Boese, Axel, Friebe, Michael, Arens, Christoph, Grote, Karl-Heinz, Klink, Fabian 10 December 2016 (has links) (PDF)

Because of this, the reproof rate in the Portuguese language subject has been very high. The schools organized in cycles suggest to break both logical that sustain the set school, the evaluating example and the discipline organization that would be substituted for inter and Trans disciplined organization. Meanwhile, what would be noticed in these schools is a great preoccupation about the Portuguese language education. Yet, according to teachers evaluation, the difficulties with written language are being the biggest students problems. From this contradiction, this research, that has the Portuguese language education topics organized in cycles, search for answering the following questions; How has the Portuguese language been worked in the organized schools in cycles? How has the Portuguese language been worked in the third period from cycle II, in municipal public schools in Goiânia? Which language conception conducts the Portuguese language education in these schools steps? It s about a research which the information gathering happened from November/2002 to October/2003. The explication and dissolution of this research are shown in three chapters. In the first chapter are presented the generation cycles, its theoretical bases, its history and track. It is reported how the cycles implantation happened in the municipal public schools in Goiânia and how the schools that participated in the research have lived among these implantation years. In the second chapter, are described the theoretical matrix that have given support to policies for the Portuguese language education. The interview done with teachers who work with this subject proves these theoretical orientations about the organization in cycles and the education of their mother tongue are present in the teachers pedagogic actions. On the third chapter is presented the theories that support the cycle s experiments, the teachers comprehension about it and their evaluation on the mother s tongue in this kind of organization and on the students scores in the last part of the cycle II.

Ambidexterity and Decision Making : Managing the balance of exploitation and exploration in the context of lengthy product development cycles and product longevity.

Jacobsson, Josefine, Oesterbeck, Stephan, Schelling, Florence January 2018 (has links)
Background Exploring the literature of ambidexterity, innovation, decision making as well as exploration and exploitation. Aim The purpose is to explore how sequential and contextual ambidexterity influences decision making within an organization. Methodology The study entails a qualitative single case study in the aeronautics and defense industry, where ten semi-structured interviews have been conducted. The findings are mainly based on the insights collected from the interviews. Findings Through the case it is found that ambidexterity influences decision making and decision making influences ambidexterity. By analyzing the different forms of ambidexterity, it is found that sequential ambidexterity has an impact on decision making. Decision making in turn then influences contextual ambidexterity. Concepts A conceptual framework has been created to explain the identified relationship between ambidexterity and decision making.
