České školy bez hranic. Vícečetná případová studie / Czech schools without borders. Multiple case studyVrbenská, Veronika January 2018 (has links)
Diplomová práce Bc. Veronika Vrbenská České školy bez hranic. Vícečetná případová studie¨ Czech Schools without borders. Multiple case study Abstract: The aim of this thesis is to describe the development undertaken by the Czech Schools without Borders since their establishment and to illustrate how they currently operate, what is the outcome of their function especially on the field of Czech language education, and how their executives, pupils and their parents evaluate this functioning and its outcomes. The thesis is structured as a multiple case study focused on two such schools with a longer tradition - the Czech School without Borders in Brussels and the Czech School without Borders in Geneva. Its methodology will be based on ethnographic procedures of data collection and handling. It will focus on analyzing the development of the mentioned Czech Schools without Borders (mainly on the basis of official written documents), on the current operation of these schools (on the basis of an analysis of administrative documents, especially curriculums and learning materials) and its outcomes and on the reflection of the function of Czech Schools without Borders by their executives (school principals, through analysis of semi-structured interviews), current pupils and their parents (through a questionnaire survey).

Terorizmus v Európskej únii. Ako boj proti terorizmu obmedzuje ľudské práva a slobody / Counter-terrorism policy in the EU and it's impact on human rightsHusárová, Katarína January 2012 (has links)
Our thesis has aimed to show a relationship between certain aspects of EU counter-terrorism legislation and the impact it has on basic human rights. We have used the example of incommunicado detention laws in Spain to show that denying the detainees access to basic rights such as (and most importantly) access to legal counsel could lead to systematic abuse of human rights under the Articles 3, 5 or 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR). We have shown that in the EU, where counter-terrorism mostly falls under criminal law, the only viable way to combat terrorism is to create exceptions in such law system with the aim of effectiveness. We have shown that these (such as incommunicado detention mentioned above) exceptions will pose threat to basic human rights. We have concluded that combined with mass pre-emptive surveillance and ability to stop and search at will (example of Article 44 in the UK), the Spanish example could lead to a legal system that could by systematically abused and used for suppressing others. We have concluded that on standalone basis, some EU states (notably Spain and the UK) have counter-terrorist laws that have high possibility of infringing upon basic human rights. However the real threat lies in the worst of them combining on the EU level.

Extrakce antioxidantů z bezových květů a úchova extraktu pro další možné využití / Extraction of antioxidants from the elderberry blossom and preservation of the extract for further possible useKrůzová, Sabina January 2018 (has links)
The thesis deals with the extraction of antioxidants from elder flowers and the way of storage obtained extract. The elder flowers which are obtained by cutting trees as a waste product and after their processing it could be used as an ingredient to cosmetics products for body and face skin or in a spa like additive to baths. In theoretical part are information about black elder, its botanical characteristics, utilization and about substances contained in it. There is also a chapter about lyophilization as a method which was used for concentration of extract. The last chapter describes theoretical information about liquid chromatography because this method was used for analysis of contents of extract. Experimental part describes optimalization steps in preparation of extract. It was found that the biggest content of polyphenolic compounds was when the proportion between flower and water was 1:10, optimal temperature of water for extraction is 100 °C and it was also found that the time of extraction don´t have any influence on content of polyphenols. Thanks to the lyophilization it was obtained dry light brown powder which is stable for long time. The lyophilizate was tested for some physical properties like pH, refractive index, solubility etc. There was also determined antioxidant activity by DPPH method and there was found quenching activity is 64,9 %. In determining of heavy metals in sample was found trace amounts of lead and chrome. By liquid chromatography was determined content of polyphenols, caffeic acid was in an amount 59,6 mgl1, chlorogenic acid 398 mgl1 and ferulic acid wasn´t detected. All of analysis was for 1% solution of extract because to cosmetic it could be just this amount to addition. In the last step was prepared a skin lotion with elder flower extract and it was tested for stability also was prepared an ointment from pork lard.

Metody rychlého srovnání a identifikace sekvencí v metagenomických datech / Methods for fast sequence comparison and identification in metagenomic dataKupková, Kristýna January 2016 (has links)

Shadow Wave Solutions for Some Balance Law Systems / Rešenja u obliku senka talasa nekih zakona balansaAbdulsalam Elmabruk Daw Dalal 07 November 2017 (has links)
<p>In the first part, the pressureless gas dynamic system with source (body force) is examined and solved by using Shadow Waves. The source represents gravity and Shadow Wave solution (containing the delta function) shows acceleration (contrary to shocks, for example). In the second part, one will nd numerical calculations that conrms the above results.</p> / <p>Rad je posvecen analizi modela gasa bez pritiska uz dodatak izvora.

