This theses deals with the changes of Svitava river in Brno, historical developments near the river, influence of river to urban developments of the Brno suburbs, current state of river and its surrounding and its use and the integration of the river into the urban landscape. It also proposes theoretical changes near the river that would improve its use and integration.

The main focus of this work is to prepare the contribution of forestry and forest management for the development of economic sectors in the Czech Republic. The work was dividend into variol historici stages of development of czech society, since Premyslids dynasty until the presence, with the specialization primarily in basic economic sector of the Midldle Ages and the Modern Age. The information was organized into a comprehensive work. The work attains the given task, and is complemented by graphs, charts and timelines. In conclusion, all detected information were rand from the perspective of practical bendit for present forest management in Czech Republic, and its anticipated development.

The PhD thesis is focused on the effect of porcine sperm cell extracellular ubiquitination on early embryonic development up to the blastocyst stage after ICSI. In addition, it also presents a potential improvement of the technique of in vitro fertilization using oocyte incubation with ion channels regulators. To address these aims, we established an entirely novel methodology for sperm cell sorting using flow cytometry and subsequent cryopreservation. We determined the conditions for successful sperm cell sorting based on extracellular ubiquitination rate providing highly specific selection as well as sufficient numbers of viable sperms for fertilization using the ICSI method. Concerning the following cryopreservation, established methods were optimized to enable freezing of a minimal sperm cell suspension volume with low cell numbers. The performed experiments showed a direct relationship between the rate of extracellular ubiquitination and the capability of sperms to give rise to a properly developing embryo. Highly ubiquitinated sperm cells were less successful regarding the embryonic development to the blastocyst stage if compared with the lowly ubiquitinated group (6,2 % vs. 16,7 %, P<0,001). Interestingly, the rate of extracellular ubiquitination showed no effect on the pronuclear formation...

The thesis deals with the financing of the development investment in Elbee vehicle project Elbee Mobility s.r.o. For this purpose, the current situation of the company is analyzed. Based on these analyzes, a specific recommendation is then formulated on how to finance the investment.

The subject of the thesis Social Development of the Municipality of Jedlová since World War II is the analysis of the municipality from the end of the Second World War to the present. The village is located in the Pardubice Region, the district of Svitavy and belongs to SO ORP Polička. The first part of the thesis is the theoretical outline of the development of rural and rural communities after the Second World War. The second part is focused on the characteristics of the village in terms of history, settlement, climate, population structure and economy. This part is processed using a quantitative method. There are used data of the Czech Statistical Office and other data servers, which are compared in graphs and tables. In the third part, a municipal analysis is carried out using a qualitative method - through interviews and information from the chronicle of Jedlová village. In conclusion, the results of the diploma thesis are evaluated and exported to the given locality and municipality.

Práce se zabývá vývojem počtu pachatelů obecně, pachateli z řad mladistvých, cizinců a policistů. U pachatelů mladistvých, cizinců a policistů je věnována pozornost specifikům kriminality těchto skupin. Pojednáno je o problematice mezinárodního srovnání pachatelů a o kriminogenetických teoriích, které vysvětlují, proč se pachatelé dopouštějí trestné činnosti. Důraz je kladen na biologické, psychologické a sociální kriminogenetické teorie.

The work analyses an economic development of Czechoslovakia mainly during the thirties. The work deals with origins and consequences of the Great Depression, which is in most cases associated with the economic collapse in the United States after the stock market crash in October 1929. In most of other countries the business cycle was characterized by decline of product, deflation, record-breaking unemployment and had a destructive impact on economic, social and political arrangements. In Czechoslovakia the crisis hits all economic branches and under the pressure of the catastrophic results the economic policy changed. Economic recovery was slow and even at the end of the thirties most of the economic indicators were below their 1929 levels.

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá socioekonomickým vývojem Podbořanska. Charakterizuje tento mikroregion z hlediska jeho historického, demografického, ekonomického a sociálního vývoje. Zkoumá přírodní a kulturní potenciál mikroregionu, dále jeho sídelní strukturu, obyvatelstvo, místní ekonomiku a trh práce, občanskou a dopravní infrastrukturu. V praktické části jsou zpracovány výsledky sociologického šetření názorů místních obyvatel, významných firem a podnikatelů a také představitelů obcí, nebo-li starostů na Podbořansko. Data byla získána vlastním průzkumem v terénu pomocí dotazníků a řízených pohovorů s respondenty. Na základě všech těchto poznatků jsou v práci pojmenovány hlavní problémy a bariéry rozvoje území. V závěru práce jsou definovány příležitosti a potenciál území pro jeho budoucí rozvoj.
