[pt] A perspectiva de entrada de novos concorrentes e a atual rede de postos revendedores existentes no mercado estão intimamente ligadas à inserção do segmento de combustíveis nos trilhos do mercado livre. Esta pesquisa estuda as possibilidades de retenção de postos revendedores por parte das distribuidoras de combustível. Tomando por base o modelo Delta (Hax e Wilde), investiga os atributos que possam vir a ser valorizados pelos clientes nas três perspectivas abordadas pelo modelo: economia do produto, economia do consumidor e economia do sistema. O estudo adota uma pesquisa de campo para identificação e avaliação dos atributos tanto por parte dos postos revendedores quanto das distribuidoras. Os resultados mostram os tanto graus de preferência quanto às discrepâncias entre eles no que diz respeito aos atributos avaliados por cada entidade - revendedor e distribuidora. Os resultados podem auxiliar as distribuidoras a melhorar seus posicionamentos estratégicos e a caminhar melhor na trajetória do modelo Delta, rumo à retenção de revendedores. / [en] The perspective of entry of new competitors in the market and the actual service stations network are closely linked to the insertion of the combustible segment in the open market. This research studies the possibilities of service stations` retention by the combustibles distributors. Taking the Delta model (Hax e Wilde) as base, investigates the attributes that can be valorized by the clients on the three perspectives of this model: product economy, consumer economy and system economy. The study uses a field research to identify and evaluate the attributes from the service stations as much as the distributors part. The results show the grades of preference and the discrepancies between them in concern of the evaluated attributes for each instance - retail and distributor. The results can also help the distributors to improve theirs strategical positioning and to walk toward the retail loyalty using the way of Delta Model.

Recognizing the increasing complexity of today's farm machinery, and the trend of progression of this feature for new developments it is important to the implementation of models for the structured and systematic approach to information related to the development of new machines or techniques. Errors in defining the problem has caused frustration and wasted time in the development process of agricultural machinery. Thus, design is a set of procedures and specifications that, if implemented, result in something concrete or in a set of information. Distributors centrifugal technology revolutionized the application of solid products in agriculture by great field operational capacity and wide range of doses that can be applied. The study aims, design a centrifugal disk for distribution of urea using the fundamentals of the theory of flow machines. The machines on the market distribute various types of fertilizers and variable rates. What is happening is a great similarity in the principles of solution in the dispenser system / distributor. However, there may this equipment has some disadvantages such as difficulty in applying the material evenly on the working width used even as an apparent ease of adjustment. The methodology for the development of the study is based on exploratory research of existing literature, preliminary design of a disk centrifuge and computer simulation in order to test concepts. Designs were modeled six discs, three format and three plan of conical shape, with variations in the number and length of fins, through the systematization of knowledge among dispensing machines and machines to haul flow. Was obtained between the layouts of the simulation, the disc with tapered curved fins 7, the flat disc with curved vanes 6 alternate, tapered disk with 6 curved vanes and disc cone alternating with 6 curved vanes, able to alter the distribution profile increase the percentage of deposition on the soil and correct the application uniformity by overlapping. / Reconhecida a crescente complexidade das máquinas agrícolas atuais, e a tendência de progressão desta característica para os novos desenvolvimentos torna-se importante a implementação de modelos estruturados e sistemáticos para a abordagem das informações ligadas ao desenvolvimento de novas máquinas ou técnicas. Erros na definição do problema têm causado frustração e desperdícios de tempo em processos de desenvolvimento de máquinas agrícolas. Assim, projetar é estabelecer um conjunto de procedimentos e especificações que, se postos em prática, resultam em algo concreto ou em um conjunto de informações. Os distribuidores centrífugos revolucionaram a tecnologia de aplicação de produtos sólidos na agricultura por apresentarem grande capacidade de campo operacional e pela grande amplitude de dosagens que conseguem aplicar. O trabalho tem por objetivo, projetar um disco centrífugo para distribuição de uréia utilizando os fundamentos da teoria de máquinas de fluxo. As máquinas existentes no mercado distribuem diversos tipos de fertilizantes e em taxas variáveis. O que se verifica é uma grande similaridade nos princípios de solução no sistema dosador/distribuidor. No entanto, este equipamento apresenta alguns inconvenientes, como a dificuldade em aplicar homogeneamente o material na largura de trabalho utilizada, mesmo com uma aparente facilidade de regulagem. A metodologia para o desenvolvimento do estudo está baseada na pesquisa exploratória de bibliografia existente, projeto preliminar de um disco centrífugo e simulação computacional com a finalidade de testar conceitos. Foram modeladas seis concepções de discos, sendo três de formato plano e três de formato cônico, com variações no número e no comprimento das aletas, através da sistematização de conhecimentos entre máquinas de distribuição a lanço e máquinas de fluxo. Obteve-se da simulação entre os leiautes, o rotor cônico com 7 aletas curvadas, o disco plano com 6 aletas curvadas alternadas, o rotor cônico com 6 aletas curvadas e o rotor cônico com 6 aletas curvadas alternadas, capazes de alterar o perfil de distribuição, aumentar o percentual de deposição sobre o solo e de corrigir a uniformidade de aplicação através da sobreposição.

