Metodologia para avaliação de alternativas de fornecimento de energia elétrica para consumidores do grupo A

Com a reestruturação do setor elétrico brasileiro ocorreu a abertura no mercado de energia elétrica, a criação das figuras do consumidor livre e produtor independente e o surgimento de novas alternativas de fornecimento de energia aos consumidores do Grupo A, grupo conectado a alta tensão que compreende os níveis de 230 kV até 2,3 kV, composto basicamente por consumidores industriais. De acordo com a regulamentação atual, uma planta industrial pode ser atendida através da distribuidora local, do mercado livre, de fonte convencional ou incentivada e da autoprodução. No atual contexto de mercado faz-se necessário analisar qual a alternativa que melhor se adapte ao perfil da planta industrial e também represente economia na fatura de energia elétrica. O presente trabalho apresenta uma metodologia para avaliação destas alternativas, que permite comparar os custos com energia, auxiliando à tomada de decisão. Para a aplicação da metodologia, foram realizados estudos de caso que englobam diferentes consumidores do Grupo A, visando a economia e eficiência energética para o consumidor. / With the restructuration of the Brazilian electrical sector, came the opening of the electric energy market, the creation of characters such as the free consumer and independent producer, and the appearance of new supplying alternatives of energy to Group A consumers, a high-tension group which comprehends the levels from 230 kV to 2,3 kV that is composed basically of industrial consumers. According to the current regulations, an industrial plant can be attended through the local distributer, in the free market, of a conventional or motivated source and through auto-production. In the present market context, it is necessary to analyze which alternative adapts better to the industrial plant profile and also represents economy in the monthly electric bill. This work presents a methodology to evaluate these alternatives, allowing the comparison of the energy costs, thus helping the decision process. In order to apply the methodology, case studies involving different consumers of Group A, were conducted aiming at the economy and energetic efficiency for the consumer.

Urgentná letecká preprava v automobilovom priemysle / Emergency airfreight transportation in automotive industry

The Master's thesis aims to introduce importance and specifics of emergency airfreight transportation. It focuses on the automotive industry as an industry affected by lean production trends and indicates high requirements on logistics systems. Breach of delivery conditions threatens the continuity of production and can cause heavy financial losses. The thesis analyzes air transport as a solution for such critical situations. From the perspective of a forwarding company specialized in emergency transportation, air transport options and process of organization are described. Research focuses on transport possibilities for a particular route, with emphasis on analysis and comparison of air accessibility and transportation expenses. The obtained knowledge leads to evaluation of effectiveness and the proposal of optimal solutions.

This work presents an analysis of the process of strategical planning, developed in a rendering company of collective meals of Porto Alegre/ RS, with the general objective to analyze the strategical planning of the company. To reach this objective, the following specific objectives had been established: (1) to study the models of strategical planning; (2) to describe and to analyze the model and the implementation of the used Strategical Planning for the studied company; (3) to present recommendations that optimize the effectiveness of the strategical planning. Had the company to be decentralized, the study it was carried through in one of its units, that he is pilot in this tool of management, inside of the Petrochemical Polar region of Triunfo/ RS. The work is structuralized in five chapters: introduction, bibliographical revision, methodology, analysis and final description of the model of used strategical planning for the company and conclusions and last commentaries. The research is characterized as a positive chain research; how much to the nature she is qualitative; how much the technique is exploration, documentary and descriptive, of a case study. The model of strategical planning, used in the unit, it was identified as being a model without alignment with processes in the organization changes, existing similarity in the bibliographical revision; but implemented with imperfections. The strategical planning did not have an initial landmark and comumente is confused with the strategical map. The objectives of the map do not possess clear goals. Some important factors had been evidenced as the main difficulties identified for the implementation of the planning: difficulty of understanding of the vision of the company and serious difficulty of communication: of the vision of future of the organization in the unit and it enters the sectors of the same one. / Este trabalho apresenta uma análise do processo de planejamento estratégico, desenvolvido em uma empresa prestadora de refeições coletivas de Porto Alegre/ RS, com o objetivo geral de analisar o planejamento estratégico da empresa. Para atingir este objetivo, foram estabelecidos os seguintes objetivos específicos: (1) estudar os modelos de planejamento estratégico; (2) Descrever e analisar o modelo e a implementação do Planejamento Estratégico usado pela empresa estudada; (3) apresentar recomendações que otimizem a eficácia do planejamento estratégico. Devido a empresa ser descentralizada, o estudo foi realizado em uma de suas unidades, que é piloto nessa ferramenta de gestão, dentro do Pólo Petroquímico de Triunfo/ RS. O trabalho está estruturado em cinco capítulos: introdução, revisão bibliográfica, metodologia, análise e descrição do modelo de planejamento estratégico usado pela empresa e conclusões e considerações finais. A pesquisa caracteriza-se como uma pesquisa de corrente positivista; quanto à natureza é qualitativa; quanto a técnica é exploratória, documental e descritiva, de um estudo de caso. O modelo de planejamento estratégico, utilizado na unidade, foi identificado como sendo um modelo sem alinhamento com processos de mudanças organizacionais, existindo similaridade na revisão bibliográfica; mas implementado com falhas. O planejamento estratégico não teve um marco inicial e é comumente confundido com o mapa estratégico. Os objetivos do mapa não possuem metas claras. Alguns fatores importantes foram constatados como as principais dificuldades identificadas para a implementação do planejamento: dificuldade de compreensão da visão da empresa e grave dificuldade de comunicação, tanto da visão de futuro da organização na unidade como entre os setores da mesma.

