Tyrimo populiacija: 102 Všį VUL Santariškių klinikų slaugytojos, dirbančios abdominalinės chirurgijos, ginekologijos, urologijos, kraujagyslių, akių operacinėse bei Všį VUL Santariškių klinikų gydytojai chirurgai, ginekologai, urologai, akių gydytojai, kraujagyslių chirurgai ir gydytojo asistentai dirbantys VUL Santariškių klinikų operacinėse. Tyrimo metodai: 1. Teorinė mokslinės literatūros, leidinių, publikacijų apžvalga. 2. Operacinės slaugytojų, gydytojų chirurgų, gydytojo asistentų anketinė apklausa. Kaip metodas buvo panaudotas pilotinis tyrimas. 3. Gautų rezultatų aptarimas ir jų analizė. Darbo išvados: 1. Remiantis mokslinės literatūros apžvalga bei atlikto tyrimo rezultatais nustatyta: darbo komandai būdingi bendravimas, tarpusavio pagalba ir bendro tikslo siekimas. Apklaustieji medikai apibrėžė komandą kaip grupę žmonių, kurioje žmonės pirmiausia sąveikauja tarpusavyje, kad keistūsi informacija ir priimtų sprendimus, kurių tikslas – padėti vienas kitam, vykdyti savo srities užduotis. 2. Bakgrund: Produktionen på en operationsavdelning utgår från att hålla vårdgarantin och samtidigt hantera alla akutfall som sker. Hela operationsteamet har ett delat ansvar för patientens perioperativa vård. I ett operationsteam ingår operatör, operationssjuksköterska, anestesisjuksköterska och en assisterande personal. Personcentrerad vård bygger på en interaktion mellan patient och vårdgivare och kan delas in i fyra delar; Att odla en bra kommunikation, Skapa en respektfull och medkännande vård, att patienterna engagerar sig i sin vårdgivare och integration av vården. Syfte: Undersöka den perioperativa sjuksköterskans erfarenhet av hur operationsteamets personcentrerade vård påverkas vid produktionsinriktad vård. Metod: En kvalitativ intervjustudie med induktiv ansats. Åtta intervjuer genomfördes baserade på en semistrukturerad intervjuguide. Insamlad data analyserades med hjälp av en kvalitativ innehållsanalys. Resultat: Kontroll fick informanterna genom förberedelse och tid till att skapa en helhet. Tidsstress fanns främst hos nyare medlemmar, men krav utifrån påverkar operationsteamet beroende på dess uppsättning av individer och erfarenhet. Slutsats: Oftast påverkas inte bemötandet, utan möjlighet att uppfylls alla patienten behov. / Background: Production is about keeping the healthcare guarantee and at the same time handle all emergency cases that occur. The team has a shared responsibility for the patient's perioperative care, a team includes an operator, operating nurse, anesthesia nurse and an assisting staff. Person-centred care is based on interaction between patients and caregivers, divided into four parts; Cultivate a good communication, Create a respectful and compassionate care, Patients engage with their caregiver and Integration of care. Aim: Investigate the perioperative nurse's experience of how the surgical team's person-centered care is affected in production-oriented care. Method: A qualitative interview study with an inductive approach based on semi-structured interviewguide. Eight interviews were analyzed using a qualitative content analysis. Result: Control was given to the informants through preparation and time to create a entirety. Time stress was mainly present in newer members, but demands affect the surgical team depending on its set of individuals and experience. The team provided person-centred care in balance with getting the surgery completed. By creating a flow, the best conditions for production and person-centred care were provided. Conclusion: The treatment was not affected, but the opportunity to meet all the patient's needs.

WHO´s checklista för säker kirurgi är ett världsomfattande verktyg som implementerats i större delen av världen sedan dess introduktion 2008. Studier visar att korrekt användande av checklistan leder till en minskning av både mortalitet, morbiditet samt postoperativa komplikationer. Trots bevisade fördelar finns fortsatt brister i följsamheten gällande checklistan. Ett stort antal patienter drabbas av skador i samband med kirurgi som skulle kunna undvikas. Vårdskador får konsekvenser för patienter, närstående, personal och samhället som helhet. Syftet med studien var att identifiera faktorer som påverkar operationsteamets användning av WHO´s checklista för säker kirurgi i den perioperativa vården. Metoden som användes var en integrativ litteraturöversikt. 13 vetenskapliga artiklar analyserades med ett integrativt förhållningssätt enligt Whittemore och Knafl (2005). Resultatet visar att faktorer som teamkänsla, utbildning och stöd till personalen påverkar om och i vilken utsträckning WHO´s checklista för säker kirurgi används. Efter analysen framträdde två huvudteman; betydelsen av teamsamverkan för patientsäkert arbete och WHO´s checklista; stöd för patientsäkert arbete. Dessa två huvudteman mynnade ut i fyra subteman. Teamkänsla och kommunikation, samverkan mellan professioner, kompetens och utbildningsbehov samt förbättringsarbete och motsättningar. Operationssjuksköterskan vakar över och skyddar patienten från vårdskador. Checklistan är ett verktyg som lyfter detta. Genom att använda forskning som påvisar faktorer som påverkar användandet av checklistan för säker kirurgi kan implementeringen av rutiner och checklistor inom operationssjukvården underlättas / The Safe surgery checklist by WHO is a worldwide tool that has been implemented in most of the world since its introduction in 2008. Studies show that correct use of it leads to reduction in mortality, morbidity and postoperative complications. Despite proven benefits, there are shortcomings in compliance with the checklist. A large proportion of patients suffer injuries in connection with surgery that could have been avoided. Medical injuries have consequences for patients, relatives, staff and society as a whole. The purpose of this study was to identify factors that influence the surgical team's use of the WHO's checklist for safe surgery in perioperative care. The method was integrative literature review. The 13 scientific articles were analyzed with the integrative approach further developed by Whittemore and Knafl (2005). The results show that factors such as teamspirit, training and supporting the staff are the ones that primarily influence whether and to what extent the checklist will be used. In the analysis, two main themes emerged; The significance of team cooperation as a patient safety measure and the WHO surgical safety checklist as a tool for patient safety work and four sub-themes. The four subthemes were teamspirit and communication, cooperation between professions, competence and educational needs and the last subtheme work improvement with contradictions. The operating room nurse is watching over and protecting the patient from harm in the operating room. The checklist is one tool to highlight this.
