Bakalauro darbe, remiantis mokslinės literatūros analize ir empiriniu tyrimu, apibendrinamos Lietuvos Respublikos Vyriausybės bei politinių partijų kūno kultūros ir sporto programinės nuostatos, analizuojama ir vertinama vyriausybės sporto politika. / Physical culture and sport guidelines of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania and Lithuanian political parties are generalized in the article basing on the analysis of scientific literature. The Government’s sport policy is analyzed and assessed. The object of the research – the context of sport policy in the programmes of Lithuanian political parties. The objective of this article – to analyze the aspects of formation of sport policy of the Republic of Lithuania; to define the statements of main political forces in regard to sport; to assess the content of policy guidelines. The urgency of statements of physical culture and sport policy, as well as political parties’ general interest in sport policy is described in the article.

Darbo objektas – daugiafunkcės paskirties sporto arenų ir stadionų plėtra Lietuvoje. Pagrindinė tyrimo problema. Šiuo metu Lietuvoje yra akivaizdus modernių, visus tarptautinius reikalavimus atitinkančių arenų ir stadionų trūkumas. Lietuva yra įsipareigojusi surengti 2011 m. Europos vyrų krepšinio čempionatą, tačiau kol kas turi tik vieną visus reikalavimus atitinkančią “Siemens“ areną. Šiaulių ir Panevėžio arenos dar tik statomos, o Kauno ir Klaipėdos arenos dar net nepradėtos statyti. Tad sporto arenų plėtra tampa viena iš svarbiausių ne tik sporto, bet ir apskritai valstybės politikos prioritetinių sričių. Lietuva tai pat yra vienintelė ES šalis, neturinti modernaus visus tarptautinius reikalavimus atitinkančio Nacionalinio stadiono. Darbo tikslas – nustatyti ir išanalizuoti pagrindinius veiksnius, stabdančius daugiafunkcių sporto arenų ir stadionų plėtrą Lietuvoje. Tikslui pasiekti keliami šie uždaviniai: 1. Apžvelgti sporto bazių plėtros ypatumus Lietuvoje. 2. Aptarti bendrą situaciją futbolo infrastruktūros srityje. 3. Išanalizuoti priežastis, kodėl Lietuva iki šiol neturi Nacionalinio stadiono, ir aptarti, kokios yra šio projekto perspektyvos ateityje. 4. Nustatyti ir išanalizuoti veiksnius, lemiančius lėtą daugiafunkcių sporto arenų plėtrą Lietuvoje, pagrindinį dėmesį skiriant Klaipėdos ir Kauno arenų atvejams. 5. Lithuania obviously lacks modern arenas and stadiums which are built according to international standards. Lithuania made a commitment to host European Basketball Championship in 2011 but there is only “Siemens” arena that now fullfills all the international standards. Arenas in Šiauliai and Panevėžys are currently being built and arenas in Klaipėda and Kaunas aren't even started to be built. That is why the development of sports' arenas becomes not only a matter of sports' policy but a priority of the policy of the state. Lithuania is also the only EU country which does not have a National stadium that fullfills all the international standards. The goal of the thesis – to name and analyze the main factors that prevent the development of multifunctional arenas and stadiums in Lithuania. The following steps to reach the goal: 1. To examine the characteristics of sports' bases in Lithuania. 2. To discuss an overall situation in football's infrastructure. 3. Darbe nagrinėjama sportininkų dvejopo pobūdžio profesinė veikla, jos įgyvendinimas Europos Sąjungoje ir Lietuvos universitetuose. Analizuojamos priežastys, paskatinusios tokios veiklos atsiradimą, taip pat tokios veiklos nauda sportininkams. Pateikiama Lietuvos universitetų, remiančių sportininkus- studentus, analizė. / The present research focuses on the athletes' dual careers and its implementation in the European Union and Lithuanian universities. It also analyzes the main reasons which caused the rise of such phenomenon, as well as the profit of the dual careers for athletes. The analysis of Lithuanian universities which support student- athletes is presented in the research.
