Die zuvor von den Vereinten Nationen verabschiedete und schließlich im März 2009 in Deutschland ratifizierte UN-Behindertenrechtskonvention, kurz UN-BRK, fokussiert sich auf die Wahrung der Gleichberechtigung und Sicherung einer inklusiven Gesellschaft. (UN-BRK 2016: 2) Zu den allgemeinen Grundsätzen gehören die Gewährleistung der individuellen Autonomie bzw. Selbstständigkeit, die Nichtdiskriminierung, Chancengleichheit sowie Zugänglichkeit und damit verbunden die gemeinsame Teilhabe in der Gesellschaft. So verpflichten sich die Vertragsstaaten „neue Technologien, die für Menschen mit Behinderungen geeignet sind, einschließlich Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien“ zu entwickeln und bereitzustellen. (vgl. ebd.: 10) Infolgedessen sollen die Mitglieder laut Artikel 30, die Teilhabe an Kultur, Sport und Freizeitaktivitäten garantieren, sodass Menschen mit kognitiven Beeinträchtigungen „Zugang zu kulturellem Material in zugänglichen Formaten haben“ sowie Zugang zu Orten kultureller Darbietungen oder Dienstleistungen, wie Theatern, Museen, Kinos, Bibliotheken und Tourismusdiensten, sowie, so weit möglich, zu Denkmälern und Stätten von nationaler kultureller Bedeutung. (ebd.: 26) So kann zunächst eine kurze Bilanz gezogen werden, dass beispielsweise die Museen als außerschulische Bildungs- und Lernorte sowie als Träger des Natur- und Kulturerbes (Czech 2014: 49) bereits geeignete Maßnahmen getroffen haben, um Forderungen wie dieser gerecht werden zu können. Nichtsdestotrotz zählt die Barrierefreiheit noch nicht zum allgemeinen Standard deutscher Museen. (Bacher-Götterfried u. a. 2014: 175) Wie aber haben eben solche kulturellen Einrichtungen ihre Dienstleistungen dahingehend angepasst und standardisiert, um Menschen mit kognitiven und physischen Beeinträchtigungen Barrierefreiheit anzubieten? Und wo liegen weitere Potenziale für die Realisierung solcher Konzepte? Um sich dieser Frage im konkreten Kontext der Museumswelt und ihrer Vermittlung anzunähern, bereitet die vorliegende Arbeit zunächst Begriffsdefinitionen auf und schafft einen Überblick über barrierefreie Formate in Hinblick auf Kommunikation und Sprache. Neben der Vergegenwärtigung von leichtverständlicher Kommunikation und deren Teilbereiche, darf auch eine Fehlerbetrachtung in der Konzeption von Museen nicht fehlen. Der Fokus der Arbeit liegt im Besonderen auf dem anschließenden praktischen Teil der Arbeit. Mit Hilfe der eingekürzten theoretischen Ausgangsbetrachtung soll hier ein Beispiel einer leichtverständlichen Bildbeschreibung entworfen werden. Die Grundlage dafür bildet eine wissenschaftliche Arbeit zum Gemälde „Der Krieg“ von Otto Dix, die unter den Gesichtspunkten der Kriterien für verständnisorientierte Sprache in jenes Format übertragen wird. Die Dokumentation betrachtet dabei die stetige Reflexion der eigenen Textproduktion in Zusammenarbeit und unter der Kontrolle von Verso. Ziel dieses Prozesses ist, nicht nur ein leichtverständliches Kommunikationsformat zu finden, sondern darauf aufbauend einen Audioguide bzw. eine Videopräsentation des behandelten Werks zu kreieren, welches den formalen und sprachlichen Anforderungen eines Museums gewachsen sein könnte, ohne dabei Gesellschaftsgruppen auszuschließen. Es muss bereits im Vorfeld erwähnt werden, dass die Erprobung des Gelingens einer solchen Bildbeschreibung hier deutlich unausgereift und mutmaßlich behandelt werden kann, da es im Zuge der aktuellen Situation wenig bis kaum Möglichkeiten gab, direkt vor Ort in den Museen mit der Zielgruppe in Kontakt zu treten. Bereits realisierte Projekte, die im Rahmen der barrierefreien Kommunikation in kulturellen Institutionen abgeschlossen wurden, schließen die Arbeit ab und sollen darüber hinaus einen Ausblick auf weitere Realisierungen und Ideen im Zuge der Teilhabe für Menschen mit kognitiven Beeinträchtigungen darstellen.:Abkürzungsverzeichnis III 1. Master´s thesis solves new building hotel in Opava with an accommodation capacity of 32 beds. Two rooms are designed as barrier- free. Detached building has three floors. The building has exterior dimensions 32,39 m x 24,24 m and height of the object up to the attic is 11,54 m. The first floor is a facility part for the hotel and restaurant kitchen, including kitchen traffic, the capacity of restauranet is 80 people. There is accommodation, warehouses, boiler room and air conditioning room on the second floor. Accommodation and warehouses are located on the third floor. The construction system is a skeleton with brick cladding. Foundations consist from reinforced concrete footings and foundation walls from simple concrete. The ceiling is made of reinforced concrete without girders. Roof is made up of three single ply flat roofs, one of them is solved as a vegetation roof. The building is insulated with insulating contact system. The project also includes static specialization-concrete structures.

