Inicia-se pela apresentação do cenário em que se encontrava a educação fluminense, sua estrutura e seu funcionamento, faz menção a políticas implementadas pelo atual Secretário de Educação com vistas à melhoria da qualidade de ensino do estado. Dentre as políticas adotadas elegeu-se para a presente pesquisa, o Projeto Reforço Escolar que tem por objetivo a diminuição dos índices de reprovação em Matemática e Língua Portuguesa no Ensino Médio, além de auxiliar na elevação dos resultados nas avaliações em larga escala como SAERJ, SAERJINHO, SAEB e Prova Brasil. O foco dessa pesquisa são as escolas da Diretoria Regional Metropolitana III. Autores como Luckesi (2000;2012), Sant’anna (2011), Werneck (2000;2011;2012;2013), Ferreira (2006) e Freire (2006) sustentam teoricamente as reflexões sobre Formação Continuada de Professores, Avaliação da Aprendizagem e Direito de Aprender, conceitos relevantes para a presente pesquisa. Como instrumento da pesquisa foram utilizados: questionário aos docentes envolvidos no Projeto, entrevista com o órgão responsável pelo Reforço e observações de campo do próprio pesquisador. A análise dos resultados permitiu-nos traçar um diagnóstico para a elaboração de um Plano de Ação Educacional (PAE), que propõe estratégias de divulgação do Projeto e reforça as ideias da Formação Continuada, sugerindo algumas estratégias de aprimoramento e levantando questões a respeito da estrutura das escolas envolvidas no processo. / The present research describe the Academic Reinforcement Project, created by the State Secretariat of Education of Rio de Janeiro in June of 2012 and implemented in a few schools of the state network. We begin by presenting the scenario in which the education in the state was found, its structure and functioning, and we also mention the policies implemented by the current Secretary of Education aiming to improve the quality of education in the state. Among the adopted policies we selected the Academic Reinforcement Project, which has as its goal to decreased the failure levels in Mathematics and Portuguese Language, besides contributing to elevate the results in high stakes tests such as SAERJ, SAERJINHO, SAEB and Prova Brasil. The focus of the research are the schools of the Regional Metropolitan III, Authors such as Luckesi (2000; 2012), Sant’anna (2011), Werneck (2000;2011;2012 2013), Ferreira (2006) and Freire (2006) provide theoretical support to the discussion of Continued Formation among Teachers, Learning Assessment and the Right to Learn, relevant concepts to the present research. As research instruments we utilized: a survey among teachers involved in the project, interview with the sector responsible for the Reinforcement and observations from the field made by the researcher. The analysis of the results made it possible to establish a diagnose in order to elaborate an Educational Action Plan (PAE, in Portuguese), which proposes strategies to divulge the Project and reinforces the ideas regarding Continued Formation, suggesting a few strategies of improvement and raising questions in regards to the structure of the schools involved in the process.

Servicio de asesoramiento freelance entre estudiantes: FREELO

El presente proyecto consiste en la creación de un canal de contacto especializado para estudiantes de la comunidad universitaria UPC dentro de la red social Facebook, con la finalidad de que puedan encontrar un espacio online para realizar consultas y/o solicitar servicios sobre asesoramiento y mentoría en cursos de diversas facultades a otros estudiantes o egresados de la universidad, los cuales participarán bajo una modalidad de trabajo freelance. La elección de este mercado objetivo se obtuvo mediante una investigación realizada en un grupo cerrado creado en Facebook destinado para los estudiantes de la UPC, “¿Con qué profesor de la UPC debo matricularme?”. En este portal se detectaron publicaciones de diferentes estudiantes solicitando servicios de asesoría para reforzamiento en diversas materias, como también mentoría para los trabajos parciales y finales. Este grupo de personas comentaron que no es un canal adecuado para realizar dichas solicitudes y cuando han encontrado la “solución” este les llega por correo y en diferentes ocasiones han perdido tiempo, dinero y la calidad del servicio no fue buena. Sin embargo, ese grupo es el nexo que tiene la comunidad de universitarios y es el que más frecuentan. A partir de ello, se encontró la problemática de que los estudiantes de educación superior gastan demasiado tiempo y dinero en la búsqueda de freelancers, arriesgando la calidad de los servicios solicitados. Freelo resulta ser un proyecto viable debido a que los resultados obtenidos en la utilidad neta proyectada para los 3 años son los siguientes: primer año S/. 6,269, segundo año S/.33,400 y tercer año S/. 55,064. / This project consists of the creation of a specialized contact channel for students of the UPC university community within the social network Facebook, so that they can find an online space to make inquiries and / or request advisory and mentoring services in courses from various faculties to other students or graduates of the university, who will participate under a freelance job modality. The choice of this target market was obtained through research carried out in a closed group created on Facebook for UPC students, its name is "Which UPC professor should I enroll with?". In this portal, publications of different students were detected, requesting advisory services for reinforcement in various subjects, as well as mentoring for partial and final works. This group of people also commented that it is not the proper channel to make such requests and when they have found the “solution” it comes in the mail and on different occasions they have lost time, money and quality of service was not good. However, this group is the link that the university community has and is the one that they frequent the most. From this, the problem was found that higher education students spend too much time and money searching for freelancers, risking the quality of the services requested. Freelo turns out to be a viable project because the results obtained in the projected net profit for the 3 years are as follows: first year S /. 6,269, second year S / .33,400 and third year S /. 55,064. / Trabajo de investigación

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como propósito ver la viabilidad de negocio de una plataforma virtual que sirva para conectar a docentes y padres de familia que deseen adquirir servicios de reforzamiento escolar para sus hijos que se encuentran en esa etapa. Lo que ofrece la plataforma a los clientes es una experiencia rápida y útil para satisfacer sus necesidades, teniendo como objetivo facilitar el aprendizaje de los estudiantes con profesores con experiencia en los cursos que dictan. Para la sustentación de este proyecto, se realizaron distintos experimentos para la validación del problema, el modelo de negocio y el plan concierge del proyecto. Los resultados de dichos experimentos sirven para validar la idea de negocio y comprobar la hipótesis sobre la cual el proyecto basa sus estrategias. En los últimos apartados del documento, se aprecia la proyección que se realizaron a las ventas, el desarrollo del plan estratégico, los planes operativos, de marketing, de recursos humanos, de responsabilidad social y por último el análisis financiero para la viabilidad del proyecto. Con todo lo mencionado en líneas atrás, el grupo de trabajo pone a disposición de los lectores tomar como ejemplo y guía nuestra idea de negocio y proyecto para futuros proyectos sostenibles en el tiempo e innovadores. / The purpose of this research work is to see the business viability of a virtual platform that serves to connect teachers and parents who wish to acquire school reinforcement services for their children who are at that stage. What the platform offers customers is a fast and useful experience to meet their needs. The connection we offer aims to facilitate student learning with qualified teachers with experience in the courses they teach. To support this project, different experiments were carried out to validate the problem, the business model and the project's concierge plan. The results of these experiments serve to validate the business idea and verify the hypothesis on which the project bases its strategies. In the last sections of the document, the sales projection, the development of the strategic plan, the operational, marketing, human resources, social responsibility plans and finally the financial analysis for the viability of the project can be seen. With everything mentioned above, the working group makes it available to readers to take our business idea and project as an example and guide for future sustainable and innovative projects. / Trabajo de investigación
