Atlikėjų teisių apsauga sulaukia vis didesnio tiek tarptautinės, tiek nacionalinės teisinės visuomenės dėmesio. Tačiau, reikia pažymėti, jog esminės teisinio reglamentavimo problemos vis dar yra neišspręstos, dėl ko ypatingai kenčia atlikėjų turtiniai interesai. Šiame darbe išanalizavus atlikėjų teises reglamentuojančius teisės aktus, nustatyta, jog esminės atlikėjų teisių apsaugos problemos, susijusios su jų turtinių interesų pažeidimais, yra susijusios su šiomis sritimis: sutartiniais atlikėjų santykiais, teisių apsaugos terminu, audiovizualinių atlikėjų apsauga, atlikimų transliavimu, retransliavimu ir kitokiu viešu paskelbimu bei atlikimų atgaminimu asmeniniais tikslais. Manytina, jog didžiausią neigiamą įtaką atlikėjų turtiniams interesams turi būtent sutartinės problemos, kadangi praktikoje atlikėjai dažniausiai sutartimi prodiuseriams perleidžia visas išimtines turtines teises už vienkartinį atlyginimą. Šiame darbe autorė nustatė, jog tam tikros iš minėtų sričių efektyviau būtų išspręstos pakeitus nacionalinė bazę (pavyzdžiui, minėtos sutartinės problemos). Kitos aukščiau minėtos sritys dėl atlikimų naudojimo specifikos ir masto, manytina, jog efektyviau būtų išspręstos jas harmonizuojant Europos Sąjungos lygmeniu. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / The protection of performers‘ rights is under the growing scrutiny of international and national legal societies attention. Despite this, the main legal regulation problems remain unsolved and it affect property interests of performers. The analysis of legal regulation reveals that the essential problems of the protection of perfomers rights related to violations of performers property interests are concerned to the following areas: contractual position of performers, the duration of performers rights protection, the protection of audiovisual performers, broadcasting and communication to the public of performances and remuneration for private copying. It is assumed that the greatest negative impact on the performers‘ property interests have the contractual problems, as performers in practise usually transfer all their exclusive property rights to producers for an overall lump sum. On the ground of the analysis made in this master work, it is identified that some of the above mentioned problems would be more effectively solved by improving national regulation (for example, contractual problems). Šiame darbe nagrinėjami subtitravimo kaip audiovizualaus vertimo metodo ypatumai. Darbo tikslas yra ištyrinėti dokumentinio filmo “Super Didelis Aš” (2004) kalbos ir materialisios kultūros perteikimą per subtitruotą filmo vertimą siekiant nustatyti vertimo procese vartojamas transformacijas ir klaidas. Teorinėje straipsnio dalyje apžvelgiami subtitravimo ypatumai, kultūrinio vertimo samprata, bei specifiniai materialiosios kultūros (maisto) aspektai. Emipirinėje darbo dalyje aprašoma tyrimo eiga ir metodai. Filmo vertimo analizė parodė jog dėl Anglų ir Lietuvių kalbų skirtumo, bei subtitravimo kaip audiovizualaus vertimo metodo ypatumai, apsprendė vertimo transformacijų vartoseną. / The aim of the thesis is to investigate the transference of language and material culture of the documentary film “Super Size Me” (2004) through the audiovisual translation method of subtitling in order to identify translation transformations used in the process of translation. Theoretical part of the work concentrates on the peculiarities of subtitling method, explores the notion of cultural translation and specific aspects of material culture, food culture in particular. The process of the research and methods are described in the empirical part of the work. The analysis of the film translation revealed, that the usage of the translation transformations was determined by the differences between English and Lithuanian languages as well as by the peculiarities of the subtitled text.

