[pt] Este trabalho é uma pesquisa experimental realizada no Laboratório de Estruturas e Materiais da PUC–Rio, utilizando–se a técnica de aplicação do compósito de fibras de carbono (CFC) colados externamente em consoles curtos de concreto armado. Foram ensaiados seis consoles curtos, sendo: um de referência, três com reforço de CFC na horizontal e dois com reforço de CFC na diagonal. A resistência média do concreto aos 28 dias foi de 30 MPa. A seção transversal do pilar foi de 25 cm × 50 cm e a seção do transversal console foi de 25 cm × 37,5 cm. O diâmetro da armadura tracionada em laço era de 10 mm e o diâmetro da armadura de costura era de 6,3 mm. Os consoles foram instrumentados com extensômetros elétricos de resistência na armadura tracionada, no estribo, no concreto e no CFC. Os ensaios comprovaram um razoável desempenho dessa técnica de reforço. Os resultados experimentais foram comparados com os resultados obtidos no modelo de Bielas e Tirantes e no modelo cinemático da Teoria da Plasticidade, visando a comparação das forças verticais últimas teóricas e experimentais. Foi avaliado o ângulo de inclinação das bielas e o fator de efetividade da deformação específica no reforço de CFC. / [en] This work is an experimental research of concrete short corbels wrapped with Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) strips. Different strengthening configurations were used. Was carried out on six corbels strengthened by CFRP. One control specimen without CFRP, three corbels with horizontal CFRP strips and two corbels with diagonal CFRP strips. The concrete had a 28 day compressive strength of 30 MPa. The column cross-section dimensions were 25 cm x 50 cm and the corbel cross-section dimensions were 25 cm x 37,5 cm. The flexural reinforcement consisted of four deformed bars each of diameter 10 mm with four transverse bars of diameter 6,3 mm. The corbels were instrumented with strain gages in flexural reinforcement, stirrup, concrete surface and CFRP strips. The analytical models based on Strut-and-Tie model and in the kinematic model of the Theory of Plasticity, allows one to determine the bearing capacity of corbels. The experimental values are then compared with the analytical results, showing good agreement. The strut angle and the strengthening effectiveness were evaluated.

In this essay, we have unpacked four different levels (the role of women as: a) a part of game history, b) design process, c) characters of the game and d) users) to get a better understanding of the users choice of characters in the popular fighting game Tekken 7.   We have examined the role of women as part of the game’s history and design-process to gain a deeper understanding into the background of the game’s designing process. We have interviewed users with qualitative methods and used analysis strategies such as semiotic analysis and thematic analysis.   The results of our analysis show that users choose their characters based on visual attributes and that they imagine the characters as being an extension of themselves. Users apprehend the characters as stereotypical and thereby reproduce gender-related norms. The process of picking a character to play with is difficult for some of the users - There is a difference between female and male users due to stereotypical visual attributes of the characters which means that it is more problematic for female users to identify themselves with many of the characters. This is affecting the female users experience in a negative way.

Ce travail porte sur l'étude du comportement mécanique d'une console courte en béton armé renforcée par collage de tissus en fibres de carbone et en particulier sur l'influence du nombre de couches de tissus en fibres de carbone, du type du renforcement, de l'orientation des tissus composites, du type de tissus en fibres de carbone. Les résultats montrent que la performance de la console n‘augmente pas linéairement en fonction de l'épaisseur de la plaque composite. Il existe une épaisseur optimale de tissus en fibres de carbone. Dans le cas du renforcement sur les deux faces du béton, il existe un nombre de couches optimales. Dans le cas du renforcement par bandage, l'épaisseur de matériaux composites plus intéressants est de trois couches. Par contre, la résistance de la console renforcée dépend fortement de la surface renforcée. Les résultats montrent également que le comportement d'une console renforcée peut être présenté en trois phases: la phase élastique globale, la phase de la propagation de fissures et la phase de l'ouverture des fissures diagonales. Le renforcement de la console permet d'augmenter considérablement la résistance ultime de 20 à 82% et la rigidité de la console. Les ruptures des consoles renforcées peuvent être résumées en cinq modes. En se basant sur les résultats obtenus et les modèles existants, la résistance ultime de la console renforcée et non renforcée a été estimée et analysée. Un modèle basant sur lа théorie de l'endommagement a été développé dans ce travail. L'effet de fatigue sur le comportement et sur la résistance ultime de la console courte renforcée a été également étudié dans ce travail. / This study deals with mechanical behaviour of strengthening reinforced concrete corbel by bonding carbon fibre sheet and in particular the influence of the number of layers of carbon fiber fabric, the type of strengthening, the orientation of the composite fabric and the type of carbon fiber fabrics .The results show that the performance of the corbel does not increase linearly with the thickness of the composite plate. There is an optimum thickness of the carbon fiber fabrics. In the case of strengthening on both sides of the concrete, there are an optimum number of layers. In the case of fully wrapped strengthening, the most interesting thickness of the composite is three layers. However, the resistance of the strengthening reinforced concrete corbel depends strongly on the bonded surface.The results also show that the behavior of strengthening corbel can be presented in three phases: the overall elastic phase, the phase of crack propagation and the phase of the opening of diagonal cracks. Strengthening the corbel can significantly increase the ultimate strength from 20% to 82 % and the stiffness of the corbel. The failure of the strengthening corbel can be summarized in five modes.Based on the results obtained and the existing models, the ultimate strength of the strengthening corbel or without strengthening, was estimated and analyzed. A model based on damage theory has been developed in this work. The effect of fatigue on the behavior and ultimate strength of the reinforced concrete corbel has also been studied.

The presented work deals with the issue of digital mixing console. The main focus is on the design of sub-circuits for the digital mixer and the construction into the 19 "rack unit. The thesis presents a detailed description of individual parts and their use. Thesis also includes complete device designs, including a power supply and additional circuits.

This thesis is focused on application development with ARM processor architecture and Linux operating system. It uses cloud hosting services to build, test and deploy applications with container-based virtualization. The application communicates with smart meters on serial buses. It stores measurements in a database. It provides access to devices and measurements in internet network.

This diploma thesis focus on transmiting multimedia over computer network. There are detailed informations about protocols RTP and RTPC in a first part because a transmition over a network is realized by using these protocols. Some basic multimedia terms, FFmpeg codecs and SDL library are described in next chapters. A multimedia player using FFmpeg and SDL is implemented in a second part of thesis. The player is console application and it has basic user interface. The player reproduces video and audio from a given file. RTP communication is described in next chapters of the second part. RTP server and client are implemented there too. They are console aplications and they use data coded by Theora or Vorbis. There are summarized results in a conclusion.

Introduce grauation work contains the detail characteristic of the marking of material elements incoming to store and work out from store. The main part of the work is aimed to shortening working time during material entry and work out from store. The technic-economical analysis proposed solution SAP console describing type and price component need to implementation this solution.

This master thesis deals with construction-technological project of apartment hotel Tatranská Štrba. Project solves preparation of time, financial, material and other resources. Part of this work is the budget, general budget, time plan, principal mechanisms design, inspection and testing plans, technological prescription, building site equipment, realization study of major technological phases and comparision of masonary systems.

This document describes the design and implementation of a tool which allows for evaluation and visualisation of statistical data gathered from users of the AVG Admin Console application. The document describes collected statistical data including their localization and storing all the data in the database is discussed. The application was tested on real statistical data and possible improvements based on the results are proposed.
