Darbo apimtis – 81 p. teksto be priedų, 45 iliustr., 4 lent., 38 bibliografiniai šaltiniai. Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai. / This final paper of master studies discusses the methodologies of analyzing aviation accidents and incidents, their advantages and disadvantages, as well as the ways of applying these methodologies. Additionally, the link between aviation accidents and incidents is discussed as well as the general aviation, its characteristics and influence on entire aviation industry. Furthermore, the human factor and the most current methodologies of analyzing it are introduced. This paper also presents Lithuania general aviation, its activity and safety level from 2000 to 2010. By applying various methodology and approaches, the more detailed analysis is given to the accidents and incidents, which are related to aforementioned safety level. The attained data is compared with the statistics of Lithuania commercial aviation, USA, Europe, Germany and Australia. Finally, the obtained results are summarized, and taking them into consideration, recommendations of the ways to reduce the number of accidents and incidents in Lithuania are formulated. The paper consists of 7 pieces: introduction, theoretical piece, methodological piece, practical piece, summary and recommendations, references and annexes. The paper size – 81 p. of text without docket, 45 figures, 4 tables, 38 references. Docket are included separately.

Geovizualizace proměny demografických ukazatelů aglomerace města Brna v letech 2001-2011

Pavlíková, Kateřina January 2016 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with geovisualization of changes in demographic indicators in Brno agglomeration in 2001 - 2011. The opening part is focused on theoretical aspects of geovisualization of regional data. Data of chosen demographic indicators of the Brno metropolitan area were provided by Brno Municipality. It was evaluated and then cartographically visualized by tools of spatial statistics while considering the visualization of demographic change in indicators between the years 2001, 2011. The data were interpreted with a focus on determination of compliance of the demographic development in relation to solving this issue at the level of strategic documents and measures done by the public sector by using the cluster analysis.

Analýza změn ve vydáních domácností v ČR / Analysis of changes of households expenditures in CR

Bartošová, Livie January 2016 (has links)
The Diploma Thesis is focused on changes in household spending in the Czech Republic. The aim was to analyze the changes in the average spending in individual household types. In the introductory part, the method of data collection by the Czech Statistical Office, which collects the data from the households in the framework of the family accounts statistics, is described. Moreover, the inflation questions are explained here, together with the description of models of consumption ways. The introduction of the Thesis also includes the explanation of options of a non-consumer spending in the form of both investments and various types of savings. The practical part comprises analyses monitoring changes in the spending structure, in the spending extent, and in the development of the expense entry value. The analysis of the changes in the spending structure concerns all categories of households, classified according to the person acting as the head of household, in the years 2006-2014. These changes are evaluated not only from the point of view of their extent and development trends, but they are also evaluated in comparison with other monitored households. The detailed analysis monitoring the spending extent and the development of individual expense entries studies the average household and the household of employees in the years 2000-2014, with a subsequent prediction for years 2015 and 2016. For the households of self-employers, unemployed persons and pensioners (without economically active members), the analysis covers the changes in the spending extent in the years 2006-2014 and includes also the comparison of such changes in terms of the mentioned household types.

Postavení a predikční schopnost konjunkturálních průzkumů ve státní statistice / Importance and predictive capabilities of business cycle surveys in official statistics

Bartáková, Silvie January 2016 (has links)
The thesis is focused on the status of the business cycle surveys in national and international statistics and on the assessment of their ability to predict the economic development. The theoretical part focuses on the description of the business cycle surveys and their harmonization across the European Union, questionnaires content, indicators structure and dissemination of results. There is also described a detailed procedure of data processing and calculation of confidence indicators in the conditions of the Czech Republic, which is closely related to the analysis of their predictive abilities. The practical part contains the analysis of the basic characteristic of the business cycle surveys and gross value added time series. Based on these analysis, the thesis evaluate the forecasting ability of the Economic Sentiment Indicator as well as sector confidence indicators (industry, construction, trade and services). The last chapter formulates proposals and recommendations relative to the content of the questionnaires, data collection, data processing and the confidence indicators construction that could be employed in order to achieve better predictive ability.

Kašpar, Luboš January 2016 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the issue and household consumption from several aspects, namely: realize an analysis of the development and structure of expenditure and consumption of households in the Czech Republic between 2006 and 2014 to determine the differences in expenditures and household consumption Czech Republic in urban and rural areas and compare issue and household consumption Czech Republic with selected European Union member states from 2006 to 2014. The analytical part of the thesis is preceded by theoretical-methodological part, which is focused on identifying expenditure and consumption of households by the Czech statistical Office on the issue of reporting households on classification of items expenditures of households by purpose and explanation of the statistical methods of time series analysis using regression and correlation analysis. In the analytical part of the thesis is to further understanding of the behavior of households in the area of expenditure and consumption specifics for each time period and is implemented prediction household expenditures Czech Republic and selected EU countries in 2019.

Využití numerické lineární algebry k urychlení výpočtu odhadů MCD / Exploiting numerical linear algebra to accelerate the computation of the MCD estimator

Sommerová, Kristýna January 2018 (has links)
This work is dealing with speeding up the algorithmization of the MCD es- timator for detection of the mean and the covariance matrix of a normally dis- tributed multivariate data contaminated with outliers. First, the main idea of the estimator and its well-known aproximation by the FastMCD algorithm is discussed. The main focus was to be placed on possibilities of a speedup of the iteration step known as C-step while maintaining the quality of the estimations. This proved to be problematic, if not impossible. The work is, therefore, aiming at creating a new implementation based on the C-step and Jacobi method for eigenvalues. The proposed JacobiMCD algorithm is compared to the FastMCD in terms of floating operation count and results. In conclusion, JacobiMCD is not found to be fully equivalent to FastMCD but hints at a possibility of its usage on larger problems. The numerical experiments suggest that the computation can indeed be quicker by an order of magnitude, while the quality of results is close to those from FastMCD in some settings. 1
