Informacinių sistemų tezauro modelis ir jo įgyvendinimas internete / Model of information systems thesaurus and it's realisation in the internet

Nowadays possibilities of creation of web applications dedicated for information presentation a rapidly increasing, and more universities and other education organizations prefer to publish the information they gathered in specialized information portals. This solution allows effective use of all methodical and practical material, collected in organization. More universities in all over the world made their decision on specialized portals of knowledge, internet thesaurus. These web applications allows present information in different views and connect related data. Using this solution gives possibility to search for useful information from all over the world, 24 hours a day, so this gives chance to improve possibilities of distant learning. In this work web thesaurus is presented as an example, how specialized web application can help tu publish methodical and practical information and gathering terms of theory and their descriptions. Also presented analysis of existing methods for creating specialized web applications and description of method, created for modeling web applications analogical to web thesaurus. There are special solutions described for creating of multilingual web applications, effective system resource using, creating useful search system and context menu or content management mechanism.

Title: Hypokinetic load Identificators by driving vehicle Objectives: Development and testing of methods for determining changes in the mechanical parameters of the axial system of professional long-distance drivers. Design and testing procedure for clinical and physical examination sensitive to changes, that occur due to vibration and static load when driving the truck. Methods: TVS method, morphology of the spine, measurement of vibration exposure Results: TVS method that was used in the thesis has proved to provide information on the resonant frequency of the resonant frequency and the total attenuation of the spine with sufficient precision to ride their influence was clearly identifiable. Used accelerometer measurement of oscillations vibrational excitation spine has also proved applicable and provides objective parameters. Thesis Title: The Quantification of Biomechanical Consequences of Monotonous Sedentary Work to the Axial System Thesis Goals: The goal of the Diploma Thesis is to assess the impact of sedentary work position on the axial system and to find out what changes in biomechanical properties occur specifically in the spine after the specific monotonous eight hours lasting load. Method: Five probands were exposed to diagnostic vibrations of the TVS method (transfer vibration through the spine) before performing eight hours monotonous sedentary work and after it. The examined feature was the ability of the axial system to dampen vibrations spread throughout the spine. Dampening reactions of individual segments were compared to each other before and after the performance of work. Results: The TVS method applied at work has proven its adequacy in the provision of information on resonance frequencies and on the overall attenuation of the spine with sufficient accuracy so that the impact to the axial system after completing the work performance was clearly identifiable. When comparing the frequency dependence and overall attenuation of individual probands we have found that the overall attenuation of the spine increased in all examined individuals. Title: Influence of Hyperkinetic Load on Selected Mechanical Changes of Human Axial System. Objectives: The main aim of this thesis is to determine the influence of hyperkinetic load on the change of selected mechanical properties of the rhythmic gymnastic axial system based on the sophisticated use of the Transfer Vibration through Spine (TVS) method. Methods: The following experimental methods were used to identify changes in rheological properties of AS and to assess load intensity: 1) TVS method; 2) software for evaluating and analyzing vibration tests of heterogeneous systems; 3) kinematic and dynamic motion analysis using:  2D motion video recording,  QUALISYS 3D motion analysis system,  KISTLER, to analyze dynamic human-surroundings interactions. Results: Pilot studies and the main experimental part of the thesis have shown that the use of the TVS method can identify both short-term and longitudinal changes of AS mechanical properties. Due to the hyperkinetic load, the selected mechanical properties of the rhythmic AS are changed. The gymnastic apparatus reacts to the training load by reducing the rheological parameters, especially the damping coefficient b and the viscosity µ. The model of occupational rehabilitation center‘s information system and its realization Recent politics and legislation of social integration to the society of disabled people in Lithuania is linked towards an understanding that disabled people are responsible for their lives and should be able to take care of themselves. That is the reason why only a need of manual rehabilitation is fairly enough to help people with various disabilities to come back to their active lives and to the labor market. To achieve these goals is only possible with the occupational rehabilitation which is also a great help of empowerment to develop common and special competences. In Lithuania new occupational rehabilitation centers are being established in order to solve problems of this kind. These rehabilitation centers are in great need of new information systems, which would computerize some of the center workers functions letting accomplish them faster and in better quality. With a help of information system it would be much easier to overlook and update the information, list the news, order center‘s services. The purpose of this thesis is to identify the needs of occupational rehabilitation center‘s workers and the disabled clients; using the evaluated data to construct a model of information system and to create such system‘s prototype. Most web portals face three fundamental problems regarding content and design: 1) The sharing of responsibilities between programmers, designers and editors, 2) the mixture of content and design and the 3) problem of finding the most logical and user-friendly structure. Programmers and designers, who play a vital role during design and implementation, are usually not very interested in and may not possess the information needed for day to day maintenance of the web pages. On the other hand, staff responsible for contents is not necessarily knowledgeable in web design. This problem can be solved by letting those responsible for contents issue orders or wishes to the programmers but this process may lack both speed and accuracy. Web page used to publish academic department activity is not different from other web pages and the problems with web design and maintenance will lead to many web pages being left inaccurate or not properly updated. My task is to design and develop content management system which fulfills all academic department activity needs.

