O educador e sua contribui??o para a (trans)forma??o da vida de jovens no Programa Educa??o para o Trabalho / The educator and his contribution for young s life (trans) formation in thr education for work program

The course s choice is related to its results and social relevance, especially for the younger students. It will be presented different concepts and point of views from the social education, social pedagogy and from the Program educator who also contributes for others educational projects. Concepts those were indepth with authors such Luzuriaga (1960) and Silva (2009) who have raised different moments from Social Pedagogy. This research will identify the educator contributions on these students lives. The main idea here is: Can the social education, in this case represented by this Program, be a complementary environment for the traditional school education, contributing this way for young students interested in the business market, personal and professional development? The qualitative research was the methodology used on this study case. It was applied 136 questionnaires forms and 17 interviews with students, educators and coordinators related to the Program in order to know theirs Program s perceptions and best practices and experience with each one students. In our analyses it was verified that the Program reaches its goal, contributing with students development. We observed positive changes in their lives and their families lives. The family support for the students keep going on the Program represented a very important key for the good results reached. The educators were unanimous in affirming that they have great expectations related to these young students future and they believe in their positive contribution for the students significant changes in personal and professional areas. We hope that this research can offer subsidies that allow educator s reflection about their practices that reflects in young students lives. / O objeto de estudo desta pesquisa ? o Programa Educa??o para o Trabalho realizado pelo Senac SP1 h? quatorze anos. O curso foi escolhido em fun??o dos resultados obtidos desde sua cria??o e pela relev?ncia social que representa para jovens que o frequentam. S?o apresentados conceitos e diferentes vis?es da Educa??o Social, da Pedagogia Social e do Educador que atua no Programa Educa??o para o Trabalho e em Programas e projetos socioeducacionais. Buscou-se aprofundar tais conceitos em autores como Luzuriaga (1960) e Silva (2009) que abordam diferentes momentos da Pedagogia Social. A pesquisa tem por objetivo identificar as contribui??es do Educador para a forma??o e transforma??o da vida de jovens que participam do Programa Educa??o para o Trabalho. A quest?o que norteia o presente estudo assim se configura: Pode a Educa??o Social, no caso do Programa Educa??o Para o Trabalho, configurar-se em ambiente complementar ao ensino escolar, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional de jovens com interesse pelo mercado de trabalho? A metodologia utilizada foi a da pesquisa qualitativa. Foram aplicados 136 question?rios e realizadas 17 entrevistas com alunos, educadores e coordenadores do programa, visando conhecer as percep??es dos entrevistados a respeito do Programa pesquisado e das formas diferenciadas de educar que valorizam as experi?ncias e realidades individuais dos alunos. Constatou-se que o Programa atinge seu objetivo de contribuir para o desenvolvimento de jovens, como evidenciado nas entrevistas realizadas. Observou-se que o Programa proporcionou mudan?as na vida dos jovens e nas fam?lias destes jovens. Percebeu-se que o apoio e est?mulo da fam?lia para que os jovens permanecessem no Programa, representou fator determinante para os resultados alcan?ados. Os educadores foram un?nimes em afirmar que nutrem grandes expectativas com rela??o ao futuro dos jovens e acreditam, que de alguma forma, podem contribuir para proporcionar mudan?as significativas nas vidas destes jovens, n?o s? no ambiente profissional, mas tamb?m no pessoal. Espera-se que a pesquisa possa oferecer subs?dios que permitam aos educadores oportunidades de reflex?o sobre suas pr?ticas e sobre poss?veis mudan?as que possam ocorrer na vida dos jovens em diferentes contextos sociais.

The Reform Of Leadership Skills In Swedish Healthcare: An Innovative Behavior : A qualitative study about physician leadership in Swedish medical teams and how crises affect them.

