Ph.D. (Chemistry) / This thesis was devoted to the synthesis of new bisphosphonates molecules, the study of their reactivity and the evaluation of their biological activities. The synthesis of epoxyalkylgembisphosphonates was carried out in three steps. The first step was the synthesis of arynyl and alkynylphosphonates by metallation of alkyl and aryl acetylenes followed by condensation with diethylchlorophosphate at low temperature. The second step was the synthesis of vinylgembisphosphonates by a tributylphosphine catalyzed phosphorylation of arynylphosphonates. The last step to epoxyalkylgembisphosphonates was achieved by oxidation of vinylgembisphosphonates using ethylmethyldioxirane generated in situ from potassium monopersulfate (caroate) and butanone in a phase transfer system. The synthesized epoxyalkylgembisphosphonates were studied in order to assess their reactivity with different nucleophiles and their chemical usefulness. All the synthesized compounds were characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy, infrared (IR) spectroscopy and mass spectrometry (GCxGC-TOF-MS). In term of reactivity, epoxyalkylgembisphosphonates were found to be less reactive than epoxyphosphonates. As far as their biological activities are concerned, epoxyalkylgembisphosphonates were found to be more potent than some commercially available antibiotics.

Para amostragem da ictiofauna dos afluentes, foram cercados 75m de cada trecho com rede de arrasto; a coleta foi feita através de redes de arrasto manuais, puçás e peneiras. O esforço de coleta aplicado a cada variante metodológica foi de 40 minutos. No total foram coletados 3362 exemplares, pertencentes a 5 ordens, 26 famílias, 65 gêneros e 106 espécies. A ordem Characiformes, foi a mais representativa. As famílias mais abundantes numericamente foram Characidae e Cichlidae, em ambos os rios e períodos analisados. Para a jusante do rio Taxidermista e do rio Verde Paraíso ocorreu maior diversidade na seca, decaindo na cheia. A menor diversidade encontrada foi no período da seca à montante do rio Taxidermista. Para o rio Taxidermista, ocorreu uma pequena similaridade em todo o período de coletas, entre os dois trechos, 0,1 na cheia e 0,3 na seca. Já para o rio Verde Paraíso, houve maior similaridade entre os dois trechos, sendo que a maior foi no período da seca (0,80) e a menor na cheia (0,72). Para o Taxidermista os resultados dos cálculos da constância de ocorrência indicaram 2 espécies constantes entre os trechos a montante e a jusante no período da cheia e para o período da seca, 5. No Rio Verde Paraíso no período da cheia, 9 espécies foram consideradas constantes entre a montante e a jusante e 22 no período da seca. / Abstract: With the objective to study the diversity of fishes in two affluents from River Teles Pires there were realized bimonthly expeditions between October of 2005 and December of 2006. For samples of the ichthyofauna from the affluents, there were encompassed 75 meters from each river with dragging net; gathering was done with puca and sieves. The applied effort of gathering with each methodological variant was of 40 minutes. In total, there were collected 3362 samples, from 5 orders, 26 families, 65 genders and 106 species. The order Characiformes was the most representative. The most present in numbers were the families Characidae and Cichlidae, in both rivers and periods analyzed. For the downstream of the river Taxidermista and of the river Verde Paraíso occurred more diversity in drought, decreasing in flood. The minor diversity found was in the drought period in transom of the river Taxidermista. For river Taxidermista, occurred a small similarity in all collecting period, among the two stretch, 0,1 in flood and 0,3 in drought. O presente trabalho apresenta uma análise da aplicação da ferramenta DSM Design Structure Matrix ao planejamento do processo de projeto de edificações. O objetivo principal desta pesquisa é a análise dos Manuais de Escopo de Projetos e Serviços para a Indústria Imobiliária do ponto de vista do planejamento do processo de projeto, utilizando a ferramenta DSM. Para desenvolvimento da pesquisa primeiramente foi feita uma revisão bibliográfica, onde selecionou-se a metodologia ADePT para o desenvolvimento do planejamento do processo de projeto. Em seguida foram aplicadas as duas primeiras etapas da metodologia ADePT definição do processo e otimização do processo, que forneceram material para uma análise da aplicação da ferramenta DSM ao planejamento do processo de projeto e uma análise crítica sobre os Manuais de Escopo de Projetos e Serviços para a Indústria Imobiliária. O cumprimento das duas primeiras etapas da metodologia ADePT forneceu material com informações que permitiram a observação de algumas incoerências e permitiu a apresentação de críticas e sugestões de alterações em seu conteúdo, como proposta de melhoria à ferramenta-guia que estes se propõem a ser. Por fim, a partir da validação da DSM como ferramenta para o desenvolvimento do planejamento do processo de projeto e com base nas alterações sugeridas para os manuais, foi proposto um novo modelo de processo de projeto. / This study presents an analysis of application of DSM Design Structure Matrix to the planning process of building design. The main objective this study is the analysis of manuals Scope of Projects and Services for the Real State Industry in terms of planning the design process, using the DSM. For development of the study was first done a literature review, where we selected the ADEPT methodology to development planning this process. When we applied the first two stages of ADEPT methodology process definition and optimization of the process, which provided material for an analysis of the implementation of DSM planning in the design process and a critical analysis of the Manuals Scope of Projects and Services for Real State Industry. Compliance with the first two stages of ADEPT methodology provided material with information that allowed the observation of some inconsistencies and allowed the presentation of comments and suggestions for changes in content, as proposed improvements to the tool guide that they purport to be. Finally, from the validation of the DSM as a tool for development planning and design process based on the suggested changes to the manuals, we proposed a new model of the design process.

