The topic of this diploma thesis is the development of the construction of residential properties in Brno – Jundrov. The work describes the gradual development of build-up area in individual time sections. From the 13th century to the present. The subject of the description is the gradual expansion of development, which is accompanied by the development of the municipality's infrastructure. This development is divided into a historical context. The thesis includes used building methods and forms of residential buildings. It also contains a description of interesting structural features and their visual impression. Last part of the description is the possibilities of building for the future

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá porovnaním metodiky použitej na projekte vývoja software a metodiky SCRUM. V rámci práce sú zmapované všetky role, udalosti a artefakty projektu u ktorých sú následne identifikované ich odlišnosti od definície metodiky SCRUM. Práca ďalej obsahuje návrh toho, čo je potrebné upraviť, alebo zmeniť, aby sa dosiahla správna aplikácia metodiky SCRUM a tým pádom aj optimalizácia vývojového procesu.

This thesis is about situation in building environment after crisis in 2008 it's aftermaths to building material prices. It deals with forming prices and terms associated with it, such as state price policy, market protection, price supervision, regulation and even more about pricing policy instruments. In further it describes prices involving materials and also programs, which are used by budget creators. There are mentioned important economic concepts such as GDP, inflation, interest rates and unemployment. I have also involved detailed analysis of 2015, which turned around the growth in construction again. Especially, it shows construction costs in each year and offers the possibilities of price optimization for suppliers.

The diploma thesis deals with an establishment of the agile and project management implementation model in a software development. Thesis analyzes these approaches in a software development team of an international organization and presents a solution of their usages in a process improvement defined by the CMMI model in selected processes areas.

The goal of master thesis "Automation of Processes in Agile Development" is research of agile metodics with a focus on development practices in the Kentico company. This thesis describes different tools used as a support of agile software development including JIRA Software and Confluence, which are used in Kentico. Important part of this thesis is analysis of the current company processes and a plan of their optimization and automation. During the implementation part a web application which displays metrics arising from analysis and optimization proposal phase is realized. This thesis also contains discussion of it's realization and possible improvements.

Title: Orbital and internal dynamics of terrestrial planets Author: Michaela Walterová Department: Department of Geophysics Supervisor: RNDr. Marie Běhounková, Ph.D., Department of Geophysics Abstract: Close-in exoplanets are subjected to intense tidal interaction with the host star and their secular evolution is strongly affected by the resulting tidal dissipation. The tidal dissipation not only provides an additional heat source for the planet's internal dynamics but it also contributes to the evolution of the planet's spin rate and orbital elements. At the same time, the tidal dissipation itself is also determined by the planet's thermal state and by the spin-orbital parameters. The evolutions of the orbit and of the interior are, therefore, intrinsically linked. In this work, we combine analytical and numerical techniques to gain insight into the interconnection between the internal properties and the orbital evolution, with special focus on the role of tides. After a general study of parametric dependencies of the tidal heating and tidal locking, we present a semi-analytical model assessing the coupled tidally-induced thermal-orbital evolution in systems consisting of a host star and one or two planets. This diploma thesis have special pedagogical character and it focuses on language development of children from multilingual environment. The reason for this focus is their increasing number. However, there are still relatively few publications on this topic in the Czech Republic because more emphasis is placed on bilingualism. In the theoretical part, is trying to cover the complexity of language development and then deal with the concepts of multilingualism and bilingualism. In the practical part there is a qualitative research investigation based on three case studies of children from multilingual environment. The individual studies describe in detail their language development, including the possible mixing of language codes, and possible communication disabilities. Also, there is trying to find which of the language becomes relaxed for the children. Interviews with parents and class teacher mainly used to obtain data.

Title: The Level of Postural Maturation of Children in Athletic-preparatory Schools Author: Terezie Janečková Objective: There are more and more athletic-preparatory schools in athletic units and clubs nowadays. Athletic-preparatory school means a group of five or six-year-old children with one or two training lessons per week. Czech athletic association wants to spread an interest in athletics among parents and their children, to find athletic talents as soon as possible and develop them by this way. The recruitment of children at this age already exists in many sports, but it is new in athletics in the Czech Republic. But that does not go for everyone that this sport training at preschool age is the appropriate and healthy way for a child motor development. I would like to evaluate the influence of athletic-preparatory schools on the child motor development. Due to the fact that there are no tests to apply for this purpose in literaure, we have to compose our own set of tests, which are used in physiotherapy. In these days, pop-economics has become popular. Economics of food has its place in this area. The aim is to confirm the hypothesis that the economic, political, and social development influence people's diet and changes the food culture. The research method is quantitative and qualitative analysis of the data and scientific articles about the Czech Republic and the USA. The thesis describes the current state of knowledge in economic development. Then it describes historical milestones in this area and the current situation. It focuses on events that have had the biggest impact on the quality and quantity of food consumed by individuals. It describes the development from the beginning of the 20th century to the present days with the main focus on the last 50 years. The hypothesis is confirmed and it is demonstrated that the described changes have an impact on the diet and food culture.