Background:Sweden is known for having a good infrastructure in health care that enables the medical profession to provide effective patient care. The pandemic struck the world in March 2019 and has since then shown transparency, strengths and weaknesses in the system. Transit zones, modern solutions, and overworked staff have been noticed. The medical teams have been affected and the medical leaders with the right leadership skills have therefore been more important than ever.   Problem statement:The management and leadership structure are interconnected in health care, but there are some distinguishments, like personnel administration and budgeting within management, and vision and inspiration within the leadership concept. Physician leadership is provided in medical teams on wards and this person has two job responsibilities, as a leader and as a specialist. Their job has been greatly challenged these two years with an overloaded system and overworked staff. It has therefore been of great interest to provide good leadership.   Research purpose:The purpose of this thesis is to examine how Swedish physician leaders maintain good managerial power in a complex system and elaborate on the situational theory in health care. This is investigated by interviews with medical professions in different specialties. The findings are expected to contribute additional insights to the previous theoretical framework on contingent leadership. Method:This study has used a qualitative research design by conducting 8 semi-structured interviews. An interpretive paradigm was applied, and the data was supported by the theory which allowed subjectivity from the interviewed. The judgment sampling presented medical professionals that have worked during the pandemic on different wards, but with different amounts and different kinds of experience in health care. A thematic analysis was used for data analysis, providing the research with reflection regarding the professions’ experience of a medical team and the effect the crisis had on it.   Results:The work cycle is coherent for all professions, yet complex and changeable throughout the day. The physician leader is responsible for patient rounds and patient care and must be situational since the job comes with different challenges and work. Communication is deeply important in providing a good environment for team members’ competency improvement, as well as making them feel empowered. The team must have a hierarchy in emergencies and in crises, but it must be neglected in other situations, for example during consultations between a nurse and a physician. Subjective perception of the balance between these two must be present from a leader’s point of view, and health care lacks education on this perspective today. At the same time, the follower must be aware of the team structure in the room and not overestimate their own legitimacy. The professional designated color of the badge is there for the reason; to maintain order.

La importancia de la Jornada Atípica Acumulativa en la minería en nuestro país radica en que facilita mayores niveles de producción y utiliza para ello la fuerza laboral de los trabajadores mineros en ciclos de trabajo (o también llamados sistemas de trabajo) que consisten en períodos acumulativos de trabajo y que son compensados también con períodos acumulativos de descanso, pero para ello debe cumplirse con diversos parámetros constitucionales (Constitución Política de 1993, Sentencias del Tribunal Constitucional y Convenio 01 de la Organización Internacional del Trabajo - OIT) así como con diversos parámetros legales (TUO de la Ley de Jornada y su Reglamento, Consolidación de los Descansos Remunerados y su Reglamento) y otros parámetros interpretativos sumamente importantes (Directivas e Informes del Ministerio de Trabajo – MTPE). De contar con dichos parámetros la jornada atípica acumulativa en la minería será constitucionalmente y legalmente válida. Más, luego de precisar la constitucionalidad y legalidad de este tipo de jornada de trabajo, corresponde ahora definir algunos aspectos importantes de casuística respecto al cálculo de la Jornada Atípica Acumulativa en la Minería que servirán para despejar algunas dudas en este tema poco estudiado aún en el Derecho Laboral y en el Derecho Minero. Y finalmente corresponde desarrollar una propuesta normativa que regule todos los aspectos necesarios para la aplicación de este tipo especial de jornadas de trabajo. / The importance of Atypical Cumulative Working Day in mining in our country is that it facilitates increased production and uses for this labor force miners to work cycles (also called work systems) consisting of periods cumulative work and are also offset by cumulative periods of rest, but this should be met with various constitutional parameters (1993 Constitution, Constitutional Court rulings and Convention 01 of the International Labour Organization - ILO) as well as various legal parameters (Journey Act and Regulations, Consolidation of Remunerated Breaks and Regulations) and other highly important interpretative parameters (Directives and Reports of the Ministry of Labour - MLEP). To have these parameters cumulative atypical journey in mining will be constitutionally and legally valid. Moreover, after specifying the constitutionality and legality of this type of working day, it is now necessary to define some important aspects of casuistry regarding the calculation of the Cumulative Atypical Working Day in Mining that will serve to clear up some doubts in this little studied subject still in the Labor Law and Mining Law. And finally it corresponds to develop a normative proposal that regulates all the necessary aspects for the application of this special type of working days. / Tesis