En 1969-1970, Louis Althusser a écrit un texte d'une soixantaine de pages intitulé "Idéologie et appareils idéologiques d'État". Celui-ci était l'ébauche d'une théorie des idéologies inspirée principalement par L'idéologie allemande de Karl Marx. Par ce texte, Althusser cherchait, vraisemblablement, à préciser la position marxienne, devenue marxiste, concernant l'idéologie en général. Mon essai vise essentiellement, par extrapolation sur les données marxistes et althusseriennes, à reconstruire la théorie d'Althusser, pour en faire une théorie des idéologies qui soit moins générale, spécifiant les diverses formes qu'implique l'esquisse d'Althusser. Sous la plume de Louis Althusser, le mot idéologie semble souvent référer, selon le contexte, à des concepts différents. Le but de mon texte est, justement, de définir ces concepts. Il est certain que, comme ébauche, le texte d'Althusser laisse une latitude appréciable lorsqu'il s'agit de définition de l'idéologie. Il me semble, cependant, avoir réussi à circonscrire l'idéologie à la Althusser dans des limites raisonnables. Tout d'abord, il m'apparaît qu'il faille situer l'Idéologie là où elle apparaît généralement, i.e. dans une conscience idéelle d'origine matérielle. Après avoir situé l'Idéologie par rapport à l'univers, je cherche à regrouper les idéologies sous des dénominations représentant leurs portées sur les individus. De cette démarche ressort trois étiquettes principales, soit celles que j'ai baptisées l'idéologie atomique, l'idéologie langagière, et l'idéologie partisane. Cette structure hiérarchique étant établie, je tente d'inclure leur mode de fonctionnement respectif (et interdépendant) dans un contexte réel, vrai... matériel, qui correspond à la vision, que j'ai baptisée de suprématie idéologique, de Louis Althusser. Par la suite, je propose une thèse personnelle qui me semble compléter celle d'Althusser. Cette dernière, que j'appelle synarchie structurale, suppose une fonction de l'idéologie qui ne se limite plus à la simple persuasion/dissuasion, mais qui, plutôt, détourne l'attention d'une classe sociale dite dominée des véritables causes de son asservissement à une classe dite dominante.

Este trabalho apresenta a relação de interdependência entre a teodicéia da Igreja Universal do Reino de Deus, sua prática discursiva, suas estratégias comunicacionais, seus paradoxos e coerêcias e a mudança das representações e padrões comportamentais de seus crentes e/ou de seus adeptos. Assim temos a temática da religião e representação do mundo, objetivando demonstrar a complexidade do fenômeno religioso em sua dupla função: social e psicológica. Depois temos, as características da IURD, que a diferenciam no contexto do neopentecostalismo, seus traços estruturais marcantes relacionados com os traços estruturais da sociedade brasileira. Faz-se uma análise da obra de Edir Macedo O Perfil do Homem de Deus, demonstrando os paradoxos presentes entre a linguagem textual e oral, das reuniões da referida Igreja. Segue-se com a análise dos depoimentos de crentes e/ou de adeptos, verificando o processo de internalização, por parte dos mesmos das estratégias comunicacionais adotadas pela Universal, como força motriz da mudança das representações e padrões comportamentais, pelo encontro de uma estrutura de plausibilidade do mundo, ao mesmo tempo em que se objetiva tentar esclarecer a prática discursiva da Igreja, diretamente relacionada com mentes individuais e grupais de caráter regressivo, isto é, imediatistas, intolerantes às frustrações, ambivalentes, ou seja, não conseguindo traduzir adequadamente a realidade, para os quais o discurso do aqui e agora se adequa. Finalmente, aborda-se a temática: secularização, ambivalência e reencantamento do mundo, utilizando-se como matriz teórica as abordagens e concepções de Peter Berger e Zygmunt Bauman, demonstrando ser o fenômeno Universal do Reino de Deus e seu vínculo com seus crentes e/ou seus adeptos reflexo do processo de secularização que se encontra acompanhado do reencantamento do mundo.
