Interests the work relationships of this renters through the constitution of an oral agreement with Humberto Guedes de Ara?jo ? the farm owner that was donated in the eighteenth century through the grant of sesmarias. The rural lease was signed between those who owned the land and who would worked on it. The landowner guaranteed the access to the land and established the conditions to stay in the lease. And the renter had to obligation to pay the rent, which guaranteed the right to live with his family as only in the mud houses and to plant subsistence farming in the leasehold lands. The study of this process allowed to understand how this relationship, based on an oral contract, poor living conditions, working and too in the solidarity, constituted itself as a reinvention of the exploration and resistance in the country. In that farm, these relationships appear to have been undertaken since when it housed workers in slave conditions, possibly, the ancestors of many of the families that still living there. From the analysis of these experiences mediated by oral narratives, the aim of this work is to understand about the land rights of the families that rented the lands of the Engenho Sururu farm, who live and work there for some generations, constituting, therefore, the ties of kindred among the community members, which is an element that gives the group unit, that is, "rama de maxixe" / Este texto tem como objetivo apresentar as experi?ncias de trabalhadores rendeiros da Fazenda Engenho Sururu, localizada no munic?pio de Varzedo, Rec?ncavo da Bahia. Interessam aqui as rela??es de trabalho destes sujeitos a partir da vigora??o do acordo oral de arrendamento com Humberto Guedes de Ara?jo ? propriet?rio da referida fazenda que foi doada no s?culo XVIII atrav?s de concess?o de sesmarias. O arrendamento rural era realizado entre quem possu?a a terra e quem iria trabalhar nela. O propriet?rio das terras concedia acesso ? terra e estabelecia as condi??es para permanecer no sistema de arrendamento. E o rendeiro tinha a obriga??o de pagar a renda, consequentemente garantia o direito de sua fam?lia morar t?o somente em casas de taipa e plantar lavoura de subsist?ncia nas terras arrendadas. O estudo deste processo permite entender como essa rela??o, baseada no contrato oral, nas prec?rias condi??es de moradia, trabalho, e tamb?m na solidariedade e mutualismo entre os trabalhadores, se constitui em reinven??es da explora??o e resist?ncia no campo. Na referida fazenda, essas rela??es parecem ter sido empreendidas desde quando a mesma abrigava trabalhadores em condi??o escrava, possivelmente os antepassados de muitas das fam?lias ainda l? residentes. A partir da an?lise dessas experi?ncias mediadas pelas narrativas orais, a proposta deste trabalho ? apreender sobre o direito ? terra das fam?lias rendeiras da Fazenda Engenho Sururu que nela moram e trabalham h? algumas gera??es, constituindo assim,os la?os de aparentados entre os membros da comunidade que ? um elemento que d? unidade ao grupo, ou seja, a ?rama de maxixe?.

Whose empirical field was the territory of Alvarães, specifically the community of Nogueira. In order to do so, it was led by the following question: how do the Work and Field Education relate to the dialectic of nature that constructs and reconstructs relations that are contradictory and determine class interests in the hands of a few in a peasant community of the municipality of Alvarães? The research had as general objective, to analyze the relation work and education of the field in a community of the Middle River Solimões. It was guided by three specific objectives: 1) To study the theoretical references that support the work and education categories of the field; 2) Identify the social organization of work and education of the field, as well as its unique aspects in the field of Alvarães; and 3) To evaluate the materiality of work as an educational principle based on the elements that constitute the dynamics and contradictions of society. The main sources of empirical information were the semi-structured interviews, which during the course of the School of Earth Program Formations, it was possible to carry them out and collect the data. It was based on the methodological procedures of bibliographical and documentary research in a dialectical approach of Historical Materialism, guided by the three Laws Unity and Struggle of Contraries, Transformation of Quantity and Quality and Denial of Denial. Empirical categories such as Labor, Peasant Family Agriculture, Social Movement and Field Education were adopted as empirical categories. The research made it possible to conclude, among other aspects, that Field Education, even though it is established by public policies, there is a lack of political interest in implementing