Com o objetivo de compreender a internacionalização das empresas argentinas e brasileiras de um país ao outro considerando-a como parte do processo historicamente construído de integração bilateral entre estes países, percorremos dois eixos centrais de investigação: a-) análise do processo de internacionalização dos territórios nacionais, averiguando como o novo e o velho interatuam na conformação da atual dinâmica territorial argentino-brasileira. Para isto consideramos os múltiplos agentes que compõem historicamente a relação bilateral entre estes países, notadamente Estados e Empresas; b-) estudo dos usos do território praticado pelas empresas no Brasil ou na Argentina e de suas respectivas topologias. Para tal fim, produzimos um banco de dados específico para a pesquisa e a partir dele classificamos e operacionalizamos as diferentes estratégias de internacionalização adotadas por estes agentes, a saber: Investimentos Externos Diretos fusões e aquisições; filiais, subsidiárias e investimentos greenfield; joint venture e Novas Formas de Investimento- e-commerce e startups; franchising e licenças. As análises destas diferentes estratégias revelam a diversidade com que cada firma participa atualmente da dinâmica territorial argentino-brasileira que varia conforme a força, poder, tamanho, relação com o Estado de origem e emprego de variáveis chaves do período atual (técnica com conteúdo científico e informacional, etc.) que cada uma delas possui. / Aiming to understand the internationalization of the Argentine and Brazilian companies from one country to the other considering it as part of the historically constituted process of bilateral integration between these countries, we sought two central investigation axes: a-) analysis of the process of national territories internationalization, verifying how the new and the old interact conforming the current Argentine-Brazilian territorial dynamics. A consolidação de projetos de ampliação de redes de transporte público, no Brasil, se dá por meio de articulações entre instâncias dentro de um mesmo governo, entre entes federados autônomos e entre o Estado, as empresas e as organizações de solidariedade. Essas relações são ora conflituosas, ora cooperativas, e implicam em padrões de seletividade dos usos do território característicos do atual período histórico e da formação socioespacial brasileira. Os estudos de caso que subsidiam as formulações teóricas desta pesquisa são as propostas de novas infraestruturas de circulação de pessoas do governo do estado de São Paulo, por meio de sua Secretaria de Transportes Metropolitanos. / The study of public transport systems as geographic networks makes it possible to elucidate a series of institutional articulations and to observe how the uses of the territory are selective. Consolidating projects for the expansion of public transport networks, in the Brazilian case, takes place through articulations between instances within the same government; between autonomous federated entities; and between the State, the companies and the organizations of solidarity. These relations are sometimes conflictive, sometimes cooperative. However, they always imply patterns of territorial selectivity, typical of the current period of History and of the Brazilian sociospatial formation. The theoretical formulations of this research use as case studies the proposals of new infrastructures for people circulation that are made by the government of the State of São Paulo, through its Secretary of Metropolitan Transportation. / 133353/2016-8

Esta dissertação oferece um estudo sobre a formação territorial do município de Campinas/SP e seu planejamento urbano partindo de instrumentais teórico-metodológicos que incluem a cartografia temática, a periodização e a história como um recurso de método. Estes, aliados a um conjunto de conceitos e categorias como o lugar, o território usado, os eventos e a solidariedade, têm por finalidade identificar qual a contribuição do planejamento urbano para os atuais usos do território. O que se nota é que ele tem seguido o velho manual do planejamento estratégico empresarial que importa modelos de outras correntes de planejamento, alheias ao lugar estudado, visando sua inserção no mundo competitivo da globalização. Tal fato é traduzido pela intensa criação de loteamentos e de fluidez no território, de modo que ele deflagra usos cada vez mais corporativos e setoriais que mutilam o território e sua sociedade, social e espacialmente. Também nos dedicamos em refletir sobre o papel que Campinas exerce dentro da rede urbana paulista e nacional devido às suas inúmeras funções e por abrigar um grande contingente de empresas e instituições hegemônicas paralelamente à proliferação das desigualdades socioespaciais. / This masters dissertation studies the territorial formation of Campinas/SP and its urban planning by the use of a theory-methodological instrumentals which includes the tematic cartography, the periodization and the history as a method resource allied with a group of concepts and cathegories as well as the place, the used territory, the events and the solidarity that leads to figure out what is the contribution of the planning for the nowadays uses of territory. We have seen that it has followed the old company strategic planning manual and it imports models from others planning currents from different world places to provide its insertion on the competitive world of globalization. This fact is translated by the several creation of urban lots and fluidity in the territory which shows uses every time more corporative and setorial that mutilate the territory and its society, social and spacially as well. We also dedicate in reflecting about the role that Campinas fulfills in a regional and national urban chain due to its several functions and for including a very big uncertainty of common knowledge companies and institutions parallely to the expansion of social spacially inequalities.
