Porovnání frameworků pro rychlý vývoj aplikací na platformě Java / Comparison of rapid web application development frameworks for the Java platform

Zilvar, Tomáš January 2010 (has links)
The thesis is concerned with a comparison of two rapid web development frameworks for the Java platform - Tapestry 5 and Grails. The goal is to get acquainted with both of the frameworks, explain their basic principles and usage, compare their solution to common challenges and their contribution to faster development. Furthermore, the goal is to de fine a set of criteria for the comparison and match each one of them with their respective weights representing their importance in certain decision making scenarios. The frameworks are new and under dynamic development, therefore the bene ts of this thesis are an extensive research in foreign resources, summary of the acquired knowledge, practical usage examples and furthermore the assessment of the frameworks' strenghts and weaknesses. The conclusions and comparison quanti cation can then be used to strategically choose the appropriate framework if necessarry.

Dohnalová, Monika January 2019 (has links)
Charles University Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové Department of Biophysics and Physical Chemistry Candidate: Monika Dohnalová Supervisor: Ing. Vladimír Kubíček, CSc. Title of Diploma Thesis: HPLC analysis of drugs The diploma thesis deals with the development and optimization of HPLC method for simultaneous determination of selected polyphenolic compounds: apigenin, acteoside and luteolin. During the experiments, the most suitable conditions for separation were sought, various mobile phases and various types of gradient elution were tested. The Zorbax Eclipse XBD C18 column 250 x 4.6 mm; 5 µm was used for analysis. The detection was performed with diode array detector at wavelengths 249 nm and 350 nm,the column was thermostated at 30 řC. The injected volume was 10 µl. The best results were achieved using mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile and aqueous solution of formic acid (0.03 mol/l) at a flow rate 1ml/min.

Evoluční a vývojové aspekty dentice šupinatých plazů / Evolutionary and developmental aspects of dentition of squamate reptiles

Zahradníček, Oldřich January 2011 (has links)
EVOLUTIONARY AND DEVELOPMENTAL ASPECTS OF DENTITION OF SQUAMATE REPTILES Summary of the PhD. thesis Dentition and its evolutionary modifications played important roles during the radiation of reptiles. It is generally accepted that a plesiomorphic state for reptiles is represented by homodont, polyphyodont dentition with conical or cylindroconical teeth. However, in contrast to mammalian dentition which is the object of intensive research, reptilian dentition is studied only rarely. I therefore focused on developmental and evolutionary aspects of squamate dentition and used histological, immunohistochemical and in situ hybridization methods, computerised tomography, rentgenography and scanning electron microskopy. The goals of this work were as following: (a) to choose the model taxa representing squamate lineages relevant from a phylogenetic position as well as possessing dissimilar types of dental adaptations; (b) to evaluate using of these taxa as model species; (c) in these taxa describe basic odontogenic features. As a species with generalized dentition gecko Paroedura picta was chosen, the up coming reptilian model species with features also present in a wide spectrum of other lizards. I focused mainly on the developmental differences between teeth of the null and functional generations, development...

Úloha genů rodiny vent v časném embryonálním vývoji a ve vývoji mozku / The role of vent genes family in early development and brain development

Fabian, Peter January 2016 (has links)
6 III ABSTRACT (ENGLISH) In chordates, the central nervous system (CNS) is derived from the dorsal part of gastrula. Induced dorsal part of the embryo - the neural plate - gives rise to the neural tube or primordial brain. The developing dorsal part of the embryo is shaped by BMP/Smad signaling from the ventral part. Using the basal chordate amphioxus, we show here the conserved evolutionary role BMP/Smad signaling in axial cell fate determination. Pharmalogical inhibition of BMP/Smad signaling induces dorsalization of Branchiostoma floridae (amphioxus) and Oryzias latipes (medaka) embryos and expansion of neural plate markers. We provide evidence for the presence of the positive regulatory loop within the BMP/Smad signaling network of amphioxus. Thus, our data suggest that early emergence of a positive feedback loop within the BMP/Smad signaling network may represent a crucial molecular event in the evolutionary history of the chordate cell fate determination. The dorso-ventral body axis formation is mediated by genes of the vent family, which are the direct targets of BMP/Smad signaling. The function of vent gene family in early development is relatively well known, however, its role in developing CNS is not yet clear. Therefore, we decided to manipulate vox transcription factor, a vent family member....

Stimulace raného dětského vývoje pomocí metody "Estimulacion temprana" / Stimulation of early child development according to "Estimulacion temprana"

Maryšková, Tereza January 2018 (has links)
In my work I focused on the preventive group program Estimulación temprana, which is intended for children from 0 to 3 years old and their parents. Six case studies are presented to help analyze this program. Research has revealed that the program is working on children through coarse and fine motor, cognitive, speech and social development. The case reports indicate that the observed individuals did not deteriorate, on the contrary, there was a shift in the Brunet-Lezin scale. Activities take into account the developmental level of groups in which children are disaggregated by age, but the individual level of specific individuals reflects only to a small extent. The study also shows that Estimulación temprana leads parents to better orientation in education, targeted child care and out-of-school lessons and also helps them with effective ways of stimulating. From the subjective point of view of parents, the contribution of Estimulación Temprana lies above all in the possibility of sharing experiences, deregistering, establishing friendly relationships, and changing educational leadership. The results of this work provide a qualitative analysis in our not known program Estimulación temprana, whose specificity lies in the orientation to the whole of child development, thus being distinguished among...
