Ganaxolone is a new potencional antiepileptic drug, synthetic analog of allopregnanolone which is a metabolite of progesterone. Preclinical and clinical studies point out its anticonvulsive effect in the treatment of both partial and generalized seizures including refractory epilepsy. The aim of our research was to investigate changes in the motor performance of the immature rats after administration of ganaxolone. We also focused on the relation between motoric impairment and the age of the rats which correlates with the age of children. 90 immature rats of age 12, 18 and 25 days were tested. Rats were divided in three groups injected with doses of 20 mgGNX/kg or 40 mgGNX/kg and the control group. The tests for assessing motor performance were chosen with respect to the maturation of sensorimotor reflexes from the following batery of tests: righting test, bar holding test, wire mesh test, negative geotaxis test and open field test. There were no significant differences before and after injection of the drug and in comparison with the control group not even in comparison of classes of age. We have demonstrated that the dose of ganaxolone effective against epileptic seizures does not markedly affect the motoric performance of the immature rats. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Jazybayeva A.: Regional population forecast for the Republic of Kazakhstan 4 Regional population forecast for the Republic of Kazakhstan Abstract This dissertation has three objectives. The first objective is to present literature review about theoretical background of regional population forecast. The second objective is to analyze demographic situation with relation to past and current fertility, mortality and migration development in regions of Kazakhstan. The third objective is to demonstrate two practical implementations of regional population projections. The first example is a multiregional population projection with population horizon 2009-2029 for 16 administrative divisions of Kazakhstan using period data for the year 2008 and inferring required age-sex specific interregional transition data. The second example is a multiregional population projection for period 2004-2059 of four macroregions using period-observational plan 2004-2008 and imposing internal consistency relations. The Development of Domain of the Abby of Velehrad 1205-1420 - Summary My paper tries to make an overview of possessiones of the Cistercian monastery Velehrad in the period between the founding and a year 1420. First I studied the deeds contained in series CDB II.-III. and CDM II.-XV. I gained the informations and put them in the charts with 3 columns with the name from the deed, the current name and other informations. I chose 4 deeds which had confirmed the possessions of the monastery in each year and I made maps with villages according to them. Velehrad Monastery was founded as a Cistercian monastery, so it was a part of filial system of monasteries. The line was Morimond - Ebrach - Pomuk - Langheim - Plasy - Velehrad. The monastery was founded by Vladislav Jindřich, who was a ruler in Moravia, with support from his brother the Bohemian king Přemysl Otakar I. and the bischop of Olomouc. 11th November 1205 12 monks with the abbot Thicelin came to Moravia to build Velehrad near a small river called Salaška. Vladislav Jindřich gave them 4 villages called Boršice, Zlechov, Huštěnovice a Kostelany. (English version) Title: Characteristic of the Czech kiteboarding population Objectives: The main goal of this thesis is research of available sources concerning to the topic and analysis and detailed characteristic of the Czech kiteboarding population. Methods: Research of this thesis was based on questionnaires which were collected between kiteboarders and following analysis of collected information. Questionnaire has 20 topics, which were given to respondents who already have experiences with kiteboarding. The questions in the research were made to give one answer or select one of the options. It was collected 200 questionnaires at total. Main methods used in this work are: analysis, synthesis, induction. Results: On the base of research were confirmed given hypothesis. Which are: 1. We assume that at least half of the kiteboarding population think that kiteboarding is dangerous. 2. More than half of the respondents started with kiteboarding on their own. The aim of this thesis is to analyse Prague's Testaments from 1795 to 1815. The wills,which are in the period 1795-1815, represent a unique source of knowledge not only for linguists but also for modern historians who are interested of everyday life around the turn of the century.The first part describes the everyday history of Prague at the turn of the 18th and 19th Century in terms treated in the wills. In the following chapter, the type of Text is presented and described in more details.The researcher uses the relevant information from Pavel Trost's and Libuše Spáčilová's studies.In the next chapter, the source corpus and the criteria for selection are outlined.Next,the contents of the individual texts are combined to determine the processing linguistic material. The copies of the originals are added in appendices. The text was transliterated consistently. The work focuses on the following section, where the actual structural analysis of the texts are carried out. The researcher concentrates on some important features that are performed in the fifth part of the work (Chapter 5) and in the analysis of the wills. The Constitutional Development of Franco's Spain The aim of this paper is the description and analysis of constitutional developments in Spain during the dictatorship of Francisco Franco (1939-1975). This paper can be divided into two basic parts. The first, which consists of chapters 1- 4, describes the chronological development, based on historical, social and economic context. Thus, it is possible to obtain an overall view of the Spanish legal system during that period. The text, however, extends beyond the timeframe of 1939-1975. Due to the necessity of explaining the context to the reader, the thesis also describes the period that preceded the establishment of the dictatorship (1902-1936). This is the reason of including a brief introduction of constitutional texts in force in Spain before the dictatorship. A separate sub- chapter describes the development during the dictatorship of Primo de Rivera, the period from which Franco derived in many ways. Building of the "New State" starts during the Civil War (1936-1939). This was when its basic features were outlined and laws displaying its character were adopted. This thesis is dedicated to analyzing the Czech legal regulation of competitive advertising since the year 1927, while the main focus point of the thesis lies within the analysis of European directives and Commercial code. The beginning of the thesis is dealing with the definition of several crucial terms needed for due orientation in the issue (particularly the terms "economic competition", "competitor", "general clause", "average consumer", "advertisement", "comparative advertising"). After that follows the analysis of the regulation of comparative advertising applicable in specific time periods. In the first analyzed period (1927-1950), comparative advertising was not explicitly regulated. Nonetheless it was being judged according to the general clause and special facts of the case included in the act. No 111/1927 Coll. of laws and decrees. The attitude of the legal practice towards comparative advertising was rather restrained at that time. During the next analyzed time period (1950-1991), economic competition and the regulation of unfair competition was substantially marginalized due to wide social changes. This thesis will address problems of cross-platform software development for mobile devices. The author will analyze existing frameworks and tools; he will point out their major strengths and weaknesses. Based on this analysis, a pilot cross-platform application will be designed and implemented using the most versatile framework. Particular attention will be paid to the methodology of cross-platform development.

Title: Trends in performance development in combined events. Objectives: The aim of this work was to investigate trends of the performance development in combined events during 2005-2014 based on results of top level competitions and interindividual variability of the point structure of individual combined events athletes. Methods: In this work we used the method of comparison and analysis of the performance development in combined events. Results: The trend of the performance in combined events did not change. Combined events are dominated by athletes with excellent sprint-jumping performances without significant weaknesses in throwing disciplines. The evenness of women opponents is more evident than among men. Slight progression in men's decathlon ocurred in the years 2012-2014 because of the high scores of Ashton Eaton's winning performances. Carolina Klüft dominated women heptathlon in the years 2005-2007, but the average score among heptathletes did not increase. In indoor pentathlon, the development was slightly progressive until 2012. Average scores of pentathletes were similar to the winning performances showing high evenness of opponents.
