Komparace financování výzkumu, vývoje a inovací v České republice s vybranými zeměmi. / Comparison of funding for research, development and innovation in the Czech Republic with selected countries.

Matějka, Tomáš January 2015 (has links)
This thesis is focused on the analysis of the current system of funding for research, development and innovation in the Czech Republic and the subsequent comparison with foreign countries. The thesis provides a detailed overview of the current funding situation in the Czech Republic, the role of public administration in the process and mentions the critical comments that currently appear most often. Topicality and importance of the topic increases the current proposal on the creation of a new ministry for science. Working on the basis of analysis and comparison with other countries recommends changing the current system of funding for research, development and innovation in the Czech Republic, however, means other than the creation of the proposed new ministry.

Vývoj a struktura kriminality v ČR / Structure and development of criminality in the Czech Republic

Novotná, Martina January 2021 (has links)
Structure and development of criminality in the Czech Republic - abstract (Key words: criminality, structure, development) This master's thesis deals with the structure and development of crime in the Czech Republic with an emphasis on the description of the current state of criminality and its distribution around the country. The main goal of this thesis is to map and describe the structure of criminality in the Czech Republic and its development in the last 20 years with the use of statistical data from the Czech Police and yearbooks of The Institute of Criminology and Social Prevention, a Czech research organization. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part deals with the concept of criminality and the basic criminology terms, which are used to describe and research criminality, such as quantitative and qualitative indicators of criminality used to gain information about the current condition of criminality. References to the sources of criminality information are also an inseparable part of the first part of this thesis. The second part covers in detail the condition of crime between the years 2019 and 2020 and describes the most frequent and most significant crimes committed in the concerned period. It also contains the description of the legislative and socioeconomic changes that...

Funkce genů rodiny TTL a jejich vliv na tvorbu postranních kořenů Arabidopsis / Funkce genů rodiny TTL a jejich efekt na tvorbu postranních kořenů u Arabidopsis

Hilgert Delgado, Alois Antonín January 2011 (has links)
The work is focused on the lateral roots, which are an indispensable part of the root system and play a key role in communication with rhizosphere and the efficient exploitation of natural resources. Tetratricopeptide-repeat Thioredoxin-like 3 gene (TTL3) was identified by forward screening based on its gene expression pattern in the search for genes associated with the development of lateral roots in Arabidopsis thaliana. TTL3 also known as VIT (VH1 interacting TPR containing protein), belongs to a family of four paralogues in Arabidopsis showing a very similar arrangement of domains. It seems that this type of proteins is widespread in plants and provides protein-protein signaling as an important component of phytohormone response pathways. The presented diploma thesis is focused on characterization and comparison of expression patterns of the four members of TTL family, through creation of pTTL::uidA (GUS) transcriptional fusions. The promoter area was estimated to be contained in about 2000bp upwards the TTLs coding sequences and transcriptional fusions with uidA gene were individually constructed and transformed into Arabidopsis via Agrobacterium tumefaciens. The expression patterns of analyzed genes were microscopically confirmed and allowed comparison among members of TTL gene family with regard...

Použití statistického přístupu pro vývoj HPLC metod / Utilization of statistical approach in development of HPLC methods

Vymyslický, Filip January 2019 (has links)
The aim of this diploma thesis was to develop a systematic procedure for the development of HPLC methods using the design of experiments. The system was developed based on the development of three HPLC methods for the determination of the purity of active substances using the design of experiments approach. The HPLC method for determining the purity of esomeprazole was selected to develop the systematic process for the development of HPLC methods by statistical approach. Experimental space was explored to find more suitable separation conditions. The second method used to develop the systematic procedure was the method for determining the purity of bisoprolol. This method was converted to a column of smaller size and the composition of the aqueous part of mobile phase was modified compared with the original pharmacopoeial method. Experimental space was explored to find more suitable separation conditions using the design of experiments. Last the method for determining the purity of risperidone was chosen. The composition of the aqueous part of mobile phase was changed in contrast to the original pharmacopoeial method. Experimental space was explored to find more suitable separation conditions using the design of experiments. For all studied HPLC methods, the values of the monitored chromatographic...

Člověk jako tvor středu aneb skromný komentář k Herderově filosofii / Human as a being of the centre and a modest commentary of Herder's philosophy

Vostárek, Adam January 2020 (has links)
Main goal of this work is to mediate an approach for czech reader to almost forgotten philosophy of Johann Gottfried von Herder, who published his books in the 18. century. This student of I. Kant is absolutely someone, who should not be eliminated from a group of authors who determined enlightement thinking. It is not just coincidence that Goethe himself called Herder as Brother Humanus. The exact term of humanity is rightful goal of my interpretation. Why? Because humanity is a fundamental basic term of whole Herder's philosophy. This work claims to analyze two main works of this philosopher, Essay on the origin of language and The Evolution of Humanity, which is the czech translate of his Ideas for the philosophy of humanity. And we will analyze this two texts in a way, which shall show us the interconnections between them. The we will move into synthetic chapter called Herder's concept of humanity. There I will put the previous interpretation into confrontation with more of Herder's books and I will show what humanity means to Herder and why is it so central term for his whole philosophy. Key words: Herder, humanity, language

Vývoj a struktura kriminality v ČR / Development and structure of crime in the Czech Republic

Trnková, Michaela January 2019 (has links)
Development and structure of crime in the Czech Republic Abstract This thesis analyses the development and structure of criminality in the Czech Republic in the period 2009 - 2018. The main source of information for this thesis are the statistics of Police of the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to analyse current distribution of criminality, its development and to find out its driving forces. The thesis consists of four chapters. In the first chapter, the basic terminology is defined; especially the terms defining main properties of criminality, information sources on criminality and the issues of credibility of statistical data. In the second chapter, the structure of criminality in the Czech Republic in 2018 is analysed. A general overview is presented here, followed by analysis of various types of criminality. Information on criminality are analysed from the perspective of the criminality extent, its clear-up rate, geographical distribution, person of the perpetrator and extent of damage. In the third chapter, the development of criminality in the Czech Republic in the period 2009 - 2018 is examined. The data are analysed in a similar way (as the data in the chapter two). Last but not least there are mentioned some selected specific values, which have been commented separately. The thesis...

Tvorba peších zón, peších ťahov a peších prepojení v historickom urbánnom priestore

Lachmannová, Monika January 2014 (has links)
The thesis deals with the issue of pedestrian zones, pedestrian paths and pedestrian connections in historic urban space. The analyze of historical and urbanistic development of the public space leads to define the specific character and the main stakes of public space design in historic urban areas. On three examples of different historical city cores, the research describes the mutual relation between the space created and the constituting composition elements. It defines the main lines of pedestrian movement and compares their current and historical characer. In this way, we are able to analyze, identify and compare different approaches to historic core public space renewal. As a result of the research, possible general principles and guidelines to historic urban space design are formulated.
