Esta investigación tiene como objeto de estudio central las estrategias de información de la denominada generación centennial en la ciudad de Lima. Esta generación es caracterizada por tener un mayor vínculo con la tecnología a comparación de las anteriores. Este factor influye en sus formas de comunicarse y de obtener información, pues se desarrolla en un entorno periodístico e informativo distinto: el digital. El periodismo digital destaca por estar en constante cambio, está relacionado con el alto flujo de información y también cambia paradigmas que se tenía con el periodismo tradicional, pues las noticias se construyen progresivamente y llegan a su audiencia con mayor inmediatez. Esta investigación inició con la definición de los conceptos clave y la delimitación temporal de los centennials. En el segundo capítulo se ilustra el entorno en el que esta generación se desarrolló. Finalmente, a través de la herramienta de la entrevista, se procedió a analizar a profundidad los hábitos de los centennials para informarse sobre hechos políticos. / This investigation has as the main purpouse studying the information strategies of denominated centennial generation in Lima. This generation is caracterized for having a stronger link with technology, compared to the previous ones. This factor influences their way of communication and the way of how they get information, since this is developed in a journalistic and informative different environment: the digital. Digital Journalism stands out for being in constant change, is related with the high flow of information and also changes paradigms of traditional journalism, since news are constructed progressively and reach its audience faster. This investigation started with the definition of key concepts and temporary delimitation of centennials. In the second chapter the environment of development of this generation is illustrated. 1 The Crime of Money Laundering under the Czech Criminal Codex Abstract in English The diploma thesis aims to analyse the phenomenon of money laundering, i. e. activity the purpose of which is to cover the proceeds of crime. The thesis mainly focuses on the crime of money laundering in the Czech Criminal Code, respectively for the crime of legalization of proceeds under the provisions of Section 216 (2) and Section 217 (1) of the Criminal Code. Part of the thesis is also an analysis of the issue of so-called profits from unidentifiable sources. In the first chapter, the reader will find an explanation of basic terminology and principles. The first chapter is also accompanied by basic criminological data on money laundering in the Czech Republic. The following chapter deals with money laundering as a current phenomenon. In this chapter, the thesis discusses the concept of money laundering, the origin of money laundering, the features and stages of money laundering, the consequences and effects of the proceeds of crime, as well as the perpetrator of money laundering. The diploma thesis is focused on the issue of taxes in international road transport of goods. The thesis explains the basic concepts and selected taxes that are relevant from the point of view of the international transport of goods. The first part of the thesis defines the essential theoretical basis. The analytical part deals with selected legal legislation of tax aspects related to the international road transport of goods. In the part of the proposals, on the basis of the acquired knowledge, a methodical guideline for companies engaged in the international road transport of goods is compiled. The proposed methodical guideline is subsequently applied to the chosen company.

The aim of this thesis is to proof a significant importance for the company in line with business transformation, comes from combining accounting, tax and law knowledge. The first part of this thesis is focused on theoretical summarization of principal aspects of the transformation process of a corporation. The practical part analyzes company data and facts, which lead the management to realize this transformation project. Project of the transformation is processed in accounting based on these data. Tax consequences and possible optimization has been analyzed. The final part of the thesis concludes the consequences of the financial health and reporting activities. Comprehensive assessment of the transaction for divided companies is done in last chapter.

Es wird ein Verfahren zur Energiekalibrierung von Niedrig-Z-Szintillatoren vorgestellt. Jenes basiert dabei auf einem roboter-unterstütztem Weitwinkel-Compton-Aufbau. In diesem werden die koinzidenten Ereignisse von Compton-gestreuten Photonen in einem HPGe-Detektor und einem Niedrig-Z-Szintillator erfasst und die Messdaten zur Energiekalibrierung des letzteren genutzt. Eine Bestimmung von Compton-Kanten für das Szintillatormaterial ist dabei nicht zwingend notwendig. / A technique for the energy calibration of low-Z scintillators is being presented. It is based on a robot-supported wide-angle Compton setup. In this the coincident events of photons being Compton-scattered in a HPGe detector and a low-Z scintillator are being recorded and the generated measurement data used for energy calibration of the latter. A determination of Compton edges in the scintillator material is not necessarily needed.

