A prática da pesquisa no processo de formação de professores em pedagogia : um desafio ao docente do ensino superior para a formação de um profissional reflexivo

A tese "A PRÁTICA DA PESQUISA NO PROCESSO DE FORMAÇÃO DE PROFESSORES EM PEDAGOGIA: um desafio ao docente do ensino superior para a formação de um profissional reflexivo" investigou como os cursos de Pedagogia estão organizando seus processos pedagógicos de modo a contribuir na formação de profissionais reflexivos e quais as estratégias pedagógicas docentes que podem contribuir para o desenvolvimento deste profissional. Fundamentaram basicamente esse estudo os aportes teóricos nacionais de Demo, Anastasiou & Alves e Krahe ; e Schön, Alarcão e Tardif como internacionais. A coleta de dados foi realizada em duas Universidades (privada e federal) tendo como foco principal o curso de Pedagogia presencial. O instrumento para coleta dos dados junto às coordenações e docentes dos cursos foi a entrevista semi-estruturada. Trata-se de um estudo de caráter exploratório-descritivo e utilizamos o método de análise de conteúdo para tratamento dos dados. Este estudo constatou que: os cursos de Pedagogia se configuram como estruturas institucionais de apoio à gestão e implementação de propostas de aprendizagem inovadoras com base em concepções ético-políticas emancipatórias; a análise dos dados dos docentes e coordenação do curso de Pedagogia evidenciou que a articulação entre IES, Curso de Pedagogia e práticas docentes se faz necessária na formação dos profissionais reflexivos, que a organização curricular deve abarcar institucionalmente objetivos, princípios e ações para que as estratégias empregadas nos espaços pedagógicos transcendam iniciativas. Constatou-se que na IES pública, a articulação se manifesta com maior veemência nos depoimentos docentes. Quanto ao perfil do professor reflexivo os docentes demonstraram conhecimentos sobre o assunto e algumas competências são apresentadas para a necessária imbricagem entre o ensino e a prática da pesquisa para a formação deste profissional. Foram relatadas estratégias vivenciadas na prática pedagógica que podem contribuir neste processo e destacadas que, fundamentalmente, nenhuma delas dará conta desta formação se os conhecimentos não estiverem articulados às práticas sociais dos educandos. Este estudo concluiu que há muito mais a ser pesquisado nesta área se desejamos a formação de profissionais competentes, conscientes de seus desafios enquanto permanentes pesquisadores de suas próprias ações. / The thesis "THE PRACTICE OF RESEARCH IN THE PROCESS OF DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSORS IN PEDAGOGY: a challenge to the higher education teaching staff for the development of a reflective professional" investigated how the Pedagogy courses are organizing their pedagogical processes in order to contribute to the development of reflective professionals and which pedagogical strategies from the teaching staff may foster the development of this professional. This study was basically based on the national theoretical base of Demo, Anastasiou & Alves and Krahe; and Schön, Alarcão and Tardif as international. The data collection was carried out in two Universities (private and federal), focusing mainly on the Presence Pedagogy course. The instrument for data collection at the coordination departments and teaching staff was the semistructured interview. It is an exploratory-descriptive study and the method used was content analysis for treatment of data. This study has verified that: the courses of Pedagogy represent institutional structures that support the management and implementation of innovative learning purposes based on emancipatory ethicalpolitical conceptions; data analysis of the teaching staff and coordination of the Pedagogy course has proved that the articulation amongst IES, Pedagogy course and teaching practices is necessary in the development of reflective professionals, that the curricular organization must embrace institutionally objectives, principles and actions so that the strategies employed in pedagogical spaces transcend initiatives. It was demonstrated that at the public IES, the articulation manifests with greater vehemence in the teaching staff testimonies. Regarding the reflective professor's profile the teaching staff demonstrated knowledge about the subject and some abilities are presented for the necessary involvement between the teaching and the practice of research for the development of this professional. Strategies experienced in pedagogical practice which may contribute in this process were reported and highlighted that, fundamentally, none of those will be able to meet this qualification if the knowledge is not articulated to social practices of the learners. This study concludes that there is a lot more to be researched in this field if we wish the development of competent professionals, aware of their challenges while permanent researchers of their own actions.

This research paper analyzes the strategies that translation students of a Peruvian university use to regulate their emotions. The results show the most common scenarios: getting lower grades than expected, the lack of confidence in their conceptual and thematic background, aspects of the course methodology, and their relationships with their professors and classmates. The students’ process starts with the use of maladaptive strategies, such as rumination and self-blame. However, students continue their process and then use adaptive strategies to fulfill their goals, such as refocusing on their planning.

