Šiame baigiamajame darbe atlikta analizė, kurioje gilinamasi į podcast`ingo privalumus ir pranašumus ir galimybes, lyginant su video transliavimu, dar kitaip vadinamu video „streaming“. Taip pat gilinamasi į tai, kokius pranašumus televizija turėtų prieš kitas, kurios nenaudoja podcast technologijos laidų anonsavimui žiūrovams. Ieškoma alternatyvių projektų, kuriuose bandoma padaryti kažką panašaus. Aprašant projektinius sprendimus, supažindinama su:  būsimu prototipu  televizijos reklamos sprendimas panaudojant podcast technologiją  terminalo tipo atpažinimas  atsiunčiamų transliacijos įrašų panaudojimas televizijos laidų reklamai pritaikymas pagal terminalo tipą  alternatyviu atsiunčiamų transliacijos įrašų panaudojimu televizijos laidų reklamai mobiliajame telefone Atlikus praktinius tyrimus, įsitikinome, kad padarytas prototipas veikia. Tiesa, turi šiokių tokiu trūkumų, kurie dar galėtu būti tobulinami ateityje. / This master `s work analystes advantage of podcasting versus video broadcasting, in other words – video streaming, video podcast expectation of using it. Also I will look through what advantage has Tv stations against these who don`t use podcast technology. Also, there will be looking for some similar podcast projects too. Solutions will be presented:  prototipe  advertisements of tv`s shows  identification of terminal  video announcement`s broadcasting using any type of terminal  video announcement`s broadcasting using mobile phones  alternative video announcement`s broadcasting on mobile phones. In conclusion we can see prototipe is working. In thruth it is not everything working perfect and it should be developed near in future.

Paprasčiausias būdas stebėti autosporto lenktynių rezultatus yra internetiniai portalai. Tačiau ir čia Lietuvos autosporto rengėjai nusileidžia pasaulinio lygio automobilių lenktynių rengėjams ir dažnai lenktynių rezultatus pateikia tik pasibaigus lenktynėms. Šio darbo tikslas – sukurti sistemą kurioje būtų galima talpinti ir peržiūrėti šiuo metu vykstančių automobilių sporto lenktynių rezultatus ir įvykius. / In Lithuania there is no such web page which would be easy to access and simply to use for autosport information broadcasting online. Many foreign countries‘ web sites have it, but mostly it is created for specific autorace and is not meant for adaption for other autorace information broadcasting. The aim of this study is to create for system which allows its user to upload current events and results of autorace so autosport fans could follow the race online. System is started to create from specifications of requirements and specifications of architecture of the system which follows with actual creation, improvement and testing of the information system itself. After the program is finished, user‘s guide was written and it helps to install the system and indicates its specifics as well as usage. Information system enables to store racing data, information about it, update the ongoing events, that helps to follow the race and the general information about the race itself.

Atlikėjų teisių apsauga sulaukia vis didesnio tiek tarptautinės, tiek nacionalinės teisinės visuomenės dėmesio. Tačiau, reikia pažymėti, jog esminės teisinio reglamentavimo problemos vis dar yra neišspręstos, dėl ko ypatingai kenčia atlikėjų turtiniai interesai. Šiame darbe išanalizavus atlikėjų teises reglamentuojančius teisės aktus, nustatyta, jog esminės atlikėjų teisių apsaugos problemos, susijusios su jų turtinių interesų pažeidimais, yra susijusios su šiomis sritimis: sutartiniais atlikėjų santykiais, teisių apsaugos terminu, audiovizualinių atlikėjų apsauga, atlikimų transliavimu, retransliavimu ir kitokiu viešu paskelbimu bei atlikimų atgaminimu asmeniniais tikslais. Manytina, jog didžiausią neigiamą įtaką atlikėjų turtiniams interesams turi būtent sutartinės problemos, kadangi praktikoje atlikėjai dažniausiai sutartimi prodiuseriams perleidžia visas išimtines turtines teises už vienkartinį atlyginimą. Šiame darbe autorė nustatė, jog tam tikros iš minėtų sričių efektyviau būtų išspręstos pakeitus nacionalinė bazę (pavyzdžiui, minėtos sutartinės problemos). Kitos aukščiau minėtos sritys dėl atlikimų naudojimo specifikos ir masto, manytina, jog efektyviau būtų išspręstos jas harmonizuojant Europos Sąjungos lygmeniu. Išanalizavus atlikėjų teisių reglamentavimą bei išskyrus pagrindines atlikėjų teisių apsaugos problemas ir galimus jų sprendimų būdus bei iniciatyvas, darytina išvada, jog atlikėjų teisių apsauga tendencingai stiprėja, t. y. atlikėjams suteikiama vis daugiau... [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / The protection of performers‘ rights is under the growing scrutiny of international and national legal societies attention. Despite this, the main legal regulation problems remain unsolved and it affect property interests of performers. The analysis of legal regulation reveals that the essential problems of the protection of perfomers rights related to violations of performers property interests are concerned to the following areas: contractual position of performers, the duration of performers rights protection, the protection of audiovisual performers, broadcasting and communication to the public of performances and remuneration for private copying. It is assumed that the greatest negative impact on the performers‘ property interests have the contractual problems, as performers in practise usually transfer all their exclusive property rights to producers for an overall lump sum. On the ground of the analysis made in this master work, it is identified that some of the above mentioned problems would be more effectively solved by improving national regulation (for example, contractual problems). The other problems of the protection of performers rights due to the specific use and dimension of performances - by harmonizing the regulation in the European Union.
