Komunikace učitelů s rodiči v době distanční výuky / Communication of teachers and parents during distance learning

Ratajová, Petra January 2021 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with the topic of communication with parents during distance learning. It views this issue from the perspective of teachers and families. It summarizes the specifics of this unusual situation and provides recommendations on how to better manage it. The theoretical part is based on literature and it explains the importance of communication between teachers and parents. The main actors are characterized in this part. It summarizes the rules of respect and also talks about cooperation between both sides. It brings tips on how to involve parents in the education of their children. It deals with distance learning and its obstacles from the perspective of teachers and parents. The practical part focuses on the experience of first-level teachers. The aim is to map the ways of communication and involvement of parents in distance learning. The open coding technique allows in-depth analysis of interviews with teachers. It provides recommendations for communication during distance learning. It describes the specific experience of teachers and the solutions of potential problems.

Návrh uzemňovače 80 kA/3 s pro odpojovač generátoru. / Design of earthing switch for diconnecter of generator

Petrič, Peter January 2018 (has links)
This master thesis is focused on the design of earthing switch for the indoor three pole generator disconnector from IVEP, a.s. The main task of the theoretical part of the master thesis was mechanical and electrical calculations on the contact system and the design of two variants of earthing switch construction. It has been proposed two variants of earthing switch construction. The first variant included three earthing knives for each pole of earthing switch and the other variant included two earthing knives for each pole. The aim of the practical part of this diploma thesis was to create a model of the earthing switch for generator disconnector, to simulate the heating of the contact system by passing the short-circuit current and to prepare the production documentation. For modeling, calculations and simulations were used Autodesk Inventor 2018, Matlab and Ansys Workbench.

Využití evropských zkušeností při obnově válkou zničených měst v Sýrii – příklad města Aleppo / The use of European experience for the recovery of Syrian towns (cities) destroyed by war – the example of the city Aleppo.

Touchan, Shourouk January 2015 (has links)
• Objective of this research study urban planning for the city of Aleppo after internal conflicts and civil war. • We will choose the city of Berlin is an example of the European experience for comparison. As a result of exposure to destruction after World War II, this led to changes in urban planning and social, economic and political. • These changes have attracted specialists for reconstruction and according to modern methods, and turned from the city of devastating to the city of sophisticated and contemporary. • As a result, can benefit from the European experience in this area in the urban planning of the city of Aleppo. With the study of the positive and negative aspects in this experiment.

Modifikace plánu výstavby liniové stavby / Modification the plan of construction of linear structures

Mudrák, Miroslav January 2017 (has links)
Submitted thesis deals with planning of an implementation of a linear construction by using the contract conditions. The theoretical describes the topics of project management, engineering, procurement and traffic politics of Czech Republic. It also describes the history, status and development of the highway network. In the end there is introduced the modernized section of the D1 highway. The practical part deals with the application of the modified project Modernization solutions to the D1 highway - section 22 by introducing a shift operation during the construction. It solves the impact of shift work on phasing construction schedule, financial plan and compares the positive aspects of the solutions against the negative ones. In conclusion there is an evaluation effectiveness of the actual and modified variants of the construction.

CONTEXTUAL INFLUENCES OF PRENATAL AND POSTNATAL ENVIRONMENTS ON EXECUTIVE FUNCTION RISK FOR ADOLESCENT SUBSTANCE USE

Emily Rolan (8797178) 05 May 2020 (has links)
<p>Due to the great transitions and turmoil uniquely attributed to the period of adolescence, youth experience a greater risk for substance use and the multitude of concerns that coincide with the early onset of substance use. Many biological and environmental factors have been investigated as predictors of adolescent substance use. Executive function and disruptive behaviors are two important individual characteristics linked to adolescent substance use. Both smoking during pregnancy and sibling relationships are separate contexts that can mitigate or exacerbate the associations of executive function and adolescent substance use. The present study focuses on development of substance use through executive function deficits and disruptive behavior, while considering smoking during pregnancy and sibling relationships as unique moderators of these pathways. This work addresses a novel, interrelated set of questions with a series of three studies. The central hypothesis driving this program of research is that smoking during pregnancy and sibling relationships are under-studied contexts that can mitigate or exacerbate the associations of executive function, disruptive behavior, and adolescent substance use. This dissertation examines whether: (1) executive function mediates the smoking during pregnancy-disruptive behavior association and smoking during pregnancy exacerbates the executive function-disruptive behavior association, (2) smoking during pregnancy exacerbates the association between executive function and disruptive behavior during adolescence using a sibling comparison design, and (3) sibling relationship quality moderates developmental trajectories of executive function on the transition from disruptive problems to adolescent substance use using a high-risk, longitudinal sample. Findings challenge the link between exposure to smoking during pregnancy and both executive function and disruptive behavior. Further, these findings reinforce the need to utilize genetically-informed designs when examining potential effects of smoking during pregnancy. Additionally, this dissertation found support for the link between executive function and disruptive behavior, but not executive function and substance use. </p>

Unterstützung bei der konstruktionsbegleitenden Simulation von Flanschverbindungen

Loibl, André, Andrae, René, Köhler, Peter 02 July 2018 (has links)

Hahr Lewita, Jacob January 2022 (has links)
On April 11, 1933, Rabbi Marcus Ehrenpreis delivered a sermon in Stockholm's Reform Jewish synagogue. The text was published by Bonnier's publisher with the title Malachi´s cry to the ages: a speech on old and new bondage. The sermon is a scathing confrontation with Nazism's racial political ideas that would lead to the Holocaust.   The sermon is delivered just a few days after the Nazi regime in Germany introduced its first discrimination laws against Jewish citizens. Malachi´s cry  uses the jewish religion, jewish history and jewish culture to argue for universal human values and rights. The sermon is a part of the Jewish celebration of Pesach - a holiday that aims to commemorate the liberation of the Jewish people from captivity and slavery in Egypt - which led to the Exodus from Egypt and the conclusion of the covenant with God on Mount Sinai. Ehrenpreis argues that a new Mizraim - a new Egypt - has come to plague the Jewish people in Germany. At a time when many believed that the Nazi dictatorship would not mean real and far-reaching persecution of German Jews, Marcus Ehrenpreis already had a clear idea that a catastrophe awaited. Marcus Ehrenpreis envisioned a development that would mean that the German jews were deprived of their civil rights and expelled from the country. He had also already a few weeks after the Nazis introduced their dictatorship in Germany realized that the legal system of the entire world was threatened. According to Marcus Ehrenpreis, no one could predict what consequences the abolition of human rights for the jews in Germany could have for the rest of the world's civilizational foundations.
