Incorporate in business administration from the management model of economic value, implies that the direction of the entity should worry about how to run effectively in this economic value and how to achieve an equitable distribution of this value created, which requires understanding the nature of this economic value and the importance of the firm as an essential economic activity. In this context arose three approaches that are directly related to the firm and its capacity to create economic value, such as economic agents involved in it, or understand how to shape the firmand the relationship between the real market and the financial market. In this vein, the purpose of this article is tolay the ground work for supporting the economic value and the considerations that management should keep in mind when it comes to managing it. / Incorporar en la administración de empresas el modelo de gestión del valor económico implica que la dirección de la entidad debe preocuparse de forma eficaz en la generación de este valor económico y en su distribución equitativa, lo cual obliga a comprender su naturaleza y la importancia de la empresa como ente fundamental de la actividad económica. En este contexto, surgen tres planteamientos que están directamente relacionados con la empresa y su capacidad para crear valor económico: los agentes económicos involucrados en la misma, la forma de entender o modelar la empresa y la relación entre el mercado real y el mercado financiero. En este orden, el objetivo de este artículo es establecer las bases en las que se sustenta este valor y las consideraciones que la dirección debe tener presente para gestionarlo.

Dans notre travail de recherche en psychologie clinique et psychopathologie, nous interrogeons le démantèlement dans la pathologie autistique chez les enfants. Nous questionnons le phénomène, le processus, le mécanisme de défense et la fonction du démantèlement, puis, la stratégie thérapeutique et ses effets consensualisateurs, le remantèlement. Le dispositif utilisé pour mettre en évidence la modélisation du démantèlement dans l’autisme, est un dispositif longitudinal filmé de psychothérapie d’inspiration psychanalytique en séance individuelle en cabinet privé avec trois enfants autistes. La relation transféro contre-transférentielle permet la relance de la construction d’espace pré-transitionnel. L’articulation de la psyché de l’enfant autiste à celle du thérapeute permet la construction d’une relation d’objet primaire. Le passage par la sensorialité de l’enfant autiste et le corps du thérapeute permet de transformer les pictogrammes, les idéogrammes omniprésents, traces originelles non élaborées, en un mot la représentation de chose, vers une possible représentation de mot. Ainsi, la modélisation métapsychologique du mécanisme de défense de démantèlement est construite sur le modèle Freudien, topique, économique et dynamique. / N our research in clinical psychology and psychopathology, we question the dismantling in autistic disorder in children. We question the phenomenon, the process, the defense mechanism and function of dismantling and the therapeutic strategy and its consensualisating effects, remantèlement. The device used to highlight the modeling of dismantling in autism is a longitudinal filmed device psychoanalytic psychotherapy in individual sessions in private practice with three autistic children. The transference counter-transference relationships help in building pretransitional psychics spaces. The articulation of the autistic child’s psyche into the therapist’s psyche built a primary object-relation. The passage by the autistic child senses and the the therapist’s body contact can turn pictograms, ideograms ubiquitous, unprocessed original traces, in a word, thing representation, into a possible, word representation. Thus, the metapsychological model of the defense mechanism of dismantling is built on the Freudian model, topical, economic and dynamic.

The thesis focuses on the use of deep recurrent neural network, architecture Long Short-Term Memory for robust denoising of audio signal. LSTM is currently very attractive due to its characteristics to remember previous weights, or edit them not only according to the used algorithms, but also by examining changes in neighboring cells. The work describes the selection of the initial dataset and used noise along with the creation of optimal test data. For network training, the KERAS framework for Python is selected. Candidate networks for possible solutions are explored and described, followed by several experiments to determine the true behavior of the neural network.

Величина деловой репутации (гудвилла) приобретает все больший вес в рыночной стоимости промышленных предприятий. Однако универсальной методики оценки гудвилла на сегодняшний день не выработано. Целью данной работы является разработка и апробация методического подхода к оценке внутренне созданного гудвилла промышленного предприятия. В первой главе диссертации проведена идентификация терминов «деловая репутация» и «гудвилл», а также показаны практики оценки гудвилла на российских предприятиях. Во второй главе диссертационного исследования рассмотрены и классифицированы существующие методы оценки гудвилла; проведен критический анализ каждого из представленных методов – показаны их достоинства, недостатки и границы применения; представлена специфика полиграфической отрасли и показано ее влияние на выбор методики оценки гудвилла; разработан авторский методический подход к оценке внутренне созданного гудвилла промышленного предприятия. В третьей главе диссертационного исследования представлена характеристика предприятия ООО «ОКИЛ-САТО Урал» как субъекта экономической деятельности; проведена апробация разработанного методического подхода и получена оценка внутренне созданного гудвилла предприятия ООО «ОКИЛ-САТО Урал»; показаны возможности адаптации разработанного методического подхода в условиях слабой информационно-аналитической базы. / The value of goodwill is gaining increasing weight in the market value of industrial enterprises. However, a generally accepted methodology for goodwill valuation has not been developed to date. The purpose of this work is to develop and test a methodological approach to the valuation of internally created goodwill of an industrial enterprise. The first chapter of the thesis identifies the terms "business reputation" and "goodwill", and shows the experience of valuing goodwill in Russian enterprises. In the second chapter of the thesis, existing methods for valuing goodwill are reviewed and classified; a critical analysis of each of the methods presented is carried out – there are shown advantages, disadvantages and limits of application of each methods; the specificity of the printing industry is presented and its influence on the choice of goodwill valuation methods is shown; the author's methodological approach to the valuation of internally created goodwill of an industrial enterprise is developed. In the third chapter of the dissertation research the characteristic of the company "OKIL-SATO Ural" is presented; the implementation of the developed methodical approach is carried out and the value of internally created goodwill of the LLC OKIL-SATO Ural enterprise is obtained; the ways of adaptation of the developed methodological approach are shown, especially in the conditions of weak information and analytical base.