Šiame bakalauro darbe siekiama atskleisti ritmo apraiškas audio ir vizualiniuose menuose. Ritmas – viena esminių žmogaus gyvenimo palydovų. Jo esmė – pasikartojimai, kuriais paremta ir visatos, ir žmogaus gyvenimo tvarka. Nukrypimo nuo įprasto ritmo pasekmė – žmogaus vidinis diskomfortas, kurį siekiama kuo greičiau atitaisyti. Kadangi menas yra žmogaus emocinės išraiškos priemonė, jame taip pat atsispindi vidinis kūrėjo ritmas. Siekdamas žiūrovui padaryti įspūdį savo kūriniu, menininkas ritmą gali panaudoti ir panaudoja kaip vieną iš poveikio sustiprinimo priemonių. Darbe atskleidžiamos ritmo vizualiniuose menuose – dailėje, architektūroje, audio mene – muzikoje bei audiovizualiniuose menuose – kine ir videomene apraiškos bei jų poveikis žmogui. Kūrybiniame video darbe „Gyvenimo ritmas“ siekiama ritmą atskleisti kaip vidinio žmogaus pasaulio darną užtikrinantį veiksnį bei pavaizduoti, kaip bendrą kūrinio ritminę struktūrą gali suardyti vaizdinio ir muzikinio ritmo nesinchroniškumas. / In this bachelor paper it is striven to reveal the rhythm manifestations in audio and visual arts. The rhythm is one of the most essential guides in human life. Its essence includes repetitions on which the life order of man and universe are based. Consequence of deviation from usual rhythm is man’s inner discomfort which he strives to immediately rectify. Since art is the means of human emotional expression, it also reflects the inner rhythm of a creator. When striving to make impression to a spectator with its piece of art, an artist may use the rhythm as one of the measures for increasing of effect. The paper reveals manifestations of the rhythm in visual arts, namely art, architecture, audio art – music and in audiovisual arts, namely cinema and video art along with their impact on man. In creative video piece “Life Rhythm” it is striven to reveal the rhythm as the factor ensuring inner harmony of man’s world as well as to depict how general rhythmic structure of a piece of art may be destroyed by non-synchronicity of visual and musical rhythm.

Magistro darbo objektas – vaizdo ir garso dokumentų paveldo apsauga instituciniu aspektu ir organizaciniu požiūriu. Darbo tikslas – nustatyti bendruosius audiovizualinio paveldo bruožus ir ištirti jo apsaugą instituciniu ir organizaciniu aspektu, pagrindžiančiu ilgalaikės Lietuvos audiovizualinio paveldo apsaugos strategijos būtinybę. Pagrindiniai darbo uždaviniai: nustatyti ir išanalizuoti audiovizualinio paveldo išliekamąją vertę; ištirti, koks yra vaizdo ir garso archyvo vaidmuo bibliotekų, muziejų ir tradicinių archyvų kontekste; nustatyti, vaizdo ir garso dokumentų paveldo apsaugos sąsajas su Lietuvos archyvų sistema; išnagrinėti organizacinį apsaugos aspektą. Naudojantis bendramoksliniais (aprašomuoju, lyginamuoju, analitiniu), taip pat sisteminės dokumentų analizės ir anketavimo metodu, prieita prie šių išvadų ir rekomendacijų: vaizdo ir garso dokumentinį paveldą galima įvardinti bendra viso kultūros paveldo dalimi, tačiau jo išsaugojimo ir naudojimo sferose egzistuojančių problemų sprendimui reikalingi specifiniai, o ne iš kitų sričių perimami sprendimai; vaizdo ir garso dokumentiniam paveldui yra būdingos kultūrinė, mokslinė, meninė, istorinė bei kitos, prasmės ir kokybės aspektus išryškinančios vertės; šiandieninėje aplinkoje aktualiausios yra kultūrinė ir socialinė vaizdo ir garso dokumentinio paveldo vertės; komunikacijos kontekste televizijas, radijas ir kinas atitinka informacijos perdavimo kanalus, o vaizdo ir garso įrašai patenka į „medijų“ sąvoką, visa tai... The goal of this paper is to determine common characteristics of audiovisual heritage and to examine the organizational and institutional aspect of its protection, in such a way motivating the importance for the necessity of long-term preservation strategy of Lithuanian audiovisual heritage. The main tasks of research are: to determine and analyze the values of audiovisual heritage and reasons for its preservation; to find out its relation with the communication process and communication science; to investigate the role of an audiovisual archive in the context of libraries, museums and traditional archives; to determinate the relation between traditional Lithuanian archival system and sound and moving image documental heritage; to explore the organizational aspect of preservation. Sound and moving image documental heritage should be recognized as part of our cultural heritage and as the most characteristic heritage of the 20th century.
