The aim of the diploma thesis is to design a suitable layout of the square in České Skalice. The work deals with the design of parking places, bus bays, barrier-free sidewalks and the design of pedestrian crossings and places for crossing. The other part is the layout of greenery and the improvement of the center of the square. In the framework of the work, three variants of the arrangement were elaborated. The most preferred option was further elaborated.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the new building of the alliative care center in Žamberk. It is a detached building, which is partly basement and has three above-ground floors. From the operating point of view, it is a medical-social facility. The facility has a range of palliative care services - a dormitory, a day hospice, a mobile hospice facility and outpatient services. Due to the type of facilities and persons using the facilities, emphasis was placed on the location of an object situated on the outskirts of the city in the area of other social and health facilities designed for long-term residence in a quiet, quiet environment with plenty of surrounding greenery. The mass of the building consists of several blocks, the shape and material solution is simple. The construction system is a monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton, coated with ceramic blocks. Several types of flat roofs are covered, 2NP is designed as a receding floor with a barrier-free terrace.

The topic of this thesis is project and documentation for montane recreative komplex, which is situated in Loučná nad Desnou. The object is located in land-registered area Kouty nad Desnou. In this region is famous ski slope and from the hotel is nice view on this ski slope. The montane hotel respects criteria of protected landscape area Jeseníky. Architectonic plan is designed with respect to mountain scenery. In the hotel are 18 rooms with possibility 9 extra beds for 51 guests. There is a option to visit restaurant all-day. This restaurant is part of the hotel. Recreative zone is situated in north part of the hotel and this zone is devided into two parts. First part, is public and serves for all guests. This zone includes pool with whirpool bath, sauna and steam bath. Second zone is private. This zone provides privacy in massage rooms or in rooms for aromatic bath. The object is devided into four floors. Three floors are overground and one floor is underground. In the second and thirds floors are hotels rooms and rooms for clean-up and employees. First overground floor containes restauration with kitchen, coffee-bar, main hall with reception and all recreation zone, which passes to the second floor. Basement is consists of air handling units, technical rooms and housed mass garages with 21 places. Main entrance to the hotel is from south-eastern side and it is open space which passes to gallery. Type of constructional system is reinforcement framework. It is made of monolithic pillars placed on reinforcement column base with beam PEIKKO DELTABEAM. On this beam are located reinforcement ceilings elements SPIROLL. Fulfil brickwork is SILKA covered by combination of heating EPS with MW, ISOVER TWINNER with 200 millimetre thikness. The diploma thesis deals with the design of the boarding house located in Lipnice nad Sázavou district of Havlíčkův Brod. The thesis contains complete design documentation for building construction, including assessment in terms of building physics and buildings fire protection. The construction has a U-shaped platform, with two-storey buildings facing each other, connected by a single-storey middle part, where house background is located. We will find here restaurant, kitchen, playroom, wellness, two barrier free rooms, thirteen regular double rooms and eight two-room apartments Construction is brick of sand-lime blocks, insulated by contact thermal insulation system. The ceilings are made of prestressed concrete floor slab. The roof above the two-storey buildings is saddle roof, where the load-bearing structure is formed by a truss. On the single-storey part there is a flat roof, where the supporting structure consists of prestressed concrete floor slab.

The subject of this thesis is solving the problems of transport in the city of Brno - Medlánky. In particular the traffic calming, optimization of width configuration, solve the static traffic etc., towards sustainable transport security. The objective of optimization is to improve the quality of life settlements in the city of Brno - Medlánky

This master thesis deals with the proposal of a multifunctional recreational facility. The complex of buildings consists of a guesthouse and stables. The guesthouse is a single-storey building with a residential attic. It also includes a restaurant with a mini-brewery and a shop selling horse riding products. The guesthouse is designed to accommodate up to 41 people. The first floor is barrier-free. The main entrance of the guesthouse and the shop faces southwest. The restaurant is accessible from the southeast. There are paved guest parking areas around the buildings. The building of stables with its accompanying facilities is a single-storey which is designed to stable 17 horses. The main entrance of the stables faces southeast and the building is also accessible from the northeast and the northwest. Both buildings have a gabled roof which consists of supporting rafters. The buildings are as designed a timber-frame construction with a supporting frame made of timber pillars which is coated with the FERMACELL boards.

The new building of a university dormitory with workshops is the content of the presented thesis. The building consists of fifty-two beds for students’ accommodation with complete equipment in eight cells, three workshops and a technical support. This is a combination of reinforced concrete prefabricated skeleton and classical masonry building construction with insulation. The building has four floors. It is designed as seven towers with flat roofs, which protrude from a ground floor with a vegetative roof. Paved and parking areas are adjacent to the building. The project is designed into an urban area of Nový Jičín. Glass atrium and overall shape solution are the distinctive features of the proposal.

The work includes studies, drawings, text and part of the calculation. It is a detached residential building with ground plan dimensions of approximately 13.5 x 16,75 m. The building has 4 floors and a flat roof. The building is made of sand-lime bricks, ceilings are monolithic reinforced concrete. Roofing is made up of single shell flat roof. The building is located on undeveloped land in housing estates on flat terrain. Residential building contains 5 apartments, one of which is completely wheelchair and one workshop (eg hairdressing). At the building will be constructed parking area for the residents of the apartment building and premises.

The building has 4 floors and a flat roof. The building is made of ceramic bricks, ceilings are monolithic reinforced concrete. Roofing is made up of single shell flat roof. The building is located on undeveloped land in housing estates on flat terrain. Residential building contains 12 apartments, one of which is completely wheelchair. There are also 6 separate garages on the first floor.

The topic of this dissertation is to elaborate the building-technical part of a project documentation for a realization of a new building „old people’s home“ in Trutnov. This building will be used for old people who have various health problems or who have to rely on other people’s help. From the top view the building is divided into two parts – part A and part B that have a different functionand are connected with a linking passage. There are two floors in the building. The roof construction is designed flat withoutside and inside drain pipesfor the draining off water. The architectural concept of the building fits in the nearby built-up area. Traditional building materials are thought to be used. The whole building is designed as barrier-free.
