The topic of the thesis is The Hydrology and Oceanography Teaching at Primary Schools. To be specific, the thesis occupies with the creation of the alternative teaching material for teaching Hydrology and Oceanography at primary schools with its utilisation in Geography lessons, Geography seminars, hobby groups and as some inspiration and source of information for teachers as well. The thesis results from the Framework Education Programme for Primary Education, respectively from the educational field ,,Human and Nature?, from opical areas ,,Natural picture of the Earth", ,,Environment? and ,,The Cross Country Geographical Education, Praxis and Application?. The teaching material is divided into a text part, worksheets and worksheets key. Another part of the thesis is also the analysis and evaluation of Geography textbooks designed for Primary Schools according to defined conditions. The evaluated condition is the quality of elaboration of Geomorphology contents and the structure of the textbooks.

This diploma thesis deals with basic features of magic squares and analyses these features with regard to usability during the teaching at elementary schools. Magic squares are known for hundreds years and since then they have changed due to various modifications, from which other kinds were derived. The first part of the thesis is therefore dedicated to the history. Next chapter deals with the construction of magic squares. The following chapters study similar games as Sudoku, Kakuro and Latin squares. The final part of the thesis is dedicated to the usability of magic squares in teaching mathematics. To practice the given topic, the worksheets which are divided according to their difficulty, were created.

This Master thesis summarizes the characteristics of geological conditions in the Bohemian Karst and presents a proposal for organizing a geological excursion for lower-level gymnasium students or ninth-grade pupils to this territory. The goal of this Thesis is to set up a methodological proposal for preparing an excursion to the Bohemian Karst. It sums up the theoretical assumptions for organizing a geological excursion, lays down methodological proposals for on-site work and compiles worksheets. The aim of the diploma thesis was to create didactic materials with motivation components that would use area of exhibition ?Třeboňsko ? landscape and people? in teaching vertebrate zoology. These materials are intended for pupils of basic and secondary schools, mainly in surrounding the town Třeboň. Diploma thesis includes the conceptual and structural analysis of vertebrate topic in biology schoolbooks. The materials are divided into two groups. First group are information worksheets and worksheets which are usable in the exhibition. Second group are proposals of excursions. Materials have own tasks and questions. Some of tasks were practically tested. Diploma thesis was solved in the project GA JU 065/2010/S.

This diploma thesis "Experiment with simple tools" is about preparation experiments made from object of daily use or different commercially available tools. Experiments are direct to fluid subject. Experiments are constructed to homemade use. Working students? sheets are prepared for these experiments. They are attached to this thesis. These students sheets serve as leading in independent work. This diploma thesis is aimed at teaching geometry at basic schools with the computer support in Elica Dalest programme. The main target is to create worksheets with the support Elica Dalest programme. These worksheets are put not only in printed form and on CD but they can be found on the Internet. The content of the diploma thesis is the introduction with the teaching of geometry at basic schools, showing particular applications of Elica Dalest, description and evaluation of created worksheets. Worksheets should approach given software to the teachers and make the teaching of geometry special.

Hůšová J.: The Project of school science excursions around Sedlcany {\clq}qMaster Thesis``, 2009 The aim of this thesis is to show the design of science field trips which could compliment and strengthen the natural science curriculum of primary schools. The introduction deals with two issues. Firstly, the theoretical basis of science trips and the steps which should be followed is discussed. Secondly, the general natural science characteristics of the Sedlčany area are given. Four trips are described, each with its own theme : the invertibrates in the Sedlčany area, Siberny Vrch Forest, the Hus{\crq}s Pulpit natural reservation area, and the Albert Rocks natural reservation area. Each excursion comes with a teaching plan for teachers, a map and a route plan, filled-in worksheets for the teacher, and blank work sheets for students. The excursions which were executed have been evaluated. The final section contains a list of sources used, and also contains additional materials, some from existing sources, and some original ones created by me for the project, such as maps, pictures, and work sheets.

The thesis subject: Pedogeography and Pedology teaching in primary schools. The thesis deals with the creation of alternative teaching materials for primary schools that is usable in the lessons of geography, natural history (biology), hobby and interest groups and possibly even seminars. It is also the source of inspiration and information for teachers.The work is based on the framework curriculum for primary education, particularly education of the ?Man and Nature?, of the design theme ?Natural image of the Earth? and ?The Living Environment?. It also deals with cross-cutting themes of ?Environmental Education?. The thesis consists of an analysis and evaluation of selected textbooks for the second grade of primary schools.The main criteria for the evaluation of the books were the quality of the texts as well as the structure of the textbooks. The work also consists of text part, worksheets and solutions for the worksheets.
