of marketing research. The main part of thesis is practical part, which describes marketing research of consumer behavior in wellness services provided by spa facilities. Research includes the evaluation of customer survey, which was created for the purpose of this thesis, corresponding to the basic questions regarding consumer behavior. The conclusion summarizes the main findings and defines practical usage of trends.

This report discloses the implementation of a collaboration tool in the form of action plans and discussion functionality in behalf of the company ZonderaCom AB (Zondera). The current tool used for this purpose is inflexible, have a hard time meeting customer requirements and therefore needs to be replaced. The new application is part of a larger entity where user management and database schemas are already in place. The functionality of this application consists of issue management, chat/discussion, document management, notes, sharing and printing. For users with higher permissions a summary view will also be available. The application is implemented using ASP.NET Core MVC, Entity Framework (EF) and SQL Server as the database engine. A SPA-based approach is used where the UI (User Interface) is dynamically rendered and loaded via Ajax and partial views. The source code for the application is largely omitted from this report due to business reasons. Interface’s and database schemas are used to display code and database structure. / Denna rapport behandlar implementeringen av ett samarbetsverktyg i form av handlingsplaner och diskussion till företaget ZonderaCom AB (Zondera). Det verktyg som använts tidigare i detta syfta är oflexibelt, har svårt att uppnå återkommande kundkrav och behöver därför bytas ut. Applikationen är en del av en större helhet där användarhantering och databas redan finns på plats. I applikationen ska funktionalitet för aktivitetshantering, chatt/diskussion, dokumentuppladdning, anteckningar, delning och utskrift implementeras. För användare med högre behörighet ska även en administrativ översikt finnas tillgänglig. Applikationen implementeras med hjälp av ASP.NET Core MVC, Entity Framework (EF) och SQL Server som databasmotor. Ett SPA-baserat angreppsätt används där gränssnitt laddas dynamiskt via Ajax och partial views. Källkod för applikationen och implementering på detaljnivå har till största del utelämnats ur denna rapport av affärsmässiga skäl. This master thesis deals with design and implementation of a web portal for remote mentoring. It analyzes the issues of e-learning, coaching and mentoring and then defines the target audience and its needs. At the same time, it deals with technological startups and describes the process of building the portal in the context of the startup. The practical part focuses on the development itself, project management and project sustainability.

The Master's Thesis is focused on the hotel marketing strategy issue. The theoretical section summarizes information about an issue of strategic situation analysis and it also involves marketing tools with focus on the hotel and spa industry. The goal of this paper is to design the situation analysis, evaluate the marketing tools used by the hotel and then summarize the results and include suggestions for the analyzed hotel. For the thesis were used literature sources as well as statistical yearbooks and internal information of analyzed hotel. The thesis is extended by consumer satisfaction survey and also web analytics tools as MajesticSEO and DoubleClick Ad Planner.

Cette thèse porte sur la conception et la validation d'un FPGA dédié à des applications sensibles nécessitant un haut niveau de sécurité et de confidentialité. Les FPGAs usuels présentent de nombreuses failles vis-à-vis de la sécurité : 1- Ils ne permettent pas une implémentation efficace de circuits logiques alternatifs, tels que les circuits asynchrones. 2- Le placement et le routage d'un circuit ne peuvent être complètement maîtrisés pour garantir une conception sécuritaire. 3- Ils ne sont pas protégés contre les attaques par canaux cachés tels que la DPA, l'EMA ou la DFA. Afin de lever ces obstacles technologiques, les travaux entrepris dans cette thèse ont permis de proposer une architecture autorisant la programmation de différents styles de circuits asynchrones, de disposer d'un système de programmation compatible avec les objectifs de sécurité et d'une conception garantissant un haut niveau de protection vis-à-vis des attaques citées ci-dessus. Enfin, une validation matérielle du prototype a permis d'appréhender la pertinence des modèles développés
