Magistro darbe analizuojama vadovavimo bibliotekose problema yra nauja tema Lietuvoje, nors tokie tyrimai JAV, Australijoje, Jungtinėje Karalystėje ir kitose užsienio šalyse jau aprašyti literatūroje ir jų daugėja, ypač dėl susidomėjimo bibliotekų veiklos efektyvumo ir pokyčių valdymu. Magistro darbo objektas – vadovavimo stiliai bibliotekose. Darbo tikslas – išanalizuoti vadovavimo stilių įtaką organizacijos veiklai pokyčių kontekste, apžvelgti bibliotekų vadybos specifiką lemiančius veiksnius ir atskleisti vyraujančius vadovavimo stilius Lietuvos aukštųjų valstybinių universitetinių mokyklų bibliotekose. Pagrindiniai darbo uždaviniai: atskleisti vadovavimo sampratos problemą bei suklasifikuoti ir išanalizuoti vadovavimo stilius vadybos mokslo požiūriu; apibūdinti biblioteką kaip organizaciją bei atskleisti jos specifiką pokyčių kontekste, nustatyti kokią įtaką šie veiksniai gali turėti vadovavimo stilių vyravimui bibliotekose; atlikti praktinį tyrimą Lietuvos aukštųjų valstybinių universitetinių mokyklų bibliotekose, išsiaiškinti, kokie vadovavimai stiliai būdingi šių bibliotekų vadovams. Darbe panaudoti literatūros analizės, apibendrinimo, lyginimo, sintezės metodai bei universitetinių bibliotekų darbuotojų apklausa. Chosen subject is especially important and actual in the times, when libraries are going through many changes. The main goal of this research work is to analyze how management styles influence organizational activities, to review the factors that distinguish the library management; and through the questionnaire research to attempt dominating management styles in selected Lithuanian academic (university) libraries. Objectives are as follows: to analyse the theoretical issues of management styles, presenting the classification of them in the context of management theory; to characterize library as organization, to disclose its particularity in the context of changes, to determine what influence these factors may have for domination of certain management styles in libraries; to accomplish empirical research in academic (public university) libraries of Lithuania in order to reveal typical management style . Magistro darbo objektas – Elektroninis dokumentų pristatymas. Darbo tikslas - atskleisti elektroninio dokumentų pristatymo ypatumus Lietuvos ir Vokietijos akademinėse bibliotekose. Užsibrėžtam tikslui pasiekti darbe keliami tokie uždaviniai: išanalizuoti tarpbibliotekinį abonementą akademinėse bibliotekose; atskleisti elekroninio dokumentų pristatymo sampratos ir sistemų ypatumus; atlikti dokumentų pristatymo efektyvumo tyrimą Lietuvos ir Vokietijos akademinėse bibliotekose; parengti rekomendacijas Lietuvos tarpbibliotekinio naudojimosi paslaugai tobulinti. Darbe naudoti dokumentų analizės ir sintezės aprašomasis ir lyginamasis metodai, elektroninių sistemų analizė, naudojant de visu metodą. Magistro darbo praktinei daliai – tyrimui – buvo naudojami statistinių duomenų rinkimo, analizės ir lyginamasis metodai. Išnagrinėjus elektroninio dokumento pristatymo ypatumus paaiškėjo, kad elektroninis dokumentų pristatymas – tai yra tas pats tarpbibliotekinis abonementas, tik perkeltas į elektroninę formą ir dažniausiai greitesnis dokumentų pristatymo būdas. The new form of interlibrary loan is – electronic document delivery. The evaluation of library is important measure for management. The libraries of Germany are good example of collaboration. The document delivery services are supplying inside and outside country. The publications to Lithuanian libraries are often supplying from Germany though the interlibrary loan service. The subject of the work is electronic document delivery. The purpose of this master work is to scrutinize the peculiarity of electronic document delivery in Lithuanian and German Academic Libraries. There were stated several tasks to reach the purpose of the work: 1. to traverse the interlibrary loan in the academic libraries; 2. to scrutinize the conceptions and systems of electronic document delivery ; 3. to make a research for estimating the effectiveness of document delivery in Lithuanian and German academic libraries; 4. to prepare guidelines for the interlibrary loan service in Lithuanian libraries. Nagrinėjant informacinių sistemų efektyvaus realizavimo akademinėje terpėje klausimus, viena iš pagrindinių problemų tampa skirtingų informacinių sistemų sąveika, duomenų dubliavimas, duomenų perteklius ir kt. Be to, skirtingos informacijos sistemos turi savo autentifikacijos mechanizmus ir vartotojas turi įsiminti didelį kiekį identifikacinių duomenų komplektų, norėdami naudotis visomis informacijos sistemomis. Darbo objektas – akademinės informacinės sistemos. Darbo tikslas – suprojektuoti ir sukurti akademinių informacinių sistemų ir e. mokymosi aplinkos integracijos procesų algoritmą (mechanizmą). Pagrindiniai darbo uždaviniai - apžvelgti ir išanalizuoti e. mokymosi aplinkų naudojamas technologijas ir architektūras, apžvelgti ir išanalizuoti pagrindinius akademinių informacinių sistemų technologinius sprendimus, išanalizuoti galimus integracijos būdus ir pateikti e. mokymosi aplinkų ir akademinių informacinių sistemų integravimo proceso strategiją ir architektūrą, naudojamų komponentų, technologijų aprašymą apibrėžiant integracijos mechanizmą. Offering of electronic public services has become one of the principal parts of strategy of many governments all over the world. One of the 20 public services envisaged in program documents of the European Union is a service designated for citizens “Public libraries (availability of catalogues, search tools)”, that has to ensure open access to regional and global information resources. However taking into account the tasks that emerge when academic libraries start to create knowledge society it is very important to evaluate the spectrum of electronic public services provided exactly by academic libraries, possibilities of their quality and effectiveness improvement, and perspectives of their development.