Moreover, as a way to better understand the dynamics of sustainability, the research also analyzes the barriers faced by organizations when adopting this type of practice. From the information obtained by the technique of systematic literature review, we developed a questionnaire for the empirical stage of this research - a survey with organizations known for adopting sustainable practices. Among the results, it is emphasized that the practices aimed at environmental issues are further explored, both in literature and empirically. Regarding the practices with suppliers, those that require a lesser degree of involvement between companies - less collaboration - and had a more assessment nature stood out. Considering the chain downstream, practices among distributors are still poorly known, both in literature and empirically; and practices that stood out with consumers referred to the sharing of information, and labeling of products. Considering the barriers, the more relevant indicated by respondents was the cost. From the results obtained, proposals were outlined, both theoretical and practical, about the incorporation of sustainable practices throughout the supply chain, and how to overcome potential barriers. It is believed that these proposals can be a starting point for further academic research, and still be used by managers interested in the sustainable management of their organizations. / Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo apresentar e analisar as práticas que podem ser estabelecidas pelas empresas foco junto a seus fornecedores, distribuidores e consumidores, para que a sustentabilidade seja incorporada em suas cadeias de suprimentos. Além disso, como uma forma de se compreender melhor a dinâmica da sustentabilidade, a pesquisa também analisa as barreiras enfrentadas pelas organizações quando da adoção desse tipo de prática. A partir das informações obtidas por meio da técnica de revisão sistemática da literatura, desenvolveuse um questionário para a etapa empírica do trabalho - uma survey junto a organizações que reconhecidamente adotam práticas sustentáveis. Dentre os resultados obtidos, destaca-se que as práticas voltadas a questões ambientais são mais exploradas, tanto na literatura quanto na prática. Com relação às práticas junto aos fornecedores, as que mais se destacam são aquelas que precisam de um menor grau de envolvimento entre as empresas menor colaboração e que possuem um cunho mais avaliativo. Considerando a cadeia a jusante, as ações junto aos distribuidores ainda são pouco difundidas, tanto na literatura quanto na prática; e as práticas de destaque junto aos consumidores referiram-se ao compartilhamento de informações, e à rotulagem de produtos. Considerando ainda as barreiras, a de maior relevância indicada pelos respondentes foi o custo. Finalmente, a partir dos resultados obtidos, foram delineadas propostas, tanto teóricas quanto práticas, relativas à incorporação de práticas sustentáveis ao longo das cadeias de suprimento, e à superação das possíveis barreiras. Acredita-se que as mesmas possam ser ponto de partida para novas pesquisas acadêmicas, e ainda ser utilizadas por gestores interessados na gestão sustentável de suas organizações.

Análise de máquinas agrícolas distribuidoras de fertilizantes segundo requisitos projetuais / Lifting of farm machinery distributors of fertilizers: requirements analysis seconds projetuais

