Those mass medium, the breakthrough of the Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line (ADSL) communication technology, and the global entertainment industries`s forwards the reconstructive changes of the competition markets, the cable TV, Fiber-Optic Technology and Air TV and so on, gradually go forwards the developments of digitalizing broadband. The Chinese Telecom MOD Service joins the cable TV competition market, resulting from the tendency cognition and the plot of telecommunication overall strategy. The MOD`s epochal pattern, the core ability, and market grasping, obviously make the cable TV system industries bear the competition pressure. This research by means of the enterprise competition "the strategy", from the industrial scope, the industrial characteristic, the element of the key will make it, the industry future and so on , carries on the discussion pointing out cable TV system in accordance to the MOD cross industry competition, how could it use the limited resources ,and well apply the market adventages to make the best adjustment for the administrative strategy. The strategy is a way to earn quite more profits. The form of the strategy depend upon apply some behavior patterns different from the competitors. By choosing the pattern which set of clear differentiable separates creates the unique valuable leading status for the enterprise. This research adapts the materialized research techniques, taking adventage of the literature analysis, depth interview and the coup-theory construction, to carries on the gleaning analysis, reorganizing the cable TV to the MOD competition in accordance to the strategy. Cable TV refers to the transmission of visual and audio signals to the public by laying cables. Article 5 of the Cable Radio and Television Law says: ¡§System operators installing the networks themselves shall apply to the roads authority for approval if the networks are to be laid underground¡K¡¨ The roads authority on the regional level is the Township Office. Road right granted by the roads authority is usually valid for one year. Cable TV is a licensed business; business licenses issued by the Government Information Office, Executive Yuan are in 9-year term. Although it is subject to the restrictions and regulations of the same laws as public utilities, the business does not enjoy the deserved protection. Hence, system operators often come across setbacks in their operation, which are undoubtedly potential threats to their survival and development. However, contrasting this to the development history of Taiwan¡¦s cable TV industry, it seems from the result that the government institution has played a critical role. Importance of the government¡¦s initiative to moderately liberalize the public goods for creation of an open environment, and to put more emphasis on the overall system planning for the industry development at different stages is beyond words. This study not only analyzes the impact of the Cable Radio and Television Law and regional laws on the system, but also takes real-life examples into consideration, to explain the importance of public interest and freedom of speech for liberalization of routing rights. The question is tackled in different approaches and from different viewpoints, in order to understand the problems and difficulties that system operators face when applying for routing rights from the Township Office. The study expects to provide some positive assistance and suggestions to the industry and the government, for avoidance of improper market intervention.

Conventional key distribution methods using on Pay-TV system emphasize on the method¡¦s refinement in order to reduce the quantity of the keys distributed over network. This paper brings up the manner using digital watermarking technique to hide the cryptographic keys into routine encrypted video file without any increment of video file size for the economy of network bandwidth. The experimental results show that the proposed method works well in image quality and economical key distribution.

Synen är något som varierar från person till person och för att göra vardagen lättare för vissa av dem så behöver de ta hjälp av olika synhjälpmedel. Har en person svårt att läsa skrivna texter så kan ett läs-tv-system vara till hjälp. Ett läs-tv-system förstorar upp skriven text och gör det lättare att läsa till exempel tidningar.  Low Vision International är ett företag som har sitt huvudkontor i Växjö och som tillverkar ett läs-tv-system vid namn MagniLink Zip som är en ihopfällbar portabel läskamera. ML Zip har idag ett problem med ställningsmekanismen som sitter i leden mellan stativet och armen till skärmen. När produkten används över tid tappar leden sin funktionalitet att hålla skärmen på den inställda vinkeln och behöver skickas in på service.  Målet med arbetet är att få fram minst ett koncept på ny ställningsmekanism som klarar av att hålla uppe vikten av LVIs största skärm. För att uppnå målet har uttalade krav och önskemål tagits fram genom diskussioner med konstruktörerna på LVI. Målen och kraven har legat till grund när de nio koncepten har genererats. I konceptgenereringssteget har ett koncept gått vidare. Detta koncept erbjuder en steglös inställning av vinkeln och håller kvar denna genom friktion. För att testa om konceptet är något som kan fungera som en ny lösning till problemet, genomförde en fysisk prövning av prototyp. Resultatet blev att konceptet som bygger på friktion kan fungera som en ny lösning till problemet och det lyckades uppfylla de uttalade krav som ställdes för arbetet. För att konceptet ska kunna implementeras i produkten behöver konceptet vidareutvecklas och anpassas till produkten.
