The theoretical part addresses the history and the presents of human ressource management operating in the retirement homes and hospic.The last two chapters of the theory part emphasises the spiritual and sycological needs in both facilities. The main aim of the thesis was to focus on the common and individually choosen values in elements of human ressource management in the hospic and retirement homes institutions based on the quality of human development.

Trata-se de uma pesquisa-ação qualitativa, de cunho teórico-metodológico, com a finalidade de investigar o uso do potencial educativo da prática esportiva, especificamente o futebol, na educação não formal como meio para a construção e o exercício da cidadania ativa através do atendimento alternativo direto para adolescentes inseridos nas medidas socioeducativas em meio aberto que cometeram um ato infracional, na região da Capela do Socorro, atendidos pelo CEDECA Interlagos. O trabalho demonstra que a proposta inovadora pode criar um ambiente para o processo de integração pessoal com a tomada de consciência de sua própria dignidade, auto-estima, consciência corporal, comunicação, responsabilidade, autonomia e exercício da cidadania. Foram atendidos 18 adolescentes, de ambos os sexos, na faixa etária de 12 a 17 anos e 11 meses. O processo de seleção teve como critérios a inserção na medida por, pelo menos, um mês. Foram aceitos, ainda, adolescentes que cumpriam medida sem prazo determinado ou por seis meses. A intervenção foi realizada em vinte e quatro encontros semi-estruturados dentro de uma metodologia que se chamou PAIS com os princípios e referenciais teóricos da pedagogia da libertação de Paulo Freire. Os resultado foram avaliados pelo processo de educação em si e não pelo número de adolescentes que chegaram ao final com a extinção da medida decretada pelo Poder Judiciário. Foi possível chegar à conclusão que não pode ser quantificada exclusivamente, por se tratar de uma proposta alternativa de acompanhamento que criou novas possibilidades, mas não pretendeu ser uma \"fórmula mágica\". A essência da libertação ficou marcada pela possibilidade de novas vivências e experimentações dos adolescentes. Verificou-se que a metodologia aplicada leva em consideração a diversidade, mas não é totalizadora e tem resultados diferentes para adolescentes diferentes quando somado às histórias individuais. A maioria dos adolescentes recebeu a liberação para o convívio em sociedade sem a restrição anteriormente imposta. O trabalho é inédito no Brasil. Foi sistematizado e disponibilizado podendo atingir não mais 20 ou 310 adolescentes acompanhados pelo CEDECA Interlagos. Conclui que foi um olhar lançado para especificidade desse grupo que aproveitou a interface da psicologia do esporte aplicada em projeto social que cumpriu a missão de auxiliar na reflexão de cenários possíveis para a execução das medidas socioeducativa, creditando a elas a credibilidade do Poder Judiciário no incentivo a sua aplicação e execução não mais nos modelos superados. / Deals with Qualitative Action Research, with a teorical-methodological approach with the end of investigation the potential educative use of sports, specifically the soccer, with non-formal education used as a mean of construction and practice of active citizenship through alternative direct attention to adolescents placed into socio-educational measures in freedom who had committed a felony around Capela do Socorro, taken care of for CEDECA Interlagos. This work will demonstrate that this innovate proposal can create a positive environment for the personal integration process, starting by acknowledging self-dignity, auto-esteem, body conscience, communication, responsibility, autonomy and exercise of the citizenship. Eighteen adolescents, from both genders, between twelve and seventeen years and eleven months old, were served. The selection process had as criterion to have been under socio-educational measures for at least one month. There were adolescents who were accepted even if they were serving an undetermined sentence or a six month conviction. The intervention was realized twenty-four semi-structured sessions within a methodology called P.A.I.S. based on freedom pedagogic principles and references of Paulo Freire. The results were actually backed up by the education process itself and not by the number of adolescents who ended in up at the same time of the sentence given by the Judicial Power. It was possible to conclude that it cannot be exclusively quantified, since it is as alternate attendance propose which created new possibilities and that never pretended to be a magic formula. The releasing essence was marked then by the possibility of the adolescents\' having new life experiences. It was stated that the applied methodology took into consideration the diversity but it doesn\'t summarize and gives different results for different adolescents when added up their individual stories. The majority of adolescents received the release for society contact without the restriction previously imposed. It is a previously unpublished work in Brazil. It was systematized and made available for between twenty and three hundred ten adolescents who joined through CEDECA Interlagos. I conclude that this was a specific approach given to this particular group, and it was favored by applying the interface of sports psychology within a social project, which fulfilled the mission of helping to ponder possible scenarios where we can apply socio-educational measures, guaranteeing them by the Judicial Power\'s credibility, in what concerns to its theorical and practical application, enough of models already practiced.

This Diploma Thesis deals with the description of the ethical dilemmas faced by personnel attached to the foster family. The first part is devoted to the family, because that is the target group with which the attached person supervising the worker works. The second part deals with foster care, in particular, its legislative definition. This definition determines the boundaries within which the worker moves. Next, I explain, what is the legislation of our country, related to foster care, based on. The third chapter describes what should the attached personnel be like and what is included in their work performance. The next chapter presents dilemmas for workers, which I found, on the basis of qualitative research using interviews with staff. The final, fifth chapter is devoted to the analysis of selected ethical dilemma from the perspective of ethics I. Kant and utilitarianism.

L’objet de cette thèse consiste à analyser une expérience pédagogique en maternelle sur deux ans dans le cadre d’une association lyonnaise « Philosoph’art ». Dans cette recherche, nous interrogeons le statut d’innovation de cette expérience et nous étudions, plus précisément, la posture des animateurs pendant les ateliers à visée philosophique et pendant les ateliers artistiques et nous examinons ce qui fait l’originalité d’une telle expérience mise en perspective avec des travaux déjà existants sur la philosophie avec les enfants et les pratiques artistiques. De plus, nous exposerons la mise en place de ce projet et les conditions qui ont assuré la transférabilité d’une telle expérience au Liban. / The subject of this thesis consists in an analysis of an experiment that took place over the course of two years, at the kindergarten level, in association with « Philosoph’art », an organization from Lyon. In this research, we interrogate the status of innovation of this experience and we focus on the posture of the quizmaster during workshops with philosophical content as well as artistic projects. We closely examine what sets apart such experiences from those already in use in philosophy with children and artistic practices. Furthermore, we will explain the set up of this project and the conditions in which it has been made transferable for use in Lebanon.