The Brazilian agriculture develops year by year. Nowadays, it is noticed that studies addressed for a constant increase for an implantations of technological systems in machineries and management of rural properties are accomplished, offering this way options in that the technology applied in a property can provide better results in production, in quantity, in quality, in cost for agricultures implantations, and in structuring of the soil focusing the environment. The applied technology can allow a variation of the dosage in elapsing of cultivation applying the dose already recommended for each bars lifted up, measured and implanted in the system. The objective of this work was to accomplish a survey of information and an analysis on distributors of fertilizers machines disposed in the Rio Grande do Sul State market, verifying if manufacturers of those machines uses some type of reference model for development of the product, looking for in that way to evaluate the level of satisfaction of the projetuais requirements, because, it is known that the deficiency in application of models for to project machines is enormous in Brazil, basing a lot on the " attempt " and " error", therefore, the demand of studies for the development of products is larger, in the search of the customer's satisfaction. The data were collected through the application of questionnaires to identify the occurrence of the accomplishment of the ten most important design requirements, already hierarchized by the tool QFD for its degree of importance, besides deepen the accomplish of pamphlets that characterize the models of distributors of fertilizers, as well as sites exploration linked to this type of machinery. The collection of information was accomplished and addressed the satisfaction of the requirements and users. The questionnaires were applied to technicians responsible for the analyzed models and to the own users, gathering information of each fertilizer dosager machine studied in the research, verifying if it accomplishes or not the requirements determined by Menegatti (2004). It is noticed, through this work that 18 (eighteen) models of distributors do not accomplish 50% of the project requirements, and that most of the models, 44 (forty-four) models of 69 (sixty-nine) analyzed accomplish 50% of the requirements exactly, and the maximum number of accomplished requirements was 7 (seven), where two models just satisfied those requirements. No model accomplished all the requirements, even so everyone accomplished some type of a projetual requirement, introducing none below 4 (four). With that, you can use this survey to identify the lack of each machine, allowing as soon as possible develop new actions in the projection of the machine so that it has the requirement of analyzed project and present satisfactorily. / A agricultura brasileira evolui ano a ano. Nos tempos de hoje, nota-se que são realizados estudos direcionados para um aumento constante de implantações de sistemas tecnológicos nos maquinários e gerenciamento de propriedades rurais, ofertando desta maneira opções em que a tecnologia aplicada em uma propriedade possa proporcionar melhores resultados na produção, na quantidade e na qualidade, no custo para implantação de lavouras, e na estruturação do solo focando para o meio ambiente. A tecnologia aplicada pode permitir uma variação da dosagem no decorrer da lavoura aplicando a dose recomendada para cada grade já levantada, mensurada e implantada no sistema. O objetivo do presente trabalho foi realizar um levantamento de informações e uma análise sobre as máquinas distribuidoras de fertilizantes disponibilizadas no mercado do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul, verificando se fabricantes dessas máquinas utilizam algum tipo de modelo de referência para desenvolvimento do produto, buscando dessa forma avaliar o nível de satisfação dos requisitos projetuais, pois, sabe-se que a deficiência na aplicação de modelos para projetar máquinas é enorme no Brasil, baseando-se muito na tentativa e erro , portanto a exigência de estudos para o desenvolvimento de produtos é maior, na busca da satisfação do cliente. Os dados foram coletados através da aplicação de questionários para identificar a ocorrência da realização dos dez requisitos projetuais mais importantes, já hierarquizados pela ferramenta QFD pelo seu grau de importância, além do aprofundamento de panfletos que caracterizam os modelos de distribuidores de fertilizantes, como também exploração de sites vinculados a este tipo de maquinário. A coleta de informações foi realizada e direcionada a satisfação dos requisitos e usuários. Os questionários foram aplicados a responsáveis técnicos dos modelos analisados e aos próprios usuários, reunindo informações de cada máquina dosadora de fertilizante estudada na pesquisa, verificando se ela realiza ou não os requisitos determinados por Menegatti (2004). Percebe-se, neste trabalho que 18 (dezoito) modelos de distribuidores não realizam 50% dos requisitos de projeto, e que a maioria dos modelos, 44 (quarenta e quatro) modelos de 69 (sessenta e nove) analisados realizam exatamente 50% dos requisitos, e o número máximo de requisitos realizados foi 7 (sete), onde apenas dois modelos satisfizeram esses requisitos. Nenhum modelo realizou todos os requisitos, porém todos realizaram algum tipo de requisito projetual, não apresentando nenhum abaixo de 4 (quatro). Com isso pode-se através deste levantamento identificar a carência de cada máquina, permitindo assim que possa desenvolver novas ações na projetação da máquina para que ela tenha o requisito de projeto analisado e presente satisfatoriamente.

Alliance Healthcare is one of the leading distributors in this area and would like to increase its turnover and gain new clients. The aim of the thesis is to define marketing tools of all pharmaceutical distributors, make a questionnaire based on this topic that will be sent to customers of the biggest companies and find out how the particular tools are evaluated by the pharmacies and what the position of Alliance Healthcare in comparison to its competitors is. After the evaluation of the questionnaire recommendations that could help Alliance Healthcare to reach its goal follow.

