Moda de novela : os conte?dos de Salve Jorge divulgados em revistas femininas e as estrelas como padr?es-modelo de estilo e beleza

During the Salve Jorge Brazilian soap opera broadcasting, a monitoring of women s magazines and its posterior content analysis were conducted to determine the relationship established between these publications and soap operas, from the star images used in covers till the subjects of soap operas used as magazine contents. Through Edgar Morin s Star System theory, as well as Michel Maffesoli and Gilles Lipovetsky postmodern theories, it s noticed that the uses of star images, as well as the spectator s familiarity with the soap operas contents, act as consumption stimulus, both materially, from the indication of products consumed by celebrities, and culturally, through the consumption of the media themselves. This study could also establish the existence of a national Star System, generated and explored by Brazilian media. / Esta disserta??o pretende verificar qual ? o papel das estrelas e das telenovelas na motiva??o do consumo de artigos de moda inspirados no figurino de personagens e entender de que modo, junto com as revistas femininas, atuam como promotoras de tend?ncias de consumo. Para tanto, durante o per?odo de exibi??o da telenovela Salve Jorge, foram realizados o monitoramento e a an?lise de revistas femininas para determinar a rela??o que se estabelece entre as telenovelas e as revistas femininas, desde a apropria??o da imagem das estrelas do elenco na capa das revistas, at? a explora??o dos conte?dos explorados na tem?tica desta telenovela. Com a aplica??o da teoria do Star System, de Edgar Morin, bem como das teorias sobre p?s-modernidade, de Michel Maffesoli e Gilles Lipovetsky, observou-se que o uso da imagem das estrelas, bem como da familiaridade dos espectadores com os conte?dos das telenovelas, atua como potencializador do est?mulo de consumo, tanto material, a partir da indica??o de produtos consumidos pelas celebridades, quanto cultural, atrav?s do consumo das pr?prias m?dias. P?de-se constatar, tamb?m, a exist?ncia de um Star System nacional, gerado e explorado pelos meios de comunica??o brasileiros.