Visada visur skubanti visuomenė jau yra įpratusi, kad visa reikalinga informacija yra pateikiama internete ir tik būtent jo pagalba galima padaryti arba greitai atlikti daugybę darbų. Elektroninė bankininkystė, elektroninės parduotuvės, ir dar daug įvairių paslaugų teikianti virtuali erdvė išties palengvina gyventojų buitį. Tai žinodami įvairių paslaugų tiekėjai stengiasi save reklamuoti internetinėje erdvėje, kurdami įvairiausius tinklapius, svetaines ir tiklaraščius. Visi žino, kad sėkmingo verslo paslaptis yra gera reklama. Taigi, internetas puiki vieta tai reklamai skleisti. Norint, kad svetainė būtų įdomi bei informatyvi, ją reikia nuolatos atnaujinti ir papildyti. Atviro kodo turinio valdymo sistemos yra puikus sprendimas kuriant įvairius tinklapius, nes jos tinka ir paprastai svetainei, ir skelbimų puslapiams, ir tinklaraščiams bei rimtiems portalams. Progresivní slitiny amorfního uhlíku připravené v nízkoteplotním plazmatu / Progressive Amorphous Carbon Alloys Synthesized in Low-Temperature Plasma

Atomic/plasma polymerization technology is widely used in various technical fields. This work is focused to use the PE-CVD technology in the field of formation of interphase and adhesive layers, which are developed into layered nanostructures. To ensure reproducible chemical and physical properties of the materials, the deposition process was monitored by mass spectrometry. Vapours of the pure tetravinylsilane, or a mixture of these vapours with oxygen, was used as a precursor for atomic polymerization, which results in the thin films with a large variability of properties. Physical and chemical properties were varied by the effective power delivered to the plasma discharge. The deposited films were analyzed from different perspectives using several methods (in situ spectroscopic ellipsometry, FTIR, nanoindentation, AFM). The removal of hydrogen atoms from the carbon-silicon network results in increased crosslinking of the material, which controls the mechanical and optical properties of the deposited layers. From the precisely defined a-CSi:H and a-CSiO:H materials, layered nanostructures composed of 3 and 7 individual layers was subsequently constructed. These nanostructures were analyzed by XPS and RBS to determine the atomic concentrations of carbon, silicon, oxygen and their binding states.

Diploma thesis deals with preparation of multilayered organic-inorganic nanostructures via PECVD technology and analysis of optical properties of these layers by spectroscopic ellipsometry. The theoretical part handles the definition of thin layers, layered and gradient nanostructures, plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition and principles of spectroscopic ellipsometry. In the experimental part, used materials and chemicals are described, afterwards follow a complete description of the apparatus used for sample preparation and a description of the sample preparation procedure. The results part consists of methodology of preparing material models necessary for ellipsometric measurements and evaluation of optical properties of deposited nanolayers.