Analýza automobilového poprodejního trhu / Analysis of the Automobile Aftermarket

The masters's thesis is focused on the Czech B2B market with car spare parts. First chapter explains theoretical marketing terms and methods that are later used in a practical part of the thesis. Second part of the master's thesis reflects current situation on automotive aftermarket. The reader will learn about subjects conducting business in the industry, about unions and trade associations that are entered by the subjects to protect their rights and interests. The chapter also includes block exemption that has legislatively changed rules of selling counterparts and of car repair. The third part describes Opel Spare Parts Programme, which was created to sell original spare parts Opel to independent services. Similar programmes of other car producers are compared in this chapter, and it also draws a comparison between offers of competitors in form of independent distributors of spare parts. B2B marketing research can be found at the end of the master's thesis, its aim was to identify levels of satisfaction with content and rules of the Opel Spare Parts Programme. Representatives of authorised Opel services became research respondents. Results of the research were used for planning marketing activities for 2013 schedule.

Value Creation, Delivery, and Capture in Circular Business Models : The Distributor's Perspective

Purpose: This study explores circular business models from the perspective of distributors, focusing on how they can create, deliver, and capture value within circular supply chains. Method: This study is an exploratory case study of a leading Nordic distributor. Qualitative data were gathered through 36 interviews conducted in three phases with the distributor, six customers, and six suppliers. Thematic analysis was utilized to analyze the data. Findings: The results indicates that there are multiple activities distributors can conduct to create, deliver, and capture value in a circular business model. Distributors can create value through these activities: create awareness, curate and develop products, ensure compliance with legislation and coordinate partnerships. Distributors can deliver value by manage transportation, manage warehouse logistics, provide reused, refurbished, and repaired products, provide rental and leasing models, offer service agreements, and recycle products and materials. Distributors can capture value by evaluate investments and costs, create pricing strategies, implement additional revenue streams, and manage warranties. Managerial implications: The result of this thesis concretizes activities that distributors can incorporate within a CBM regarding circular value creation, circular value delivery and circular value capture. The activities are either categorized as unique for distributors or activities that can be managed either by distributors or other parties such as suppliers, customers, or a third party. Distributors should execute activities unique for distributors within a CBM to contribute to a CSC. Furthermore, distributors can execute activities that are not unique for distributors when applicable and determined favorable for their CBM. Additionally, the listed activities concern different departments at distributors including sustainability, sales, purchasing, logistics, and management. The different departments should bear responsibility for their respective activities. Theoretical contribution: This study contributes to previously unexplored area within circular business models from the distributor perspective. First, it addresses the pivotal role of distributors in fostering collaboration within the circular supply chain, demonstrating how distributors are not just participants but enablers of the flow of goods, information, and money. Distributors can manage their own CBM or contribute to another party’s CBM. Secondly, it broadens the current understanding of value creation and value delivery in a circular business model. Our findings regarding circular value creation reveal that educating customers about the benefits of circular products is essential for fostering acceptance and driving circular value creation. Our findings regarding circular value delivery reveal critical and previously underexplored challenges in the logistics processes. Distributors face significant hurdles in handling products as specific units rather than in batches, complicating reverse logistics and exponentially increasing costs. Limitations and future research: The exploratory nature of our study highlights the nascent understanding of CBMs for distributors. Consequently, the results of this study are indicative rather than definitive. Future research can explore diverse company sizes to enhance generalizability. Additionally, deeper investigation into specific mechanisms of value creation, delivery, and capture within circular business models is recommended. Furthermore, the concept of whether distributors should create their own CBM or contribute to another party’s CBM could be further investigated since this a concept we introduced in this thesis. Additionally, further studies could therefore consider a perspective broader range of company sizes and types, of the research. Additionally, another area for future research could involve taking a global perspective, as practices and systems related to circular activities can differ significantly between countries.