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo analizar el desempeño financiero de las principales empresas cementeras de Perú, Chile y Colombia que cotizan en bolsa durante los años 2015 al 2019. Para ello se utilizarán la metodología de análisis Du Pont, se determinará el Valor Económico Agregado (EVA) y el riesgo de quiebra usando el modelo Z de Altman. Este trabajo de investigación tiene como propósito identificar la condición financiera de las empresas más representativas de cada país seleccionado, tomando como base sus estados financieros, donde se evaluará sus principales indicadores y aplicará modelos para determinar la salud financiera de estas empresas y como se relacionan con la realidad económica de cada una con sus respectivos países. El sector cementero en los países objeto de estudio, representa uno de los principales medidores del comportamiento económico de cada país, ya que este sector está muy relacionado con las actividades de construcción tanto privada como pública en beneficio de la población. Es un sector altamente competitivo, ya que la inversión en infraestructura siempre ha constituido un pilar en el desarrollo tanto de países emergentes como desarrollados, resultando interesante la búsqueda de mercados rentables, la optimización de procesos y estrategias de reducción de costos para obtener una mayor y mejor rentabilidad. Así también, el presente análisis busca ser una guía para inversionistas, donde se pueda determinar qué país logra brindar las mejores condiciones económicas y financieras para obtener un mejor retorno de la inversión. / The objective of this research work is to analyze the financial performance of the main cement companies in Peru, Chile and Colombia that are listed on the stock market during the years 2015 to 2019. For this, the Du Pont analysis methodology will be used, the Economic Value will be determined Aggregate (EVA) and bankruptcy risk using Altman's Z model. The purpose of this research work is to identify the financial condition of the most representative companies of each selected country, based on their financial statements, where their main indicators will be evaluated and models will be applied to determine the financial health of these companies and how they relate to the economic reality of each one with their respective countries. The cement sector in the countries under study represents one of the main measures of the economic behavior of each country, since this sector is closely related to both private and public construction activities for the benefit of the population. It is a highly competitive sector, since investment in infrastructure has always been a pillar in the development of both emerging and developed countries, making it interesting to search for profitable markets, process optimization and cost reduction strategies to obtain greater and better profitability. Also, this analysis seeks to be a guide for investors, where it can be determined which country manages to provide the best economic and financial conditions to obtain a better return on investment. / Trabajo de investigación

The aim of this thesis is to undertake a comprehensive analysis of the company. In thesis is used in the analysis PEST Porter’s five forces model, SWOT analysis and fundamental analysis. Based on this analysis were identified shortcomings and proposed improvements. The main problems arising from the resulting analysis is a high percentage of the cost of goods sold, poor payment behavior of customers, through which the company is forced to proceed to bank loans and. It is therefore necessary to eliminate these problems that the company achieves higher margins and higher profit.

The diploma thesis is focused on property taxes in the Czech Republic and Ireland. The first part is aimed at tax theory and history of the property taxes. The next part describes current tax legislation for property taxes in both states. The main aim of this work is to compare the property taxes in the Czech Republic and Ireland and formulate the conclusion with particular property taxes applied in the Czech Republic. This problem is treated in the last chapter.

This dissertation presents the solution of difference equations and focuses on a method of difference equations solution with the aid of eigenvectors. The first part reminds the basic terms from area of difference equations such as dynamic of difference equations and linear difference equations of first order and higher order. Then the second section recalls also the system of difference equations including the fundamental matrix and general solution description. Afterthat, the method of solving the difference equations with a variation of constants and transform of scalar equations to the system are shown. The second part of the dissertation analyses some known algorithms and methods for the solution of linear difference equations. The Z-transform, its importance and usage for finding the solution of difference equation is recalled. Then the discrete analogue of Putzer's algorithm is mentioned because this algorithm was often used to check the results obtained by the newly described algorithm in further parts of this thesis. Also some ways of the system matrix power are stated. The next section then describes the principle of Weyr's method which is the basic point for further development of the theory including the presentation of the research results gained by Jiří Čermák in this area. The third part describes own solution of the difference equations system via eigenvectors based on the principle of Weyr's method for differential equations. The solution of system of linear homogeneous difference equtions with constant coefficients including the proof is presented and this solution is then extended to nonhomogeneous systems. Consequently to the theory, the influence of a nulity and the multiplicity of roots on the form of the solution is discussed. The last section of this part shows the implementation of the algorithm in Matlab program (for basic simpler cases) and its application to some cases of difference equations and systems with these equations. The final part of the thesis is more practical and it presents the usage of the designed algorithm and theory. Firstly, the algorithm is compared with Z-transform and the method of variation of constants and it is illustrated how to obtain the same results by using these three approaches. Then an example of current response solution in RLC circuit is demonstrated. The continuous case is solved and then the problem is transferred to discrete case and solved with the Z-transform and the method of eigenvectors. The obtained results are compared with the result of the continuous case.
