Deformačně napěťová analýza femuru s distrakčním intramedulárním hřebem / Strain and stress analysis of the femur with distraction intramedullary nail

Konvalinka, Jan January 2017 (has links)
This master's thesis is focused on determination and analysis of stress and strain in femur with distraction intramedullary nail for treating leg length discrepancy with the method of distraction osteogenesis. Thesis is mainly focused on states after distraction when the callus consolidates. Problem of determining stress and strain is solved by computational modeling using FEM. Detailed description of modeling is included in this thesis, complicated 3D geometry of bone was acquired from segmentation of CT images. Computational model is solve with 4 different types of callus geometry and also material properties of callus are varied. The influence on stress and strain when the middle distal screw is not applied is also analyzed.

Povrchová topografie a-CSi:H vrstev připravených v kontinuálním režimu PECVD / Surface topography of a-CSi:H films deposited by continuous wave PECVD

Blažková, Naďa January 2018 (has links)
The thesis describes surface topography of a-CSi:H films deposited by continuous wave plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) based on tetravinylsilane monomer (TVS). Thin films are completely used in many fields of modern technologies and their physical and mechanical properties are affected by thin film preparation techniques. In this thesis the thin films were deposited by PECVD method on silicon wafers with the pure TVS monomer. Deposited samples were topographically described and analyzed using atomic force microscopy (AFM). The main characteristics which were described are RMS roughness, autocorrelation function and a size distribution of grains on the thin film surface. Analysis was realized with two sets of samples with different powers and thickness. The main results were statistically evaluated like a mixture of object on the surface prepared in different deposition conditions.

Vliv kvality optických konektorů na přenos / Effect of optical connectors quality on transmission

Bernkopf, Miroslav January 2008 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with optic fiber connectors and their influence on transmissions realized via fiber optics. Optical fibers and lightguides play the key role in telecommunications because of constant demands of higher bandwidth and data rates. Original metalic wires do not meet market requirements and so the fiber optics are more and more being used. There are various types of fibers and there are also many ways of connections. This work deals with demountable way of connection – optical connectors, which have the biggest influence on a total attenuation and route length. Connector has to meet various requirements such as cleannes, quality, mechanical construction and ferrule polishing.

Sledování rychlosti roztékání pájky po kovovém povrchu / Monitoring of Solder Spreading Velocity on Metal Surface

Růžička, Miroslav January 2012 (has links)
This work deals with flushing monitoring of spreading velocity on solder finishes Niau, OSP, Sn deposited on copper plated base material FR4 using digital cameras. After the reflow process is measured by length of spreading solder and size of wetting angle. It evaluates and compares the time dependence of velocity of spreading solder, length of solder spreading and wetting angle for NiAu, OSP, Sn finishes at different temperatures reflow and surface treatment.

Polovodičové struktury, metoda nábojového sběru / Semiconductors structures , charge collection method

Golda, Martin January 2014 (has links)
This thesis treats about semiconducting silicon structures. It describes the characteristics of the element and creation of P and N type of semiconductor and discusses about different types of faults in the crystal lattice. It deals with the description of methods for monitoring faults in semiconductor ie. determining the properties of semiconductors via EBIC, EBIV and CC methods, which are used for analysis of semiconductor devices and materials. Determining the properties of silicon components is being done by generation of charge carriers in the sample loaded in chamber of the scanning electron microscope by high energy electrons. Bellow the sample surface is being generated an electric charge which is being collected by probes. Using this data obtained by EBIC and CC were evaluated diffusion length and lifetime of electrons.

Charakterizace optických a energetických vlastností fotovoltaických článků / Photoimpedace spectroscopy characterization of optical and electrical properties of the photovoltaic cells

Mocharová, Zuzana January 2015 (has links)
Diploma thesis mainly describes the theoretical knowledge of the topic photoimpedance spectroscopy characterization of optical and electrical properties of the photovoltaic cells, which contains development and princip of cells working, material properties of photovoltaic cells, explanation of electromagnetic waves, spectrophotometry and impedance spectroscopy, followed by a discription of the measuring device and used measuring methods. The experimental section for each measurement method describes the steps of setting the program, then the tables with measured values are involeved in some parts and a part of each method are summary graphs of measured values with subsequent evaluation.

Rekonstrukce depa Praha Libeň / Upgrading of Praha Liběň Locomotive Servicing Depot

Ondra, Michal January 2013 (has links)
The topic of my thesis is to study the complex reconstruction of the locomotive servicing depot Praha Liben. The locomotive depot is both operational maintenance and repair trains. The section reconstruction begins in turnout number 1, the whole area locomotive depot will be reconstructed. The main task is to propose an exchange of stepped old construction turnout for turnout new one in the whole area of the depot. The total number of changed points is 27. Depot demolition tasks in order to extend the track number 10 on the minimum usable effective length of 105 meters is the other task. Establishment of two dead-end tracks number 15 and 17 will be extend to an effective length of 105 metres. Retaining wall with PU componentsis designed along track 17. The next task is to solve the drainage area. The area will be drained interconnected system drains into the sewer and trench walls.

Testování systému pro astronomické určování polohy MAAS-1 / Testing of astronomical positioning system MAAS-1

Kremser, Christian January 2013 (has links)
This thesis deals with testing of astronomical measurement system MAAS-1, which was developed at the Institute of Geodesy, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Brno University of Technology. Several reference measurements were done on the terrace of B building Faculty of Civil Engineering during this testing. The data obtained were processed into astronomical geographic coordinates and . These coordinates, as well as atmospheric conditions and calibration measurements, are basis for evaluation. In this test I try to detect the influence of the CCD sensor mounting of the accuracy on the final data and to assess if the construction needs to be modified.