Konflikty mezi pracovníky v mateřské škole / Conflicts between workers in a kindergarten

Even though the topic of gender is ever more present, as confirmed by the large amount of popular scientific literature on the topic, well-informed scientific papers on the topic of relationship between gender and conflicts within the environment of teaching staff are lacking both in domestic and foreign literature. The impetus for the creation of this thesis was the contemplation of the idea of how a larger proportion of males within teaching staff would influence the feminized Czech education system. The thesis investigates whether the gender makeup of teaching staff of selected kindergartens influences the types of conflicts that arise and how their characteristics depend on the gender makeup. The first chapter defines the notion of conflict from a theoretical point of view based on published literature and enquires into their causes and sources, as well as approaches to solutions. The second chapter deals with the notion of gender and presents current approaches and attitudes to this issue. In the second part of this chapter, we present several views on the difference between the male and female brain, perception, ways of thinking and assessment of sensory input, male and female communication and differing approaches to conflicts. Motivace učitelů ze strany vedení ve vybrané škole / School Administration Motivating Teachers - a Case Study

The current situation on the labor market is not easy for any organization, there is little free labor, but it is possible to work to ensure that employees are satisfied. The aim of this diploma thesis was to find weaknesses in the motivation of employees by management and to propose recommendations to increase the motivation of teachers in a selected primary school. Methodologically, a semi-structured interview and a questionnaire survey were used in the work. In the examined school, the motivation of employees is mainly based on the school management or colleagues. Motivation by the school management is rather random, as the potential of various motivational tools is not used. There are shortcomings in the transparency of remuneration, in the provision of remuneration for voluntary or similar activities, this leads to misunderstandings or feelings of injustice with remuneration. Communication problems, which are mainly related to the lack of feedback, have a demotivating effect, and there are problems in conflicts with parents, when the school management does not provide sufficient support to teachers in such a case. Human factor creates the greatest risk when working with people. Above all, to give a good example for future generations, it is necessary to select preschool teachers carefully. However, the role teachers play is not only to present a good example for children but to be also a colleague and team worker. Pre-school teachers are required to possess professional and personality competences. Therefore the process of recruitment and selection of teaching staff (followed by their adaptation in preschools) is one of the most important and difficult things in personnel management. Key staff, mangers and personnel officers are in charge of this process. It is highly important to be able to identify, evaluate and eliminate possible risks in the course of all recruitment process. To eliminate such risks is fundamental not only for key staff in education system. The aim of the paper is to define particular measures of prevention arising form identification and evaluation of possible risks during recruitment and selection of teaching staff school education, taking into account their future incorporation into the process of education. A presente dissertação é fruto da pesquisa que teve como objetivo investigar a participação docente, do Ensino Fundamental II, no processo de formação continuada e principalmente na construção da política curricular do município de Itatiba, o qual tem o ensino municipalizado do 1º ao 9º ano desde 1999. Vale ressaltar que o estudo discorreu entre a gestão municipal de 2001 a 2008 e a gestão de 2009 até 2012. A investigação se desenvolveu a partir das seguintes fontes: entrevista com o Secretário de Educação que atuou entre 2001 e 2008 e com a Secretária de 2009 a 2012; entrevista com duas supervisoras que participaram de todo o processo de 2001 a 2012; entrevista com duas diretoras que atuaram desde a municipalização até 2012; entrevista com quatro professores que se efetivaram após a municipalização (2001), atuam até hoje e participaram do processo de formação até 2012; documentos oficiais: Constituição Federal de 1988, LDB (9394/96), Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais, FUNDEF (1997), FUNDEB (2007), Deliberação CEE nº73/2008, Lei da municipalização (3110/99), Lei do Sistema de Ensino do município de Itatiba (3485/2001), Projeto Político Pedagógico da SE de 2008, assim como os documentos curriculares do município: de 2001 a 2008 Orientações Curriculares e de 2009 a 2012 Currículo do Ensino Fundamental do 6º ao 9º de todas as disciplinas. É por meio de uma pesquisa qualitativa que esta dissertação se delineia. Desse