This thesis offers a project for newly build house with municipal flats and the fitness center. The building will be situated on a plot of land in the northwestern part of the town Ždírec nad Doubravou. Appearance and topografy of this building is adjusted to the surrounding buildings in a small town in the Vysočina. This is a partial basement house with three floors. The roof of the building is designed as a saddle with a supporting structure of trusses GANG-NAIL at an angle of 12 °. Capacity of fitness center fulfills requirements of a small town. The roomy apartments are designed in 1 + kk - 3 + kk. The building is designed with regard to the possibility of barrier-free housing. Disposition diversity of housing units meets a range of requirements of future tenants.

The subject of the diploma thesis is to design a new building of sports facilities at the documentation for building construction. The design emphasizes the layout, including the provision of structures for the static, architectural, fire safety, energy savings and safety while using the object. The work contains text and graphic part. The graphic part is processed in the ArchiCad.

In my thesis I have dealt with a building plan of a winery and a boarding house located in South Moravia. It is a detached house which is embedded in a mildly steep land. The building itself is barrier free. There are two floors and a basement. There is a production of wine in the basement. It is separated into several parts such as a clean preparation room, a storeroom for wine bottles and storeroom for Nitrogen bottles, hall, emploees´area, and export. The basement and the first floor are conected with an elavator. The first floor is supposed to serve the visitors. There is a reception, a large degustation room, bar, kitchen and the sanitary facilities on the first floor. On the second floor there is acommodation for visitors. There are seven rooms adapted for two or three people. The vertical brickwork in the basement is formed by concrete blocks 50 by producer BEST. The above - grade vertical brickwork is made of ceramic blocks POROTHERM PROFI 44. The bulding is insulated with thermal insulation system Baumit open Premier. The horizontal construction is made of ceiling panels SPIROLL. A roofing above the second floor is made of nailed ties. The roof has saddle shape and is double skinned. Total height of building is thirteen metres. In front of the building there is parking lot for twelve cars and one place for disabled.

Diploma´s thesis of Senior citizens' home is compile in project documentation by legislation in force. Object is situated on plat 260/3 in Sadová. In the building, there are part with apartments and coffee room. It is three-storey cellarless building with flat roof. Acces to building and coffee room is barier-free including parking. House is with elevator. In each floor is barrier-free apartment. Project is compile including static analysis of connection girder, fire safety solution and thermal technical assessment.

The thesis contains a barrier-free apartment building with a rehabilitation center in the administrative area Brno - Židenice. There are two separate buildings. The building block of flats (SO01) has two above, one underground floor and consists of a total of 11 residential units, garages and also has available for residents of social service. The building is constructed of structural system of ceramic blocks (Porotherm), except basement, which has walls and columns of reinforced concrete. The ceilings are from reinforced concrete and the roof is designed as a flat surcharge. The second object (SO02) is a single-storey and is also built from the system ceramic block with reinforced concrete ceilings and flat roof vegetation. The whole complex is insulated contact system. Both buildings are designed as a barrier-free, which is an ideal place to stay for the disabled, who can easily use the services of a rehabilitation center.

This thesis describes the design of an apartment building in Roznov pod Radhostem. It is a detached building on a large and gently sloping land. The building block of flats has five above and consists of a total of 25 residential units. The flat on first floor is designed as a barrier-free. On first floor are situated two mass garages (for 18 cars). The building is designed of structural systém of ceramic blocks, except first and second floor, which has walls and columns of reinforced concrete. The ceilings are from reinforced concrete and the roof is designed as a flat surcharge. The work includes project documentation for the construction and specialization.

The subject of the diploma theses is a house for the elderly. The building is designed on flat terrain in the Přerov cadastral, Dvořákova street. The building is designed for the permanent housing of the elderly, with the possibility of using day care services. There is a 25 residential units. The building is divided into two parts, three flors are supposed to living and the rest two floors made operating part. On the first floor there is a medical surgery, and a café. The building is designed of brick construction system ceramic blocks Porotherm. Ceiling structure is made of Porotherm Ceiling. The whole building is covered with flat roof. Home of the Elderly is designed as barrier-free.

The subject of this thesis is a design documentation for new construction of the elderly house in Austerlitz. The building has one underground and two or three floors. Designed capacity is 40 clients in the house. In addition to the accommodation of seniors also provides catering facility, motivational activities and other services connected with the activities of the senior home under the Act on Social Services. From a structural point of view it is an object of a wall brick supporting system, ceiling structures are made of panels of prestressed concrete. Roofs are designed flat single shell.
