Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / This is a descriptive study, with a qualitative approach, which aimed to: know the work of nurses with women in the Strategy Family Health Units (SFH) in the city of Santa Maria / RS, identify the facilities and difficulties of the work of nurses with women in SFH units and identify the strategies used by nurses in the work with women in the SFH units.The subjects of the research were twelve nurses who work in Strategy Family Health Units of the city of Santa Maria / RS, between May and July 2013. For the collection of the data, it was used a semistructured interview. The data were analyzed according to the proposed of Thematic Analysis, and resulted in the definition of five categories: The work of the nurses with women of Family Health; Technologies used by nurses at work; The organization of work with the women; Difficulties and facilities experienced by nurses at work with the women; and The suggestions of the nurses to improve the work with the women at Strategy Family Health. From the analysis of the data, it was possible to notice that the work of nurses with the women is performed based on standards and protocols established by the Ministry of Health, with the purpose of promotion, prevention and control of the disorders in health. Thus, the assistance work to the women requires an involvement of all professionals of the Family Health Team, as well as a management mobilization to enable the idealization of new actions and quality services to users of the Unified Health System. / Trata-se de um estudo descritivo, com abordagem qualitativa, que teve como objetivos: conhecer o trabalho dos enfermeiros com mulheres nas Unidades de Estratégia Saúde da Família (ESF) do município de Santa Maria/RS, identificar as facilidades e dificuldades do trabalho dos enfermeiros com mulheres nas Unidades de ESF e identificar as estratégias utilizadas pelos enfermeiros no trabalho com mulheres nas Unidades de ESF. Os sujeitos da pesquisa foram doze enfermeiros que trabalham nas Unidades de Estratégia Saúde da Família do município de Santa Maria/RS, entre maio e julho de 2013. Para a coleta dos dados, utilizou-se a entrevista semiestruturada. Os dados foram analisados segundo a proposta de Análise Temática, e resultaram na definição de cinco categorias: O trabalho dos enfermeiros com mulheres da Saúde da Família; Tecnologias utilizadas pelo enfermeiro no trabalho; A organização do trabalho com as mulheres; Dificuldades e facilidades vivenciadas pelo enfermeiro no trabalho com as mulheres, e As sugestões dos enfermeiros para melhorar o trabalho com as mulheres na Estratégia Saúde da Família. A partir da análise dos dados, foi possível perceber que o trabalho dos enfermeiros com as mulheres é executado com base nas normas e protocolos estabelecidos pelo Ministério da Saúde, com propósito de promoção, prevenção e controle dos agravos em saúde. Desta forma, o trabalho de atendimento às mulheres requer um envolvimento de todos os profissionais da Equipe de Saúde da Família, como também de uma mobilização da gestão para viabilizar a idealização de novas ações e serviços de qualidade às usuárias do Sistema Único de Saúde.

O Apoio Matricial surge como, principalmente, um arranjo organizacional e uma metodologia para a gestão do trabalho em saúde com o objetivo de ampliar a perspectiva conceitual e de ação da clínica, além de integrar dialogicamente as várias disciplinas, as especialidades e os conhecimentos que se debruçam na cena da saúde pública (Campos, 2003). E tanto as estratégias do Apoio Matricial quanto as da Atenção Psicossocial orientam-se pelos princípios do Sistema Único de Saúde, dentre eles a integralidade. A união dessas estratégias tende a potencializar o caráter integral do atendimento construído a partir delas. Estudar a relação entre estas pode levar à produção de um material pertinente para se refletir sobre o processo de mudança de um modelo de assistência ao outro, bem como para se usá-lo como norteador de mudanças que prezem pela atenção psicossocial. Além disso, discutir as práticas que compõem esse modelo de atenção na saúde mental é premente, tendo em vista uma de suas principais características que é a de ser uma prática sempre constituinte (em constante construção) junto aos trabalhadores, pessoas que dela se servem bem como familiares e comunidade de uma forma geral. This will be done through discussion of a natural path of building a therapeutic project built in public health service of a small town in the western Sao Paulo. The support comes as a matrix, essentially the organizational arrangement and a methodology for the management of health work in order to enlarge the prospect of action of conceptual and clinical dialogicidade well as integrate the various disciplines, expertise and knowledge to look at the scene public health (Campos, 2003).