modo, com entrevistas semiestruturadas bem como roteiros previamente elaborados, tivemos como critérios de escolha dos sujeitos: profissionais da educação que atuaram desde a municipalização até 2012, que participaram de todo o processo de formação continuada e da construção da política curricular. Nessa perspectiva, as entrevistas foram gravadas em áudio e, posteriormente, transcritas para o processo de análise. Dessa forma, o processo de análise consistiu na organização dos dados em categorias e subcategorias, estas estabelecidas pelo próprio conteúdo das entrevistas colhidas dos sujeitos, como também no entrecruzamento do conteúdo das entrevistas com os dados documentais das diferentes fontes utilizadas, que foram, por sua vez, analisados e discutidos à luz do referencial teórico que fundamentou a pesquisa. O estudo foi realizado com base em contribuições de autores que discutem o currículo (Veiga, Silva, Apple, Moreira, Sacristán), os saberes docentes (Tardif), a formação continuada de professores (Nóvoa, Hargreaves), a municipalização (Azanha, Arelaro).Os resultados do trabalho revelam, entre outras coisas, que a participação docente ocorreu no ponto de vista principalmente dos professores na gestão de 2009 a 2012, uma vez que esses se sentiram parte de todo o processo de discussão e construção. / This paper is the result of a research that had as main purpose to investigate the Elementary School teaching participation in the process of continued teacher training and mainly in the constitution of the curricular politics of the city of Itatiba, which has the education of 1º to 9º grades under direct responsibility of the city since 1999. It is important to emphasize that this study occurred during the municipal administration that governed the city between 2001 and 2008, and the also during the period of 2009 up to 2012, with the municipal administration that substituted the previous one. The research was developed from the following research sources: interviews with both Education Secretaries of the city, one who conducted the public education between 2001 and 2008 and another who managed it from 2009 to 2012; interviews with two Teaching Supervisors who participated in the whole process from 2001 to 2012; interviews with two Principals who worked since the municipalization until 2012; interviews with four Teachers that became permanent teachers after the municipalization (2001), that are working until today and that participated in the teacher training process until 2012. The official documents that are important part of this research are: Constituição Federal de 1988) The Federal Constitution of 1988, Lei das Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional - LDB -9394/96 (law which establishes the guidelines and bases of national education), the Fundo de Manutenção e Desenvolvimento do Ensino Fundamental e de Valorização do Magistério FUNDEF 1997 (national curricular guidelines, fund for supporting and developing elementary education and the development of the professionals involved in the education process); Fundo de Manutenção e Desenvolvimento da Educação Básica e de Valorização dos Profissionais da Educação - FUNDEB 2007 (national curricular guidelines, fund for supporting and developing basic education and the development of the professionals involved in the education process; Deliberação CEE nº73/2008 (consideration of the State educational council); Lei da Municipalização 3110/99 (law of the municipalization); Lei do Sistema de Ensino do município de Itatiba 3485/2001 (education system law of the city of Itatiba; Projeto Político Pedagógico da SE de 2008 (political pedagogical project of Itatibas educational system of 2008), as well as curricular documents of the city: from 2001 to 2008 - Orientações Curriculares de 2009 a 2012 (curricular guidelines contents from 2009 to 2012); along with the elementary curriculum of all school subjects, from 6º to 9º grades. This thesis is based on a qualitative research. It contains semi structured interviews, as well as research scripts previously elaborated, and we counted on the participation of professionals that have been working since the municipalization until 2012. They have participated of the all process regarding continued teaching training and the curricular politics construction. The interviews were recorded in audio and, later, transcribed in the analysis process. The analysis process consisted of the organization of the data in categories and subcategories established by the content of the interviews performed. We have also matched the content of the interviews to the sources that serve as the base for this research. The study was carried out with the contribution of authors who discuss the educational curriculum (Veiga, Silva, Apple, Moreira, Sacristán), Teachers knowledge (Tardif), the continued teacher training (Nóvoa, Hargreaves), the municipalization (Azanha, Arelaro). The results show, among other things, that the interest of the teachers in consolidating the process are very clear, especially during the period of consolidation of the curricular politics construction, that happened between 2009 to 2012.