it in the community, so the education offered to the subjects, little dialogue with their reality, which reflects in the their formations that do not understand the process and why the Teaching is urbanized and migrate to the city in search of work and education, nevertheless, in recognizing the urban-centered education, in which it does not value the productive processes, cultures and knowledge constructed, the subject claims new conceptions of education anchored to their reality, which will give meaning to the work and consequently the materialization of Field Education in the community as a public policy. / A dissertação corresponde ao resultado da pesquisa intitulada Trabalho e Educação do Campo no contexto Amazônico: um estudo em uma comunidade camponesa do Médio Rio Solimões, cujo campo empírico foi o território de Alvarães, especificamente a comunidade de Nogueira. Para tanto, foi conduzida pelo seguinte questionamento: como se relacionam o Trabalho e a Educação do Campo a partir da dialética da natureza que constrói e reconstrói as relações que são contraditórias e determinam os interesses de classe nas mãos de poucos, em uma comunidade camponesa do município de Alvarães? A pesquisa teve como objetivo geral, analisar a relação trabalho e educação do campo em uma comunidade do Médio Rio Solimões. Foi orientada por três objetivos específicos: 1)Estudar os referenciais teóricos que sustentam as categorias trabalho e educação do campo; 2) Identificar a organização social do trabalho e educação do campo, bem como seus aspectos singulares no campo de Alvarães; e, 3) Avaliar a materialidade do trabalho como princípio educativo a partir dos elementos que constituem a dinâmica e as contradições da sociedade. As principais fontes de informações empíricas foram às entrevistas semiestruturadas, que no decorrer das Formações do Programa Escola da Terra, foram realizadas e os dados coletados. Apoiou-se nos procedimentos metodológicos da pesquisa bibliográfica e documental em uma abordagem dialética do Materialismo Histórico, orientada pelas três leis: Unidade e Luta dos Contrários, Transformação da Quantidade e Qualidade e a Negação da Negação. Adotou-se como categorias empíricas o Trabalho, a Agricultura Familiar Camponesa, o Movimento Social e a Educação do Campo. A pesquisa permitiu concluir, dentre outros aspectos, que a Educação do Campo, mesmo sendo estabelecida pelas políticas públicas, há falta de interesse político em implementá-las na comunidade, logo a educação oferecida aos sujeitos, pouco dialoga com a sua realidade, o que reflete nas suas formações que não compreendem o processo e nem o porquê do Ensino, que é urbanizado e migram para a cidade, em busca de trabalho e educação, não obstante, ao reconhecer a educação urbanocêntrica, na qual não valoriza os processos produtivos, as culturas e os saberes construídos, o sujeito reivindica novas concepções de educação ancorada a sua realidade, o que dará sentido ao trabalho e consequentemente a materialização da Educação do Campo, na comunidade enquanto política pública.

In this sense, the expressions of work in the countryside, in the Brazilian historical context, associated with the implantation of capitalism under the agroindustrial bias stand out. The sugarcane industry is characterized as expression that makes work become modern and precarious. In labor relations in the field, important contributions from the critical view of labor law are identified, broadening the understanding of the legal dogmatic and agrarian reform policy. / A pesquisa é o fruto dos trabalhos desenvolvidos no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Direito Agrário da Faculdade de Direito, da Universidade Federal de Goiás, e tem caráter parcial no que se refere aos resultados. Dentre as inúmeras pesquisas desenvolvidas, o programa possui preocupação com a temática do trabalho nas relações sociais do campo, criando uma linha de pesquisa denominada “Relações de Trabalho no Campo”, sintonizadas com o caráter agrário e trabalhista do meio rural, como interface de reflexão jurídica. A pesquisa, com abordagem qualitativa e adoção do método dedutivo-argumentativo, visa a uma compreensão crítico- discursiva das relações de trabalho no setor canavieiro do Estado de Goiás, sob a perspectiva da visão justrabalhista e da política da reforma agrária. Nesse sentido, destaca-se as expressões do trabalho no meio rural, no contexto histórico brasileiro, associada à implantação do capitalismo sob o viés agroindustrial. O setor canavieiro caracteriza-se como expressão modernizante e precarizante do trabalho. Nas relações de trabalho no campo, identifica-se importantes contribuições da visão crítica do Direito do trabalho, alargando as compreensões da dogmática jurídica e da política de reforma agrária.
