Är Guldkunderna lönsamma? : En studie av Länsförsäkringar Skaraborgs kundbonussystem

AbstraktTitel: Är Guldkunderna lönsamma? Nivå: C -uppsats i Företagsekonomi Författare: Patrik Sandberg & Fredrik Östman Handledare: Ann Wetterlind Dörner Datum: 2011 – Maj Syfte: Uppsatsens syfte är att, på uppdrag av Länsförsäkringar Skaraborg, undersöka om företagets kundbonussystem är lönsamt för företaget i praktiken. Metod: Uppsatsen bygger i huvudsak på en kvantitativ metod där data som har behandlats erhållits från uppdragsgivaren i form av ett Excel-dokument. X2- tester har gjorts i statistikprogrammet Minitab för att på så sätt undersöka den verkliga effekten av bonussystemets utformning. Resultat & slutsats: Utifrån de uppgifter och data som har erhållits visar resultaten på att bonussystemet är lönsamt för företaget även i praktiken. Förslag till fortsattforskning: I uppsatsen har hänsyn tagits till redan givna variabler. Ytterligare variabler skulle kunna vägas in i analysen för att på ett kvantitativt plan öka trovärdigheten för resonemanget och på ett kvalitativt plan öka förståelsen för kundernas agerande. Uppsatsens bidrag: Resultaten i den här uppsatsen har visat att kundbonussystemet är lönsamt för företaget även i praktiken. Ett resonemang har förts om var de största effekterna finns och detta kan eventuellt sedan användas för att effektivisera verksamheten.

LTE SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE FOR COVERAGE AND DOPPLER REDUCTION IN RANGE TELEMETRY

A novel approach employing 4G LTE Cellular Technology for Test Range Telemetry is presented. Providing aeronautical mobile telemetry using commercial off the shelf (COTS) cellular equipment poses many challenges, including: Three-dimensional (3D) coverage, need for uninterrupted high data throughputs, and very high Doppler speeds of the Test Articles (TA). Each of these requirements is difficult to meet with a standard cellular approach. We present a novel architecture that provides 3D coverage over the span of a test range, allowing the TA to establish a radio link with base stations that have a manageable Doppler due to the reduced projected TA speed on the radio link line. Preliminary results illustrate that a variety of flight plans can be accommodated with commercial LTE technology by employing LTE’s mobility mechanisms and adding centralized control. The resulting network architecture and Radio Access Network topology allow very high throughputs to be delivered throughout the test range with a judicious placement of base stations.

Na tentativa de superar as limitações desses instrumentos menos flexíveis foi desenvolvida a utilização da liga com memória de forma (LMF) de NiTi (Níquel-Titânio) para fabricação de instrumentos endodônticos. A utilização desses instrumentos endodônticos de NiTi modificou os métodos de instrumentação do sistema de canais radiculares, tornando-os mais seguros e rápidos. No entanto, ainda existem poucas informações sobre o comportamento termomecânico destes instrumentos mais avançados. Nesse contexto, no presente trabalho foram realizadas as caracterizações térmica e mecânica de três limas endodônticas de LMF NiTi: Protaper Next X2, Reciproc R25 e WaveOne Primmary. Na caracterização térmica foram realizados ensaios de calorimetria diferencial de varredura (DSC) e resistência elétrica em função da temperatura (RET) para a determinação das temperaturas de transformação de fase das limas, enquanto a caracterização mecânica consistiu de ensaios de flexão simples alternada em regime estático e dinâmico (frequência de 5 Hz) a diferentes temperaturas e deflexões máximas, usando um Analisador Dinâmico Mecânico (DMA) e finalizou com uma análise pós fagida com ensaios de calorimetria diferencial de varredura (DSC) e análise das superfícies fraturadas com um Microscópio Eletrônico de Varredura (MEV) Os resultados obtidos com as três limas revelaram que estes instrumentos endodônticos se encontram na fase conhecida como Fase R, os ensaios quase estáticos revelaram uma forte dependência da Força requerida e a Temperatura, os ensaios cíclicos em flexão alternada para impor deflexões na faixa de ±0,5 mm a ±2,0 mm as limas Reciproc R25 mostraram maior tempo de vida cíclica do que as demais, e com o aumento da temperatura de teste de 35 oC para 45 oC, verificou-se que a força para impor as deflexões foram maior e a vida em fadiga das limas reduziu consideravelmente. / Endodontic therapy performed on curved root canals with stainless steel files can cause many iatrogenic accidents, resulting in problems such punctures the canal. In an attempt to overcome the limitations of the less flexible instruments, the alloy with shape memory and NiTi (Nickel-Titanium) for manufacturing endodontic instruments were developed. The use of the NiTi instruments modified methods of instrumentation of the root canal system, making them safer and faster. However, there is still little information on the thermomechanical behavior of more advanced instruments. In this context, the present work is done the thermal and mechanical characterization of three endodontic commercial LMF NiTi files: Protaper Next X2, Reciproc R25 and WaveOne Primmary were performed. For thermal characterization were performed differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) tests and electric resistance as a function of temperature (RET) for determining phase transformation temperatures of files, while the mechanical characterization consisted of static bending tests and dynamic regime (5 Hz frequency) at different temperatures and maximum deflections using a Dynamic Mechanical Analyzer (DMA) and finalizes with post fracture analysis with differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and fractured surface analysis with an Electron Microscope. The results obtained with the three files showed that endodontic files are in phase known as Phase R, the quasi static tests revealed a strong dependence of the Required Force and the Temperature, the cyclic tests in alternating bending to impose deflections in the Range from ± 0.5 mm to ± 2.0 mm, the Reciproc R25 showed longer cycle life than the others, and with the test temperature rise from 35 °C to 45 °C, it was found that the force to impose the deflections were higher and the fatigue life of the limes reduced considerably.

This thesis deals with the measurement and description of properties of the two-way variable modular loudspeaker system marked as OM-3, especially the influence of the mutual position of drivers on its characteristics. The thesis examines individual factors taking their contribution on characteristics of the loudspeaker system in total. Further it measures and evaluates options of compensations of mutual position changes of drivers using an all-pass filter. Within this thesis is also included laboratory task preparation which is focused on this problematics.

Rozšíření možností optické diagnostiky spínacího oblouku / Enhancement of optical diagnostics of the switching arc

This master´s thesis si focused on determinig methodology of optical diagnostics of the switching arc using the high-speed camera Photron SA-X2. The thesis contains basic rules for proper setup of the measurement system and the rules to adjust the camera exposure. The experiments were performed on the prototype of a parametric switching chambre, while the majority of source materials was derived from the requirements of another study which was aimed on the movement of the electode spots. The process of the first adjustment of the camera, a record edit options for the presentation purposes and the process of the 3D model design of the switching arc in SketchUp software was stated. Paper contains a comparsion of the spectral filter effect and neutral density filter effect on the final record as well. The part of the work outputs are the 3D model of the switching arc and the supporting record editing software. The paper results show a degree of the inaccuracies in a optical diagnostics made from only one direction caused by the lack of the information about third dimension.
