O principal objetivo deste trabalho é entender e problematizar como se dá histórica, social e culturalmente as percepções temporais no sujeito, reconhecendo a vulnerabilidade humana frente ao real do tempo. Para isso, utilizou-se da Psicanálise, das Ciências Sociais, da História e da Arte, em específico as músicas da cantora baiana Pitty, para reconhecer possíveis inscrições destas percepções. Neste sentido, o tempo é entendido enquanto um símbolo social que não diz apenas de uma construção humana e nem exclusivamente de um dado do transcorrer natural. O tempo é, por isso, um processo de subjetivação, a própria subjetividade, a partir do desenvolvimento de determinados processos históricos e sociais. Num primeiro momento são resgatadas percepções acerca do assunto do tempo em alguns contextos históricos, perpassando pelas idades Antiga e Média até reconhecer o caráter disciplinatório e onipresente que o tempo adquire na vida humana a partir da Modernidade e, consequentemente, nas sociedades ocidentais mais atuais. Percebe-se a transição de um tempo externo, da natureza ou divino, para um tempo interno, a partir da emergência de um sujeito histórico dotado de interioridade. Este movimento se deu através de transformações socioeconômicas que propiciaram a configuração da existência humana como tempo. A partir disto, em uma segunda parte, buscamos entender a diferenciação do caráter social e cultural do tempo ao longo do processo civilizatório, o que permite trabalhar mais detalhadamente a constituição temporal do psiquismo e a relação entre tempo e pulsionalidade, que obedecem a formas culturais de satisfação. Neste momento, o tempo não só exige satisfação mas passa a ser confundido enquanto próprio objeto de satisfação, uma vez que as determinações sociais e culturais modelam as percepções subjetivas e as formas de existências pautadas em um tempo que deve ser buscado e que ainda não está, através da ação. O tempo entrelaçado ao desejo gera e é sintoma, já que leva o sujeito a encarar de frente não só o seu aspecto simbólico, mas também o seu real, aquilo que não se pode representar sobre o tempo, sobretudo, o encontro com o fim, reconhecendo a vulnerabilidade humana frente ao real do tempo. Estas discussões permitem, no terceiro momento deste trabalho, a aventura através da Arte como forma de dar um significado às experiências subjetivas acerca do tempo enquanto desejo e sintoma. Sendo assim, através das músicas de Pitty, reconhecemos um sujeito que sofre por um tempo que exige aproveitamento e que se entrelaça com o desejo humano, além de deixarem explícitas formas vigentes do tempo, que se alternam entre aceleração e desaceleração, pautadas pela noção do eterno presente que vangloria o agora como único momento de se fazer a vida. Reconhecemos também, através das expressões da cantora, uma necessidade de suspender o tempo para se aproveitar o momento de forma significativa e o encontro com o outro e consigo mesmo, fundamentais para se criar uma resistência às formas de vida pautadas nas políticas do tempo atuais. / This dissertation works the interlacement among time and processes of subjectivity. This work’s main objective is understand and problematize how is historical, social and culturally the subject’s temporal perceptions. It was used Psychoanalysis, Social Sciences, History and Art, in particular the songs of the Brazilian singer Pitty, to recognize possible inscriptions of these perceptions. In this sense, time is understood as a social symbol that is not just a human construction and not only a data of the natural course. Time is, therefore, a process of subjectivity, the subjectivity itself, from the certain historical and social processes’ development. At first, are redeemed some perceptions about the time issue in some historical contexts, passing by the Ancient and Middle ages to recognize the disciplinarian and omnipresent character that time acquires in human life from the modernity and, consequently, in current Western societies. We see the transition from an external time, natural or divine, to an internal time, from the historical subject’s emergence, provided with interiority. This move was made through socio-economic transformations that have led the human existence’s shape as time. From this, in a second part, we sought to understand the social and cultural character’s differentiation of time over the civilizing process, which allows working in details the psyche’s temporal constitution and the relation among time and instincts, which obey satisfaction’s cultural forms. This way, the time requires not only joy but becomes an own satisfaction object, once the social and cultural determinations shape the subjective perceptions and existence’s forms, guided at a time who is not reached yet and should be sought through action. Time interlaced as desire and satisfaction makes and is symptom, as it takes the subject to face not only its symbolic aspect, but also its real, what cannot be represented about the time, above all, the encounter with the death, recognizing human's vulnerability toward real’s time. These discussions allow, at the third part of this work, the adventure through Art as a way to give meaning to subjective experiences about time as desire and symptom. Thus, through Pitty songs, we recognize a subject who suffers for a time that requires utilization and that interlaces with human desire, as well as explains current time forms, alternating between acceleration and deceleration, guided by the eternal present’s notion, which boasts the “right now” as the only time to make a living. We also recognize, through the singer’s expressions, a need to suspend the time to seize the moment significantly and the encounter with others and with oneself, something fundamental to create a resistance to forms of life guided by the current time policies.

