Plattform är ett stadsdelshus i stadsdelen Spånga-Tensta, och är beläget intill Tensta centrum. Det är en låg byggnad som sträcker sig ut i det hålrum som idag utgörs av Taxingeplan. På så sätt skapas en plan yta ovanpå byggnaden som ger fri passage över platsen. Byggnaden formar därmed inte bara interiöra rum, utan skapar även ett exteriört torg ovanpå taket. Torget erbjuder besökaren direkt koppling till tunnelbanan, Tensta konsthall, Tenstagången, samt det nya stadshuset självt, och blir således en ny mötesplats och publik kärna i Tensta.  På östra sidan är byggnaden tvåvåningshög, där det övre planet rymmer de offentliga funktionerna, såsom entréhall, restaurang och presentationshall. På nedre plan finns stadshusets kontor och personalutrymmen.  Ljusinsläpp skapas med hjälp av bågformade gårdar som ramar in byggnaden. Dessa gårdar är öppna för såväl stadshusets personal som allmänheten, och blir till gröna oaser i ett landskap av betong. / Platform is the new city hall in the district Spånga-Tensta, and is located next to Tensta centrum. It is a low-slung building that reaches out into the hollow space that today constitutes Taxingeplan. In this way, a flat surface is created on top of the building that provides free passage over the site. Thus, the building not only forms interior spaces, but also creates an exterior plaza on top of its roof. By providing entryway to the subway station, Tensta art gallery, Tenstagången as well as the city hall itself, the plaza becomes the central meeting point in the area, giving rise to a new public realm in Tensta. On the eastern side the building is two stories high, the upper level of which contains all the public spaces, such as the entrance hall, the restaurant and the presentation hall. The lower level holds the office spaces and staff areas of the municipal employees.  Natural light enters the interior by arcuate gardens that line the edges of the building. These gardens are open to the workers of the city hall as well as the public, and they pose as green havens in a landscape of concrete.

The project focuses on the center of Tensta. The municipality of Stockholm has identified multiple developing areas in Stockholm, one of them being Tensta and especially Tensta centrum.  The main focus of this project is to think about and implement social and environmental sustainability through architecture. A big garage complex sits quite empty in the center of Tensta today, taking up valuable place of the center. In this project the garage complex is disassembled and its parts re- and upcycled to fit a new building in the site. The building's program consists of Järva stadsdelsförvatlning (Järva city administration office), Tensta library and a restaurant. A new square is also designed to make the center of Tensta a more welcoming place.