美商八大電影公司每年票房收入約佔台灣電影市場總票房的七成以上,台灣外片發行商面臨這樣強大的挑戰,在許多方面都處於極大劣勢。然而,2006 年,幾部由台灣外片發行商所發行的影片,仍突破重圍,取得票房上的成功。這些個案展現了數種專屬於台灣電影市場的行銷模式,顯然具有值得借鏡之處。 本研究在深入瞭解台灣電影發行市場的歷史脈絡與現況之下,對2006 年在市場上獲得成功票房的四個個案進行資料蒐集與訪談。接著以整合行銷傳播的概念,分析其各行銷層面成功的元素,希望對於台灣外片發行商未來發行能夠有所幫助。個案選擇以影片上映規模為分類,挑選各類別中票房排行最具有代表性的四個案例,分別為:甲上娛樂所發行的《絕命終結站3》、山水娛樂的《巴黎我愛你》、海鵬電影的《愛瘋狂》以及聯影的《戴珍珠耳環的少女》。 藉由探討台灣外片發行商的成功行銷模式,本研究希望提供台灣電影發行業者未來行銷上的參考,使得電影的發聲權不再單由好萊塢所掌控,觀眾的觀影經驗才能夠更豐富而多元化。 關鍵字:電影行銷 整合行銷傳播 台灣外片發行商 / Every year, more than seventy percent of the annual box office profit in Taiwan is earned by Hollywood’s major cinema distributors. Facing such a strong competitor, Taiwan foreign film distributors certainly have a lot of disadvantages. However, in 2006, the box office for some movies by Taiwan foreign film distributors still achieved remarkable success. These successful cases demonstrate several kinds of marketing models suitable for Taiwan’s film market and is worthy of further research. After a fully investigation of the historical development for the Taiwan film market, this thesis aims to interview four Taiwan foreign film distributors whom achieved great box office success in 2006, collect relating data, and use the concept of integrated marketing communication to analyze elements of their success. The four cases are classified by their scale of release, while selecting the film that achieved the highest box office in each category. A ANEEL, responsável pela regulação deste setor, tem empenhado esforços para monitorar as condições de sustentabilidade econômica das empresas, buscando evitar que as empresas passem por dificuldades financeiras irreversíveis, como foi o caso do Grupo Rede, que deixou milhares de consumidores sem o serviço. Neste sentido, o regulador emitiu a NT 67/2016 que aponta os indicadores financeiros que serão monitorados. Ao mesmo tempo, sabemos que as condições macroeconômicas têm influência relevante sobre os resultados financeiros das empresas, especialmente em setores regulados, em que o preço não pode ser automaticamente ajustado conforme os movimentos de oferta e demanda. Assim, o presente estudo buscou estimar os efeitos dos ciclos econômicos sobre os indicadores econômico-financeiros das distribuidoras de energia elétrica brasileiras. A análise centrou-se no período de 2010 a 2016, quando alterações regulatórias, influências políticas e uma relevante recessão econômica se mostraram presentes. A população do estudo é composta pelas 63 distribuidoras de energia elétrica brasileiras. Por meio de estimações de modelos com dados em painel com efeitos fixos, foi possível mensurar os efeitos de diversas variáveis macroeconômicas (juros, câmbio, inflação, etc.) sobre um conjunto de indicadores financeiros selecionados. Os resultados apontam que os indicadores endividamento geral, giro do ativo, margem líquida e ROA, sofreram influencias das variáveis do ciclo econômico, corroborando estudos recentes sobre o tema. / The distribution of electric energy is an essential service for society and for the economic development. ANEEL, responsible for regulating this sector, has made efforts to monitor companies’ economic results, aiming to prevent companies from experiencing irreversible financial difficulties, as was the case of Grupo Rede, which left thousands of consumers without the service. Recently ANEEL issued the NT 67/2016 that regulates that financial indicators will be now monitored. At the same time, we know that macroeconomic conditions have a relevant influence on companies' financial results, particularly in regulated sectors, where price cannot be adjusted automatically according to the movements of supply and demand. Thus, the present study sought to estimate the effects of economic cycles on the economic-financial indicators of Brazilian electricity distributors. The analysis focused on the period from 2010 to 2016, a period when regulatory changes, political influences and a strong economic recession were present. The study population has 63 Brazilian electricity distribution companies. Through estimations of models with panel data with fixed effects, it was possible to measure the effects of various macroeconomic variables (interest rate, exchange rate, inflation, etc.) on a set of selected financial indicators. Results indicate that the indicators general indebtedness, asset turnover, net margin and ROA were influenced by economic cycle variables, corroborating recent studies on the topic.