O objetivo geral foi investigar o construto perspectiva de tempo (PT), seu desenvolvimento e medida em relação à sua validação e adequação para realidade brasileira. Primeiramente foi realizada uma extensiva análise da literatura, os modelos conceituais e os instrumentos de medição. Dois estudos empíricos foram realizados. O Estudo I, de validação Inventário de Perspectiva de Tempo do Zimbardo (ZTPI) com 1.965 participantes com idade de 12 a 86 anos, utilizando análise fatorial exploratória e confirmatória e a análise de Teoria de Resposta ao Item possibilitou a calibração do instrumento que apresentou uma estrutura com 52 itens distribuídos em oito fatores: passado-positivo, passado-negativo-infortúnio, passado-negativo-remorso, presente-fatalista, presente-hedonista-emoção, presente-hedonista-curtição, futuro-responsabilidade e futuro-pontualidade. Os oito fatores não se agruparam como esperado teoricamente dentro dos três quadros temporais, ou seja, passado, presente e futuro, mas em três dimensões de atitude diante do tempo: hedonismo, compromisso e desespero. No Estudo II foi avaliado o papel da PT na instalação do estresse e como moderador da relação entre estresse, organização de tempo e outros indicadores de estresse, em uma amostra de 326 trabalhadores de vários setores, com idade entre 18 e 66 anos (M = 33,46, DP=10,38). A principal conclusão do estudo é que a PT e organização de tempo têm influencia em uma medida de estresse, com um peso maior do que preditores clássicos, como o sexo e tipo de trabalho. A importância do desenvolvimento de linhas de pesquisa centradas na investigação da PT é aqui enfatizada. E, mais especificamente, aponta para a continuação do processo de normatização do ZTPI, para que este se consagre um instrumento de medida psicológica válido. _______________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / This dissertation is embedded in the field of Psychology of Time. The overall objective was to investigate the construct of Time Perspective (TP), its development and measure with validation and adaptation to Brazilian reality. First, an extensive literature review of conceptual models and measurement instruments was performed. Two empirical studies were conducted. Study I, Zimbardo Time Perspective Inventory (ZTPI) Validation with 1,965 participants, ages 12-86 years, using exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis and analysis of item response theory enabled the calibration of the instrument that revealed a structure with 52 items divided into eight factors: past-positive, past-negative-misfortune, past-negative-remorse, present-fatalistic, present-hedonistic-excitement, present-hedonistic-enjoyment, future- responsibility and future-punctuality. These eight factors didn´t grouped into three time frame: past, present and future, but into three dimensional attitudes in relation to time: hedonism, engagement and despair. Study II evaluated the role of stress in TP installation and as a moderator of the relationship between stress, time organization and other stress indicators in a sample of 326 workers from various sectors, ages 18 to 66 years (M = 33.46, SD = 10.38). The main conclusion is that TP and organization of time influence the measure of stress, with a greater weight than traditional predictors, such as gender and job type. The importance of developing lines of research focused on the investigation of TP is here emphasized. And more specifically, it points to further standardization of ZTPI process for developing a valid psychological measurement instrument.