Příběhy psané sportovci: Nové platformy The Players'Tribune a Bez frází / Stories written by athletes: New platforms The Players'Tribune and Bez frázíMayer, Matěj January 2020 (has links)
This thesis deals with the projects of ThePlayersTribune.com and its younger Czech equivalent Bezfrazi.cz. Both websites were created in recent years and their ambition is to change the stereotypical view of athletes brought by traditional media. These platforms give athletes the space to present themselves in their own words and also to be a part of the editing process. Athletes on the websites share their life stories, which are very inspiring and often contains overlap beyond the sports environment. Thus, readers can infiltrate to the lives of famous or less-known athletes, and also, thanks to the first-person storytelling, perceive situations from their perspective. No thesis has dealt with this topic, yet, and so this diploma thesis is conceived as a case study, the aim of which was to introduce, describe the functioning and compare both projects. It deals with their significance for sports journalism, the role of the journalist in mediating stories, verifying the facts in stories and the popularity of stories from the sports environment in general. The diploma thesis also includes own classification of typologically identical stories published on the platforms The Players' Tribune and Bez frází. The stories are qualitatively analyzed. The attention is paid mainly to the narrative structure...

Základní kapitál kapitálových společností, jeho tvorba a ochrana / The registered capital of capital companies, its creation and protectionLuxová, Lucie January 2011 (has links)
Legal Capital of Capital Companies, its Formation and Protection This diploma thesis deals with theoretical concepts on legal capital, its economic significance and mainly with statutory rules of legal capital formation. The attention is given to various aspects of monetary as well as non-monetary contributions to the legal capital of capital companies, inclusive of the legal capital minimum requirement, and also the issue of no par value shares is mentioned. The Czech law is based on the capital formation and maintenance doctrine. Also the European law, which influences Czech legal rules to a high extent, stands on the principles of fixed legal capital. This means that capital companies must be provided by their owners (members, shareholders) with a certain capital stock at the time the companies are formed and come into being and this capital stock must be kept in the company for its whole life. The sense of these rules is predominantly seen in the protection of creditors. The capital formation rules comprise mainly the requirement for minimum legal capital and rules concerning the contributions to the legal capital. The minimum capital requirement is aimed at securing that the capital company starts its business with sufficient funds. The regulation of contributions is meant to ensure that the...

Svěřenský fond v podnikatelských vztazích / Trust fund in Business RelationsSýkora, Milan January 2015 (has links)
Trust Fund in Business Relations Author: Milan Sýkora Supervisor: prof. JUDr. Stanislava Černá, CSc. This diploma thesis deals with transplantation of trusts into the Czech Civil Code in the form of "svěřenský fond" (fiduciary fund) and with possibilities of this instrument in the world of commerce. The essential question is whether svěřenský fond is capable of replacing Anglo-Saxon trust in the following standard financial transactions: (i) syndicated loans, (ii) issues of bonds, (iii) subordination, (iv) securitization and (v) collective investment. In total, this thesis comprises of seven chapters, including the Introduction and the Conclusion. After an introduction, uncommonly, a prologue follows. This Prologue outlines a new, unusual instrument of the Czech law - svěřenský fond. It refers to the particular legislation and outlines questions that arise with this recently transplanted device. The third chapter defines trust using comparative law and deals with its historical development both on the British Islands and in the civil and mixed jurisdictions. The second subchapter argues that the so-called obstacles of trust reception into civil law are not based on solid arguments. Further, I describe experience of trust reception in selected civil law and mixed jurisdictions. In the fourth...

Poskytování zdravotní péče bez souhlasu v intenzivní péče / Provision of health care without informed consentKohoutová, Petra January 2016 (has links)
This dissertation focuses on the issue of health care provision without the consent of a patient within the system of intensive care provision. Situations when its possible to hospitalize a patient without his or her consent are defined in § 38 ZZS (Health Services and Terms and Conditions of Health Service Provision Act as amended). In the intensive care unit we are very often faced with patients that need to be urgently treated without their consent. Also very frequently a treatment is provided to patients that are under the influence of addictive substances therefore are dangerous to themselves and to others. Health of these patients is damaged and even their lives are at risk. A treatment without a patient's consent is debatable from the ethical point of view. A conflict occurs between the fundamental ethical principles (benefit principle and principle of autonomy) because it is not entirely clear which one of the two principles should be prioritize during the treatment. Work and moral obligation of every medical personnel is to provide a medical treatment in accordance with the law and ethical principles. A theoretical part of the paper is dedicated to the legal and ethical sides of the examined issue. The empirical part of the paper is dedicated to the research. A qualitative analysis of...