The subject-matter of the degree work is an analysis of forwarding and courier services in Czech Republic (the ``Analysis{\crqq}). The Analysis is prepared based on seven biggest forwarding companies in Czech Republic, i.e. Česká pošta, s.p. (Czech Postal Service, a State-owned Firm), DPD, s.r.o., DHL, s.r.o., PPL, s.r.o., TNT, s.r.o., FedEx, s.r.o. and UPS, s.r.o. The logistics are described as a whole in the first part of the degree work, all this upon findings obtained from special literature. The second part of the degree work includes a detailed description of the forwarding services as provided by selected forwarding companies doing business on the Czech Republic territory, an analysis of comparison, incl. The last part of the degree work is devoted to an assessment of data obtained from questionnaires submitted for answers to legal persons (entities) using the services of the forwarding companies subject to the Analysis.

Arles, colonie de droit romain, hérite, après la défaite de Pompée contre César, du contrôle d’une partie du Rhône, importante voie d’acheminement des marchandises provenant de tout le pourtour méditerranéen. Actrice privilégiée d’un commerce qui s’amplifie, accueillant de nombreux naviculaires pour le gérer et des populations indigènes toujours plus nombreuses, la cité d’Arles a également montré au travers de ses édifices la présence de marbres colorés dans la décoration pariétale et dans les pavements. Ce type de matière première était un symbole de puissance et de richesse et, à ce titre, diffusé dans toutes les provinces de l’empire. Dans ce cadre-là, nous étudions l’utilisation et l’approvisionnement de ces marbres dans la cité d’Arles au travers de l’étude de sites archéologiques terrestres et d’éléments retrouvés dans le Rhône. Pour cela, nous étudierons chaque fragment en marbre coloré retrouvé dans des contextes du Haut-Empire et de l’Antiquité tardive. Nous déterminerons pour chaque site étudié la répartition et la proportion de chacun ainsi que les formes dans lesquelles ils ont été façonnés. Nous analyserons ensuite chronologiquement l’emploi de ces éléments dans la décoration de domus et d’édifices à caractère public. Enfin, nous ferons le lien avec l’acheminement de ces marchandises dans la vallée du Rhône à l’époque romaine. / Arles, roman right colony, inherited the control of the river the Rhône, after Pompei’s defeat against Cesar, important delivery route of any kind of supply coming from the Mediterranean area. Trading business increasing Arles welcomed a lot of navicularii to manage it. And also the growing native population helped Arles to become a privilege actor. Through the monument the great city of Arles showed coloured marbles on the wall and pavement. This type of raw material was a symbol of power and wealth which was diffused in every province of the empire. In this context, we will study the use and the supply of the marble in Arles through terrestrial archaeological sites and elements discovered in the river Rhone.Concerning this, we will study every pieces of coloured marble found in the high Roman Empire and late Antiquity period. For every sites we will determined the distribution and the proportion as well as the different ways they were shaped. Then we will analyse chronologically the use of these elements in the “domus” decoration and in public building.Last but not least we will link it together with the routing of the supplier in the Rhône valley at the Roman Empire period.

The main goal of the thesis is to analyze the development of the automotive industry on both the global and the European level from the strategic perspective and to assess the impact of the identified trends on the position of the automotive suppliers within one of the emerging centers of the industry on the European continent. The auxiliary aims of the thesis include the identification of the main reasons, which have led to the current position of the automotive industry within the Central and Eastern European region, and the forecast of the expected future development. The thesis attempts to fill the gap in the existing literature both in the Czech Republic and abroad by presenting new findings in all of the above mentioned fields.