For in such a way, the rites and ritual contemporaries are boarded, between them, the religious rituals, profane and the ritual of ticket and the symbols of the rituals. After that, the judiciary ritual of the criminal proceeding is analyzed. Treating the criminal proceeding as ritual to reconstruction of the historical fact, as ritual of ticket, the papers of the actors — judge, Public prosecution service, Prohibited, male defendant —, archetype of Justice, the judiciary space, the ritual suit and the temporality of the ritual are presented. To the end, the problematic one of the degradation of the status and the social and legal estigmatização of the individual submitted to the criminal proceeding is debated. It was verified at the outset influence of the stigma in relation to the Theory of the Labelling Approach and of the Dignity of the Person Human being. For last, one examined the judiciary ritual of the criminal proceeding and its relation with the degradation of the individual and the symbology of the sacrifice. The subject was treated in three chapters, having been used the analytical method, by means of a research to interdisciplinary of foreign and national workmanships. / A presente dissertação analisa o processo penal como cerimônia de degradação do indivíduo, sob a perspectiva dos rituais, o qual tem o tempo como irreversível, sendo extremamente difícil encontrar o equilíbrio dinâmico necessário. Para tanto, são abordados os ritos e rituais contemporâneos, entre eles, os rituais religiosos, os profanos e o ritual de passagem e os símbolos dos rituais. Em seguida, analisa-se o ritual judiciário do processo penal. Tratando o processo penal como ritual de reconstrução do fato histórico, como ritual de passagem, são apresentados os papéis dos atores — juiz, Ministério Público, Defesa, réu —, o arquétipo da Justiça, o espaço judiciário, o traje ritual e a temporalidade do ritual. Ao final, é debatida a problemática da degradação do status e da estigmatização social e jurídica do indivíduo submetido ao processo penal. Verificou-se a influência do estigma em relação à Teoria do Labelling Approach e ao Princípio da Dignidade da Pessoa Humana. Por derradeiro, examinou-se o ritual judiciário do processo penal e sua relação com a degradação do indivíduo e a simbologia do sacrifício. O tema foi tratado em três capítulos, tendo sido utilizado o método analítico, por meio de uma pesquisa interdisciplinar de obras estrangeiras e nacionais.

Foi privilegiado o artigo de Lacan ―O tempo lógico e a asserção da certeza antecipada‖, de onde partiram algumas elaborações acerca da incidência do tempo no sujeito do inconsciente. Para explorar a concepção de tempo na psicanálise, foram utilizados também alguns artigos de Freud e outros artigos e seminários de Lacan. Dentre os principais conceitos e categorias que tratamos, articulando-os ao tempo e ao sujeito, estão: trauma; aparelho psíquico; processo primário e processo secundário; recalque; inconsciente; divisão; repetição; linguagem; alienação e separação; ato; pensamento; saber; verdade; e castração. A temporalidade abordada neste trabalho convoca noções de retroação, a posteriori (Nachträglichkeit), só-depois (après-coup), futuro anterior, origem, atraso, antecipação, intervalo, descontinuidade, escansão, suspensão, corte, urgência, pressa, isto é, noções que compõem o tempo lógico. O tempo, marcado por pausas e alternâncias, faz nascer o sujeito, modula o ato e possibilita desejar. / This dissertation aims at exploring the time dimension in the constitution of the subject, according to Jacques Lacan, in reference to Sigmund Freud. The main article to this study is ―Logical time and the assertion of anticipated certainty‖, that brings some elaborations on time and the subject of the unconscious. We also refer to some articles written by Freud and some of Lacan‘s seminars to explore the conception of time in psychoanalysis. Amongst the main concepts and categories that we deal with, articulating them with the ideas of time and subject, are trauma; psychic apparatus; primary process and secondary process; repression; unconscious; division; repetition; language; alienation and separation; act; thinking; knowledge; truth; castration. The temporality we investigate in this study brings to attention the notions of retroacting, a posteriori (Nachträglichkeit), après-coup, future perfect, origin, delay, anticipation, gap, discontinuity, scansion, suspension, cut, urgency, rush --- notions that are part of the logical time. Time, with its pauses and alternations, makes the subject possible, modulates the act and allows the desire.
