Analizuojamas studentų futbolo komandos žaidėjų rengimas metiniu treniruočių ciklu. / In the work we analyzed training year cycle (2004-2005) of students football team „Šviesa“. We analyzed variation of physical, functional, technical preparedness during year cycle.
Aim of our work was to analyze alternation of physical, functional, technical preparedness of students football team „Šviesa“ during year cycle.
The analysis of training year cycle showed that training year cycle represents A. Stula‘s (1994) recommendations.
2004-2005 year season was successful for football team „Šviesa“. Team „Šviesa -1“ won I place in „Žaibas“ tournament, III place in LSFL hall football championship, III place in LSFL championship.
After results analysis, we can make assumption, that physical loads made in teams „Šviesa“ trainings trained aerobic capacity more than muscular strength and power.
Laboratory tests showed that physical development changed slightly, except noticeable fat mass increase from 8,85 to 9,29 kg (p<0,05).
Quickness tests indexes changed best of all physical preparedness tests results. Football players made 18 jumps from hexagon middle to outside, the result changed from 15,47 s to 13,93 s (p<0,025).
During experimental period significant change of functions of cardiovascular and respiratory systems was observed. Index that reflect this well is Rufje index. This index got reliable better from 6.3 to 4.8 (p<0.025), though during third testing after summer holydays, this index returned to its present level (6.03). Tyrimo problema – rengiant 8–9 metų krepšininkus taikomos skirtingos treniravimo programos, tačiau jų veiksmingumas sportiniam parengtumui nėra pagrįstas. Kokios treniravimo programos yra veiksmingiausios 8–9 metų krepšininkų sportiniam parengtumui? Daroma prielaida (Butautas, 2002), kad integralaus treniravimo programa galėtų būti veiksmingiausia.
Tyrimo hipotezė – treniravimo programa vyraujant integraliajam rengimui turi didžiausią poveikį jaunųjų krepšininkų (8–9 metų) parengtumui.
Tyrimo objektas – skirtingų treniravimo programų poveikis jaunųjų krepšininkų (8–9 m.) parengtumui.
Tyrimo tikslas – nustatyti ir įvertinti jaunųjų krepšininkų (8–9 m.)skirtingų treniravimo programų veiksmingumą.
Tikslui pasiekti keliami uždaviniai:
1. Nustatyti ir įvertinti jaunųjų krepšininkų (8–9 metų) techninio, atletinio parengtumo ir kūno sudėjimo kaitos ypatumus.
2. Nustatyti skirtingų treniravimo programų veiksmingumą techniniam, atletiniam parengtumui.
Tiriamieji – tyrime dalyvavo 8–9 (8,5 ± 0,27) metų amžiaus (n = 38) krepšinio mokyklos „Perkūnas“ krepšininkai. Eksperimento metu tiriamieji buvo paskirstyti į tris (universalaus, techninio, integralaus) skirtingo rengimo programų grupes.
Išvados:
1. Nustatyta, kad jaunųjų krepšininkų dalyvavusių ekperimente techninis ir atletinis parengtumas gerėjo bei atitiko gero parengtumo lygį. Kūno sudėjimo rodiklių kaita atitiko tendencijas šio amžiaus krepšininkams, pateiktas ankstesniuose mokslininkų darbuose. Didėjant ūgiui, didėjo ir kūno masė... [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / Research problem – When developing 8–9 years old basketball players, different types of training programs are used, but effectiveness of those programs are not valid.Which training programs has the best effect on 8–9 years old basketball players ? Others assume (Butautas, 2002), that special training programs might be the most effective.
Reserach hipothesis – training program with integral preparation has the biggest effect on youth basketball players (8–9 years old) qualification.
Reserach object – the effect of different training programs for youth basketball players (8-9 years old).
Research aim – research the effect of different training programs for youth basketball players (8–9 years old).
Research objectives:
1. Determine and evaluate the change of peculiarity in technical, physical qualification and body constitution for youth basketball players (8–9 years old).
2. Determine the effect of different training programs in technical, physical and body constitution.
Participants: basketball players (n = 38) of 8 (8,5 ± 0,27) years old from “Perkūnas” basketball school participated in the research. During the research participants were divided into three (universal, technical and integral) different training groups.
Conclusions:

Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjamos traukinių ant magnetinės pagalvės (MAGLEV) technologijos. Atlikta išsami traukinių ant magnetinės pagalvės pasaulinės patirties analizė. Ištirti šių traukinių pagrindiniai privalumai ir trūkumai lyginant su įprastiniais greitaisiais traukiniais. Parinkti traukinių eksploatavimo lyginamieji parametrai. Pateikiami riedmenų TRASNRAPID 08 (MAGLEV) ir ICE 3 (tradicinės sistemos) techniniai ekonominiai lyginimo rezultatai. Atliktas daugiakriteris vertinimas. Pabaigoje suformuluotos išvados. Baigiamajame magistro darbe sudarytos 37 lentelės, pavaizduota 60 paveikslų. Darbo apimtis 95 psl. / Final master work analyzes technologies of trains on magnetic cushion (MAGLEV). World experience analysis of trains on magnetic cushion is made. Advantages and disadvantages of MAGLEV systems in comparison with other high speed trains are also discussed. Performance comparative parameters were chosen. Technical economical analysis results are made using TRASNRAPID 08 as MAGLEV system train and ICE 3 as traditional system train. Also multi criteria evaluation is made. Finally, conclusions are formed. Final master work consists: 37 tables, 60 figures and 4 appendixes. Work size 95 pages.

Lietuvoje šios paslaugos vartotojų skaičius auga kiekvienais metais. Tačiau didėjant internetinės bankininkystės klientų skaičiui, daugėja ir su paslaugos vartojimu susijusių problemų. Viena didžiausių – vartotojų kompetencijos trūkumas naudojantis paslauga. Vieni nemoka atlikti paprasčiausių operacijų, o labiau patyrę vartotojai dažniausiai nebūna susipažinę su visomis internetinės bankininkystės galimybėmis. Darbe aprašomas bankininkystės žinyno modelis, sukurtas naudojant techninio rašymo principus ir pritaikytas atskiriems vartotojų segmentams. Modelio tinkamumas įvertintas atliekant eksperimentinį tyrimą, kuris susidarė iš virtualaus komandinio darbo projekto bei anketinės apklausos. / Since 1995 banks offer their clients direct access to bank accounts through internet from everywhere in the world. In Lithuania number of internet banking users is growing every year. During 9 months of year 2006, number of users has increased 24 %. More and more traditional banking features are implemented into internet banking and that makes internet banking complex. While the number of users keeps increasing, we have to face more problems too. In 2003 SEB Bankas carried out a research that indicated that one third of people do not use internet banking because they are not ignorant of this service. Beginners usually do not know how to perform basic features while advanced users are not familiar with the entire internet banking opportunities. The goal of this paper is to create an internet banking manual’s model that combines the principles of technical writing and will be adopted for separated user segments. Dual experimental research has been carried out to evaluate the created model.
