The diploma thesis deals with the corporate culture of a selected job agency and its values. The theoretical part is based on the studied literature to explain the issue of agency employment, human resources and corporate culture as a factor that affects the efficiency and performance of the organization. The practical part analyzes the responses of the company's core employees from conducted semi-structured interviews. This feedback about the corporate culture and its perception by the employees themselves compared to management's expectations provides suggestions for improving the in-house climate and thus increasing labor productivity.

Institutional fight against doping in sport The diploma thesis with the title Institutional fight against doping in sport deals with the problematic issues of using banned substances and banned methods in sport or any other violation of anti-doping rule from the point of view of establishing international institutions with worldwide scope of activity with the aim of elimination of doping in sport. After the general introduction into the problematic issues of doping with the description of the historical roots of this unfair sporting practice there is a part focusing on the basic instruments of the fight against doping. A principle of strict liability of a sportsman for a violation of anti-doping rule is described, as well as the list of banned substances and banned methods, the process of testing, the therapeutic use exemption, the whereabouts and the athlete biological passport. In the following part the instruments of the public international law which were concluded by Council of Europe and UNESCO are analysed. The fight against doping in sport is transported through these international conventions on the level of intergovernmental cooperation which reflects the important non-governmental institutions and binds itself to international coordination. Palach Press: Press and Literary Agency. The Exile Agency Study and the Comparation of the Presentation of the Affairs with the Official Mass Media in the Czechoslovakia. Abstract This thesis is a study about literary and press agency Palach Press. The agency was established by Jan Kavan and operated in London in 1970s and 1980s. Its main purpose was to provide information on Czechoslovakia to western journalists and Czech journalist in exile. There was a communication of the alternative public sphere because of a non-functional public sphere, where should be free exchange of opinions. There was a distribution channel of altered camping cars, attached to the Palach Press agency, used to smuggle literature and other materials to Czechoslovakia. Second part of the thesis is practical and focuses on the actual production of Palach Press agency and compares it with information provided by official media in Czechoslovakia, especially with the news published by Czechoslovak press agency. Žuchová, S. Strategic management of translation and interpretation agency. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2017. Thesis deals with strategic management of translation and interpretation agency. The main objective of this thesis is to identify the competitive position of the company, which makes possible to design appropriate business strategy. PESTE analysis and Porter´s five forces analysis are used to analyse the external environment. Analysis of the internal environment is done by using the 7Ps marketing mix and financial analysis. The financial indicators are compared with major competitors. Results of analyses are used for formulating strategies using the SPACE matrix and the SWOT matrix. At the end of the thesis the strategy of utilization of subsidies for company development is chosen together with recommendations for its implementation.

The opening chapters of the diploma thesis describe European Union strategic plans and measures aiming to create suitable conditions for adult lifelong learning. The goal of this diploma thesis is to give an overview of how secondary schools participate on these strategic plans. The topic of the adult lifelong learning at secondary schools is approached mainly in connection with the Act 179/2006 Coll. describing validation and recognition of further learning results. The diploma thesis than describes in detail subsidies available for schools to support the so called mobilities. In the research part the dissertation attempts to determine correlation between the size or type of a school and its succes rate in retraining programmes or its engagement in mobilities. The selected research sample consists of secondary schools from the Moravian-Silesian region. The selection of the topic was influenced by the objectives defined in the strategic document "ET 2020" (Education and Training 2020). Diploma thesis "The cooporation of national daily press and agencies for research of public opinion in the Czech republic" attempts to describe from the practical point of view how mutual cooperation of agencies for public opinion research and the media, especially the press, looks. The chapters of theoretical part of diploma thesis deal with the historical development of public opinion researches in our country where the year 1989 is stressed as the separation turning-point and the foreign studies about the relation of public opinion polls and media. In the practical part of diploma thesis is detailed analysis of media presentation of public opinion polls in the press. At first it compares the different approach of the journalists and sociologists to the work with the informations about public opinion polls and then the way of media processing of public opinion polls in the newspaper in two different historical periods, namely in 1991 and 2009. The analysed materil contained the press releases by IVVM and by CVVM of the first five months 1991 and 2009 and the press articles where the journalists used the informations from this press releases.
