This masters's thesis is studying the possibility of Create a synchronization tool for device running on Android. It is the ability to sync contacts from portable devices in a private cloud, which is here substituted by Directory server. For working with directory, server uses LDAP server and its implementation of OpenLDAP. The first part is aimed at the description of the structure and directory services. Following is analysis and separation requirements. The whole project is completed by proposals and implementation that relate to the safety and advanced synchronization.

Cílem této práce je prozkoumat možnosti uložení DNS dat v LDAP databázi a jejich oboustranné synchronizace s DNS serverem s využitím standardních technologií, paralelizace a jednoduché rozšiřitelnosti o podporu různých DNS a LDAP serverů s různými DNS schématy. Práce dále popisuje různa schémata pro uložení dat v LDAP databázi a analyzuje problémy spojené se synchronizací a navrhuje jejich řešení. Výsledkem je prototyp synchronizační aplikace s doporučenými nastaveními pro DNS server a LDAP databázi, která je schopna efektivně synchronizovat DNS data.

This master`s thesis deals with domain structure. The main concern of this work is analysis and implementation of the Domain Structure in a company. Domain structure will be introduced because of the current unsatisfactory solutions and increase information security. The name of the company is not specified in this thesis.

Die Arbeit behandelt die Integrations- und Synchronisationsmöglichkeiten heterogener LDAP-Schemas. Es werden Entwürfe für Standards und kommerzielle Ansätze gezeigt. Der Schwerpunkt wird besonders auf Konfliktlösungen, Passwortsynchroniastion und Mapping gelegt. Es wird im Rahmen der Arbeit ein Ansatz für die verteilte Synchronisation heterogener Schemas entworfen und auf Basis von OpenLDAP implementiert.

Sächsische Gewässer weisen regional unterschiedliche Schwermetall- und Arsengehalte auf. Ausschlaggebend dafür sind die natürlichen geogenen Gehalte. Die Anwendung deutschlandweiter Vorgaben ist daher nicht möglich. Für das Erzgebirge und das Vogtland wurden in den Teileinzugsgebieten der Freiberger und Zwickauer Mulde, der Bobritzsch und des Johanngeorgenstädter Schwarzwassers die natürlichen Hintergrundwerte erhoben. Das Untersuchungsgebiet umfasst ein Drittel der Landesfläche Sachsens. Für eine breite Palette von Metallen wurden sowohl im Schwebstoff als auch für die gesamte und gelöste wässrige Phase nach einer neuen Methodik Hintergrundkonzentrationen abgeleitet.

General part of this thesis focuses mainly on general limitations of freedom of contract in contract law. Freedom of contract is one of the primary principles of private law. Generally, the manifestation of freedom of contract on the constitutional level is the principle that allows to deviate from a statute with a juridical act unless it is forbidden by law. This core rule of freedom of contract in private law is stated in the provision sec. 1 (2) of Civil Code: "Unless expressly prohibited by a statute, persons can stipulate rights and duties by way of exclusion from a statute". In this provision we can also find the main limitations of freedom of contract: explicit prohibition in a statute, prohibition of stipulations contrary to good morals, public order or the law concerning the status of persons, including the right to protection of personality rights.
