A transexualidade é uma forma de manifestação da sexualidade humana, caracterizada por um forte desejo de correção cirúrgica. No cenário atual, indivíduos que se sentem pertencentes a uma identidade de gênero oposta ao seu sexo biológico, aos poucos têm sido ouvidos em suas reivindicações. Essa problemática é antiga, o que o torna atual é a possibilidade legal de \"mudar de sexo\". Partindo dessa premissa, a presente pesquisa, realizada com tdez transexuais MtF já submetidas à cirurgia de transgenitalização no Hospital de Base José do Rio Preto-SP/FAMERP, objetiva a compreensão dos sentido e significado atribuído por elas à vivência afetivo-sexual após a cirurgia de transgenitalização. Os depoimento obtidos por meio de uma entrevista mediada pela seguinte questão: Como está sendo sua vivência afetivo-sexual após a cirurgia de transgenitalização? Para análise, utilizamos a metodologia qualitativa viabilizada pela suspensão fenomenológica, que consiste na leitura e releitura dos depoimentos, discriminação das unidades de significados, elaboração categorias e identificação das convergências e divergências nos discursos. Para compreensão dos depoimentos buscamos o auxílio de perspectivas teóricas biológicas, psicológicas e sócio-culturais. Na análise dos depoimentos foram destacadas as categorias de significados: 1) descoberta do corpo transgenitalizado; 2) temporalidade da relação sexual após a cirurgia; 3) temor da revelação; 4) vivência afetivo-sexual; 5) papelsocial de gênero; 6) a temporalidade da mulher transgenitalizada. Como resultados, encontramos o reconhecimento de uma imagem em harmonia com seus corpos, integrando sua identidade biológica à psicológica. A ansiedade e a insegurança entre o desejo e o medo do novo surgem no início das atividades sexuais após a cirurgia. O temor da revelação está presente e representado pelo medo da não aceitação social e a ocorrência de agressões psicológicas ou ) fisicas decorrentes do seuI estigma. Em sua vivência afetivo-sexual, emerge a satisfação pessoal pela nova possibilidade de vida. Seus relacionamentos apresentam componentes do estigma e dos estereótipo a ele associados. A expressão do estigma aparece no papel social de gênero. Dentro da temporalidade surge a satisfação com o corpo e o novo papel de gênero e, a busca relacionamentos afetivo-sexuais. A cirurgia de transgenitalização constitui um grande passo na temática da transexualidade, possibilitando à mulher transgenitalizada a aquisição de uma identidade integral compatível com o seu psiquismo. A partir dela, emergiram sensações, sentimentos e prazeres, possibilitando relações afetivo-sexuais e sociais integradas a sua existência. No cenário atual, a transgenitalização passou a ser compreendida, por essas mulheres como um dos elementos necessários, embora não o único, para o seu reconhecimento e inserção social no mundo contemporâneo / Transsexuality is a form of manifestation of human sexuality characterized by a strong desire for surgical correction. ln the present scenario, individuals who feel they belong to a gender identity opposed to their biological sex have been increasingly heard in their reivindiction. It is ancient issue - what is new about is the legal and ethical possibility of \"changing sex-. Based on such premises, the research carried out with teu MtF transsexuals submitted to the transgenitalization surgery aims to understand the sense and meaning they attribute to their affective-sexual experiences following the surgery. The results showed us the recognition of an image in harmony with their bodies, integrating their biological and psychological identities; the anxiety and insecurity regarding their desire and fear of the unknown that emerge when they start their sexual activity following the surgery; the fear to reveal their identity, represented by the fear of social inacceptance and physical or psychological aggression derived from their personal satisfaction of a new llife that emerges from their sexual experiences; components of the stigma and stereotypes associated to it in their relationships; the expression of the stigma in the gender social role; their satisfaction with their body and their new gender role; and the search for affectiv-sexual relationships. The collaborators\' statements were collected in an interview guided by the following question:How have you experienced your affective-sexual life following transgenitalization surgery? For the analysis we applied the qualitative methodology supported by the phenomenological suspension, which consists in the researcher\'s reading and rereading of the statements collected for the discrimination of units of meaning elaboration of categories, and identification of converging speeches. For an understanding of the collaborators\' statements, we sought the aid of biological, psychological and social-cultural theory perspectives. ln the analysis we highlight six categories of meaning: 1) finding out the transgenitalized body; 2) temporality of first sexual relation following the surgery; 3) fear of revelation; 4) affective-sexual experience; 5) gender social role; 6) temporality of the transgenitalized woman. We found in their answers the recognition of an image in harmony with their bodies, which integrates their biological and sociological identities. As a result of this integration, new sensations, feelings, and pleasures have emerged, offering these the women the possibility of integrated social and affective-sexual existence. Today, transgenitalization has been understood by these women as one of the paramount elements necessary recognition of themselves and to their insertion in the contemporary world. We defend, in short, that the transgenitalization surgery is a great step towards understanding transsexuality and its particularities, which enable transgenitalized women the acquisition of an integral identity compatible with their psychism

Tendo como ponto de partida o princípio de que a existência humana se torna inviável sem inteligibilidade social, problematizo os diferentes discursos que enredaram as pessoas (transexuais) ao buscarem reconhecimento. O principal argumento desta tese foi que o processo de reconhecimento das pessoas (transexuais) orquestrado pelas instituições médicojurídicas coloca em risco a possibilidade da sobrevivência destas pessoas. A primeira parte do trabalho foi composta pela análise dos processos. Nessa procurei identificar, no entorno médico e jurídico, como um emaranhado imaginário - cujos conteúdos recobrem as percepções da sexualidade feminina/masculina, a compreensão do direito das pessoas (transexuais) sobre seus próprios corpos, bem como dos significados atribuídos ao gênero - atravessa de diferentes maneiras e intensidades as práticas/discursos e é forjado para que práticas institucionais sejam justificáveis. Marcado também por histórias de vida de pessoas, a segunda parte tenta explicitar a diversidade das vivências das pessoas que buscavam maneiras de dar sentido ao sentimento de "ser diferente", de estar em "desacordo", de ser vítima ou culpada de algum "engano" ou "fraude". Os resultados do trabalho conduzem a problematizar a precedência e a exclusividade explicativas conferidas ao discurso médico-jurídico na outorga de legitimidade social para as experiências das pessoas (transexuais). / Abstract: Object of this thesis was understand the possibilities and strategies in performance of people (transsexuals) searching for "a change of sex" who register in Transgenitalization Program coordinated by Defense Justice Promote of Health Services Users (Pró-Vida), of Public Minister of Federal District and Lands. Our start point is the principle of human existence is not viable without social intelligibility; I question different speech what involved to people (transsexuals) to find reconnaissance. The principal argument of this thesis was the process of recognition of peoples (transsexuals) made for medical-juridical institutions put in risk the possibility of survival of these people. First part of this work was made with process analysis. I try identify in this, in medical and juridical environment, like an imaginary complicated - whose content recover the perceptions of male/female sexuality, comprehension of people (transsexuals) right over his/her bodies, like as signifies attributed to gender- it crosses with different ways and intensities practices/speeches and it is forged with the objective of institutional practices becomes justifiable. It is marked too with life histories of peoples, the second part try to state clearly the diversity of people experience who search ways to give sense to feeling of "be different", of stay in "disagree", of be victim or accused of some "cheat" or "fraud".
