A competitive gas-to-gas trading market has yet to emerge in Asia. Yet in spite of the various barriers and restrictions, the trend of liberalization seems to inevitable. How a natural gas trading market just might develop in East Asia is what this thesis explains and predicts. Moreover, it lays out what the preconditions for the changes are, and what the costs and benefits from such changes may be. Considering Asia’s current market situation, the wholesale competition model could be a practical option for Asia’s gas markets. A critical role in building up the gas-to-gas trading market will be played by China. In the first stage of market liberalization, China alone can be expected to form its own trading hub on its east coast, say in Shanghai. If the transactions of the trading hub work smoothly and the set prices lower than oil-linked gas prices, then other gas-importing countries would likely join the trading hub by interconnecting with a physical pipeline. / text

[pt] A presente tese analisa a pertinência do uso do conceito de resiliência em psicanálise, destacando sua histórica vocação em incorporar e renovar conceitos a ela estrangeiros, assim como aquela de refletir sobre a subjacência possível da essência da resiliência em seu campo teórico, contribuindo para o enfrentamento dos dilemas socioculturais contemporâneos. Assim, revisita as convergências possíveis nessa direção, desde a produção de pioneiros, como Cyrulnik, até aquelas referentes a tópicos psicanalíticos tradicionais, tais como trauma, luto, sublimação e narcisismo, enfatizando as possibilidades do exercício da resiliência para conferir vitalização ao embate com os desdobramentos da corrente pandemia. / [en] This thesis analyzes the relevance of the concept of resilience in psychoanalysis, highlighting its historical vocation to incorporate and renew concepts that are originally not part of it, contributing to the confrontation of contemporary sociocultural dilemmas. Thus, it revisits the convergences in this sense, from the production of pioneers such as Cyrulnik to those referring to psychoanalytic topics such as trauma, grief, sublimation and narcissism, emphasizing how the exercise of resilience gives vitalization to the clash with the unfolding of the current pandemic.

This creates the proper conditions for the vitalization of the existencial event. Initially, it was necessary to develop a theoretical framework presenting and linking some aspects of the Heiddeggerian, the Levinasian and the Winnicottian perspectives in their respectives matrices of intersubjectivity; showing, through clinical dynamics, the paradoxical articulation of these different matrices in the constitution of subjectivities; showing the implications of these matrices of intersubjective conception in the understanding and in the implementation of effective clinical approaches. Finally, we focused, in the context of therapeutic situations, on the importance of paradoxical interventions in the constitution of intrapsychic Intersubjectivity. This study showed that the selves" referring both to my self and to the self of the other person is far beyond our absolute comprehension. Something alien to us, coming from our inner self and from the inner self of the other person with whom we relate, will always be emerging. We conclude this study with the realization of both the paradox and the complexity of the intersubjective constitutions, beyond the limit of human knowledge, which requires an ethical approach of waiting for what transpires within the meandering setting of the clinical work. The clinical work, by itself, demands therapeutic interventions equally complex and paradoxical / Este trabalho teve como objetivo considerar a idéia de que o campo da experiência humana, na complexidade das situações clínicas, exige a abertura para o imponderável, criando condições para a vitalização do acontecimento existencial. Para isso, buscou-se, inicialmente, construir um arcabouço teórico que apresentasse e relacionasse alguns pontos das perspectivas heideggeriana, levinasiana e winnicottiana nas matrizes de intersubjetividade correspondentes, mostrando, por meio da dinâmica clínica, a articulação paradoxal dessas diferentes matrizes de intersubjetividade nas constituições subjetivas; indicando as implicações das matrizes de concepção intersubjetiva na compreensão e nos efetivos manejos clínicos e, finalmente, focalizando, em situações terapêuticas, a importância das intervenções paradoxais para o psiquismo humano na sua constituição intersubjetiva intrapsíquica. Revelou-se, por meio deste estudo, que o si-mesmo tanto de si como do outro escapa à nossa capacidade totalizadora. Algo estranho a nós, proveniente de nossa interioridade e do outro com o qual nos relacionamos, estará sempre irrompendo. The aim of this thesis is to examine and analyze different components of the Civil Society in Argentina. Predominantly, two components are at focus: the monitoring process and the vitalization of democracy through the Civil Society. The method conducted to fulfill the purpose of this thesis has been a qualitative approach. Furthermore, primary and secondary sources are used. Primary sources were established through the field study conducted in Argentina, where in-depth interviews with several of NGOs were assembled. Secondary sources were used in order to establish the theoretical approach but also to complement the primary sources in the analytical part. The conclusion in this study is that the component regarding the monitoring process conducted by Civil Society organizations are partially functional, however with several incapacities. Factors explaining the incapacities are due to lack of leverage and resources. The component regarding the vitalization process through the Civil Society has been significant throughout the history of Argentina, and distributing democratic values are essential for the Civil Society. Factors as high degree of polarization amongst citizens and institutions and the extension of governmental authority are however threatening attributes such as moderation, tolerance, compromises, and hence jeopardizing the consolidation phase of democracy.