In relation to specific theme, this survey was carried out under socialization methodologies of agricultural technical teaching professor at the time of educational politics start on the 90 s, concerning about the management model restoring and technological institution working as well as professor professionalization conception. However, data from field research forced to an analysis motion giving rise to professional establishment, when around 1910 to 1940, and republican public announcement for the professionalization of an education able to interfere over poor young people, useful citizens professional teaching have emerged on society. Verifying global significatives of official system as competence ideas and education, an approachment was limited on, in spite of notifying over local contexts and resistances no consensus or ordinary readings on the global significatives were reported. In order to represent not as much balanced reality about determinations and permanences relationships under the same stress to and for teaching professionalization dispute has been corroborate. In this meaning, the main goal of the survey was to understand agricultural technical teaching professor identities from social professional process institutionalized by political and academic socialization aspect. Above all, it was considered this sphere as a conflict place, specially crossed by outter and inner as well as subjective and objective spheres to professional groups. According to Pierre Bourdieu, Berger and Luckmam, Anthony Giddens, Gimeno Sacrist?n, Claude Dubar, Eliot Freidson on ANFOPE and ANPED speechs, data and information approachment / interpretation were based on. 國民中學教職人員之心理契約研究

本研究旨在探究國民中學教職人員之心理契約內容與架構。具體而言,本研究目的有: 一、探討國民中學組織的心理契約內容; 二、探析國民中學人員的心理契約內容; 三、比較組織心理契約與人員心理契約之異同; 四、分析不同人口與環境變項在心理契約內容上的差異。 五、根據研究結果,提出結論與建議,以提供學校機關和學校領導人對學 校經營管理與人力運用之參考,並盼對學術界提出意見,以供後續 研究探討之用。 研究採用文獻探討法和問卷調查法。實徵研究部分以全國708所公立國民中學的教職人員為對象,共抽取80所學校,820教職人員為受試者進行調查,並使用自編之「國民中學教職人員之心理契約量表」進行施測,計回收有效問卷為617份。所得資料以SPSS/PC13.0統計套裝軟體進行述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數(ANOVA)分析並以LISREL8.5進行潛在因素驗證,再對各項分析進行討論與解釋,所得主要結論如下: 一、國民中學教職人員之心理契約分為組織心理契約和人員心理契約兩 類。 二、組織心理契約有四條共二十款內容,第一條「體恤教職部屬」、第二 條「形塑組織願景」、第三條「提供環境支援」、第四條「建立人情 關懷」。人員心理契約有三條共二十四款內容,第五條「維護教育專 業」、第六條「促進組織興革」、第七條「認同組織發展」。 二、組織認為最重要的組織心理契約條款為第三條「提供環境支援」、人 員認為最重要的人員心理契約條款為第五條「維護教育專業」。 三、組織組明顯在第二條「形塑組織願景」、第四條「建立人情關懷」、 第五條「維護教育專業」、第六條「促進組織興革」、第七條「認同 組織發展」高於人員組,顯示組織和人員對心理契約的看法有很大的 差異。 四、職務愈高者和學校職員在教職人員心理契約的看法上明顯高於其他職 務的教職人員。 五、本校年資愈久者在教職人員心理契約的看法上明顯高於本校年資淺的 教職人員。 六、在他校(單位)工作經驗愈久者在教職人員心理契約的看法上明顯高 於沒有他校(單位)工作經驗或其他學校(單位)工作經驗淺的教職 人員。 七、男性教職人員對心理契約的看法上在第四條「建立人情關懷」和第七 條「認同組織發展」明顯高於女性教職人員。 八、研究所以上教育程度者在教職人員心理契約的看法上明顯高於大學以 下教育度的教職人員。 九、東部及離島地區的教職人員在心理契約的看法上明顯高於北部地區的 教職人員。 另本研究根據研究結果提出數點建議以供參考。 / This study use two kinds of research methods, one is literature review another is survey method. The survey instrument is called 「The questionnaire on psychological contract of teaching staff in junior high schools」. The survey samples are 820 teaching staffs from 80 junior high schools in Taiwan, R.O.C. There is 617 effective responses were analyzed by statistics、 t-test and one-way ANOVA using SPSS/PC13.0 program. Additionally, the potential factors were verified using LISREL8.5 program. The conclusions obtained from this study are summarized as follows: 1.The psychological contract of teaching staff in junior high schools can be divided into the organization and the staff two parts. 2.The psychological contract of organization includes four items: 「Be considerate of the staff」、「Bring up the organization’s envision」、「Provide a supportive environment」 and 「Establish humanity caring」. The psychological contract of staff includes three items: 「Enhance the expertise of education」、「Promote the evolution of the organization」 and 「Recognize the development of the organization」. 3.「Provide a supportive environment」is the most item for the psychological contract of organization. 「Enhance the expertise of education」is the most item for the psychological contract of staff. 4.There are obviously differences between the organizations and staffs in 「Bring up the organization’s envision」、 「Establish humanity caring」、「Enhance the expertise of education」、「Promote the evolution of the organization」 and 「Recognize the development of the organization」. 5.There are obviously differences between the administrators and teachers in junior high school. 6.There are obviously differences between the seniority staffs and the junior staffs. 7.There are obviously differences between the staffs with more experiences in other school and the staffs with less or no experiences in other school. 8.There are obviously differences between the male staffs and the female staffs in 「Establish humanity caring」 and 「Recognize the development of the organization」. 9.There are obviously differences between the staffs with Master or above Master and the staffs with Bachelor or below Bachelor. 10.There are obviously differences between the staffs locate in the eastern of island / offshore island and in northern of island. Finally, based on the conclusions of this study, here come some suggestions for future studies.
