In my thesis I am concerned with compiled interactive textbook designed for first-year primary school pupils. This textbook focuses on counting with transfer over 5 and 10 with the use of interactive white board and abacuses. In the introductory part of my work I describe the knowledge pupils have when they start their first school year and I deal with Mathematics at the beginning of the first year, abacuses, interactive white boards, textbook and interactive textbook. The main part applies to interactive textbook manual in which I describe the environment, control and particular examples. I also refer to lessons that have been taught at two primary schools. The conclusion consists of a feed-back obtained from teachers in the form of a questionnaire, my self-assessment, and evaluation of taught lessons and their effect on the basis of worksheets.

This thesis deals with the process of creating a didactic material for students of the Year 7 in Czech secondary school. The thesis studies factors influencing the selection of titles and individual extracts of texts for students. It also focuses on creating tasks related to the texts. This process and its results is the outcome of the analysis of effective pedagogical documents and the number of selected readers. The aim of this thesis is to create a set of worksheets for students to help them study literature and develop their reading skills. Moreover, the worksheets should motivate students to read contemporary Czech literature for children even when out of the school. The final part of the thesis comments on each worksheet, focusing on the process of selecting individual extracts and providing possible ways of using this didactic material in lessons of literature. Podpora rozvoje dítěte se specificky narušeným vývojem řeči / Support for the development of a child with specific language impairment

The thesis focuses on the theme of the specific language impairment (developmental dysphasia). This thesis consists of the theoretical and the empirical part. The theoretical part is made up of of three main chapters. The first chapter deals with terms: communication, specific language impairment and speech development. The second chapter presents the terminological definition of the specific language impairment (developmental dysphasia), its etiology, symptomatology, diagnosis and therapy. The third chapter discusses issues of the preschool age. The empirical part is covered in the fourth chapter. It contains a case study, which is focusing on a young boy with specific language impairment and in detail it describes family situation, the boy's personal case history and also his psychomotor and speech development. Further, the thesis focuses on support provided to his development and evaluates progress after year of intensive care. A part of this paper are worksheets focusing on the development of the child with this kind of communication disability. Worksheets consist of five sections that should help to improve skills of child with the specific language impairment. Excursions are an organizational form of teaching that is relatively often neglected in today's schools. Excursions are very important in education of pupils on grammer and secondary schools, because it allows to combine the knowledge of pupils gained during theoretical lessons in school with practical demonstrations of items, processes and relationships among objects in the terrain. Pupils are better acquainted with the required curriculum and more effectively fulfill the predetermined educational target. This diploma thesis introduces an example of such an excursion into the Krčský les area. In the theoretical part of this diploma thesis are summarized basic didactic aspects related to organizational forms of teaching, excursions, teaching methods and Framework Education Programmes. There are also chracteristics of the Krčský les area focused mainly on the natural conditions, specifically on geological, hydrological, botanical and zoological aspects. The diploma thesis deals with the use of the localities Houšťka Forest Park and Hluchov Floodplain Forest in the teaching of natural history at the 2nd level of primary schools, biology at the lower levels of grammar schools and at vocational secondary schools. Part of the theoretical part is a description of natural conditions and history of the site, the division into habitats and their characteristics. Furthermore, an inventory and description of plant species, including a list of zoological taxa, was performed for the needs of teachers. The questionnaire survey among teachers was focused on the use of localities during regular lessons, or compulsory optional subjects focused on natural history. The time required for the worksheets was based on the results of this survey. The didactic part includes the issue of interdisciplinary relationships, enumeration and description of forms and methods used in the teaching of science and biology. The main part of this part of the thesis are worksheets, which are in addition to consolidating knowledge of natural sciences and biology focused on the application of knowledge from other subjects such as mathematics, physics. Healing plants from labiate family (Lamiaceae) and their usage in cross subjects relationship between biology and chemistry. The presented diploma work deals with healing plants. It is mainly focused on cross subjects of chemistry and the usage of theory in practical life. Theoretical part of this work consists of an overview of selected races. It's aim is mainly to present substance content of these plants, specific effects and wide usage. The usage of important characteristic features of this family in teaching and proposals how to classify this topic as a learning subject at primary schools and grammar schools is the further content of this work. Practical part is a result of questionnaire research, which should give us some information about how teachers at secondary schools work with this topic in practical lessons. The final outcome of practical part are six practical activities that teachers can use while teaching, mainly at high schools. Further learning material contains four presentations in PowerPoint and six worksheets which relate to laboratory and practical exercises. The possible approach towards the teaching of literature at the 9th grade level of primary education is the central topic of this thesis. The main idea is to base literature teaching on a system of working sheets, which relate to extracts from 4 selected books. These books have a common theme; real-life situations relevant to students of the 9th grade. Such theme has been preselected on the author's perception that students are becoming less in contact with the literary world, thus seeking a path to bring students closer to it. The goal is to show pupils the relevance and practical use of literature, with the use of diverse tasks and assignments and to convince them that reading may be entertaining as well as educating. A specific characteristic of the thesis is the fact that the research has been carried out in a given classroom at one of Prague's primary schools, where the author teaches Czech Language and Literature. Therefore, a key element of the thesis is the discussion of first hand findings and lessons-learned during these lessons. On the basis of the working sheet system trial results in class, this method proves to be efficient. This diploma thesis Tetrahedra and their properties summarizes the basic properties of tetrahedron. The main goal is to introduce the topic to a reader of this thesis. Author would like to provide basic information about the particular types of tetrahedra and their properties. I try to examine there a spatial analogy of selected terms of a triangle. Conditions for the existence of the orthocenter of a tetrahedron are derived. Then for a non-orthocetric tetrahedron the Monge point as its generalization is introduced. By most properties their proofs are given. In the final part worksheets for pupils of primary and secondary schools are designed. Pictures in the thesis are created in a geometrical program called GeoGebra 3D. These pictures can help the reader to understand this problem.

Tvorba interaktivní čítanky světových pohádek / Multimedial Reading-book of Folktales

The thesis involves the usage and definition of folktale in theory and practice. The thesis consists of theoretic and practical parts. The theoretic part briefly deals with comparative law that used the folktale as one of the suitable material to study. It also compares different attitudes of defining and classifying folktales. Afterwards in the theoretic part there is introduced the influence of folktales on the pre-school and middle-school children. One part is devoted to narratology as a theory of narration and to particular kinds of folktales. The practical part introduces the preparation of worldwide folktale reading-book. It contains the way of selection of the literature, the structure of particular chapters of reading-book and creation of CD. Further there is the chapter Methods of active teaching, where the methods, responding to the trends of nowadays education, are introduced. The practical part ends with two chapters from the prepared reading-book, devoted to Italian and Greece folktales. The chapters fully correspond to the structure of the prepared reading-book. They also contain worksheets using some methods of active teaching.
