Tyrimo metodai. Teoriniai: mokslinės, pedagoginės, publicistinės bei informacinės literatūros sisteminė analizė. Empiriniai: respondentų apklausa; autorės praktinės darbo su berniukų choru patirties apibendrinimas. Matematiniai statistiniai: procentinė duomenų analizė, chi kvadrato kriterijaus taikymas, kontingencijos koeficientas (C).
Išvados patvirtina, kad muzikinė raiška chore atlieka svarbią vaikų... [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / The relevance of the subject. While working with boys it is important to look for means to involve them into chorus activity which is to become significant to the society.

Measurement Of (anti-)neutrino--nucleon Structure Functions In Chorus ExperimentKama, Sami 01 August 2005 (has links) (PDF)
In this work an analysis of the CHORUS
(anti-)neutrino-nucleon scattering data taken on lead--scintillator calorimeter
during the 1998 run is presented. The differential cross-sections are
measured in the range of $0.01le xle 0.7$, $0.05le y le 0.95$,
$10le E_nu le 200 GeV$ for both anti-neutrino and neutrino beam modes.
The anti-neutrino and neutrino--nucleon structure
functions Fone, Ftwo and Fthree is extracted by making 2, 3 and 6-parameter
fits to the measured differential cross-sections.
The comparisons of these results with
the earlier experiments, CDHSW and CCFR is given.

Previous issue date: 2011-02-16 / This research investigates the rehearsal moment of the choral experience through the vision of
the social historical theory of Vigotski. For that we start defining what the theory of
knowledge construction is, which has its origin in the period of the Russian Revolution. The
first chapter addresses the socio historical teaching theory, drawing upon the work of Vigotski
himself and some other authors who studied the research this psychologist, who has in Marx
and his dialectical materialism the mentor of his work. The choral rehearsal and its
components also need be defined, bringing to the discussion the conductor, the music
pedagogy used during the rehearsal and some technical elements as the warm-ups and
repertoire preparation. Thus we establish the bases for the second moment that consists in the
analysis of five different choral rehearsals, using recordings and observations of those
rehearsals in order to analyze both the applicability of Vigotski s theory and the actions in the
rehearsals that can be understood through his theory / Esta pesquisa investiga o momento do ensaio de canto coral através da visão da teoria sociohistórica
de Vigotski. Para tal, primeiro será definido o que é a teoria da construção do
conhecimento, que tem sua gênese no período da Revolução Russa. No primeiro capítulo,

Intergroup contact beyond borders and trauma : A case study of the Jerusalem Youth ChorusMerguerian, Alexandra January 2023 (has links)
This thesis contributes to the literature on intergroup contact by exploring the long-term impact of grassroots efforts on members of majority and minority groups involved in an intractable conflict. In such circumstances, the conflict parties’ existential survival is perceived to be at stake, which results in salient group boundaries magnified by competing memories of collective trauma. Drawing empirical support from the Jerusalem Youth Chorus—an Israeli-Palestinian encounter program based in Jerusalem—this paper examines opportunities to desecuritize intergroup relationships from the bottom-up. To this purpose, it scrutinizes Gordon Allport’s Contact Hypothesis and narratives of historical trauma. The findings from 16 semi-structured interviews conducted with alumni participants provide unique insights into the impact of a hybrid approach to contact, with music and dialogue providing fertile ground for sustainably rethinking us-them relations toward greater boundary permeability. They also highlight the scope and the limits of conducting bottom-up “memory work” in a societal context of severe asymmetry. Group-specific results are highlighted.

War Is KindHinderlie, Sanford E. (Sanford Edward) 08 1900 (has links)
This composition is a single-movement work for three choirs and full orchestra, including celesta, piano, and four percussionists. Total duration is fifteen minutes. The music is divided into six sections, with the overall form being substantially influenced by the structure of the poem, War Is Kind, by Stephen Crane (1871-1900). Many devices are utilized to contrast tension and relaxation, as associated with ironic elements of the text, with repetition and development of musical elements and motives providing unity for the entire work.
